Valerie rolled doen the neighborhood on her board and stopped in front of a house. Walking up to the front door she rang the door bell looking around while she waited. Nancy open the door seeing her letting her in as a woman turned to the door. "Ethan isnt with you?" Said Nancy looking out the door. "Hes with Steve at the mall. I let him know that id be here in case Ethan has an episode." Said Valerie. "Okay because i did get a little nervous when he just froze up in chemistry class." Said Nancy then saw her mother. "Valerie is here to study with me and Chrissy. She should be here later." Said Nancy. "I thought you girls were studying at the library." Said The woman. "Chrissy thought it would be fun to hang out here with Valerie." Said Nancy. "Thats nice. More guests." Said the woman. "Dustin and Lucas are coming for their game." Said Nancy. "What about Will?" Said the woman. "Sick." Said Valerie. "Most be flu season right Barbara." Said the man passing them. "Who has the flu?" Said a voice upstairs. "Will has a cold, Mike. I think?" Said Valerie. "Do you have a bathroom?" She asked. "Take the basement. One is being used and the other has a clog." Said Barbara. Valerie nodded and headed down to the basement going to the bathroom. She walked out and sniffed the air a bit before looking around. Valerie spotted a 'bed' under the table with a walkie. "El?" She whispered kneeling down to smell and looked behind her hearing two other voices upstairs. Valerie closed her eyes putting her hand on the antenna of the walkie. "Im sorry Jane but theres nothing to be done." Said a womans voice in Valerie's head. Valerie found herself in a house seeing El and two women. One was standing next to El and looked at the woman sadly on the chair mumbling some words over and over. "There's always a way." Said El looking at her.
"El?" Said Valerie hearing her own voice echoing then felt someone touch her shoulder. Valerie snapped out of the trance and looked at Mike, Lucas, and Dustin staring at her in shock and confusion. "How long were here for?" Said Valerie. "Why you were saying El. You know her?" Said Mike. "I'm kinda like her sister." Said Valerie. "Holy shit. Do you have superpowers like hers?" Said Dustin. "Are you nuts? What if she kills us?" Said Lucas. "I saw you watching me and Max two weeks ago." He says. "Thats because my five senses are stronger than any human. Im not a killer either. Said Valerie. "Does anyone else knows about you?" Said Mike. "Ethan and Hopper." Said Valerie. "Of course. What about your family?" Said Lucas. "The Hawkins Lab murdered them including Ethan's in a fire eight years ago." Said Valerie. "That's how you and Ethan ended up on the streets." Said Mike. "Yeah and i came here to make sure El is safe." Said Valerie. "But El is gone. She sacrifice herself to save us from the upside down." Said Mike. "What do you mean gone? I contacted her twice thats why im here and have a place to call home." Said Valerie. "Really? Shes alive. Where is she?" Said Mike. "I dont know. Using my electric powers can make it difficult on where she is exactly. Sorry." Said Valerie. "Valerie " said Nancy. "Coming. We'll talk at the forest. Close to Wills fort." Said Valerie heading upstairs. "This is fucking awesome. Another one of El?" Said Dustin. "What if she's lying?" Said Lucas. "She doesnt seemed like a liar to me. Everyone that she met trusts her and doesnt stand out like El." Said Dustin. Lucas ans Mike look at each other in thought on they should do about Valerie. Meanwhile after an hour of studying Valerie and Nancy were quizzing each other as they jotted down their notes until a phone went off. "Thats me. Hello?" Said Nancy. "Hey Chrissy. You're where? Okay. We'll be there." Said Nancy hanging up. "Where is she?" Said Valerie. "At Tinas with Steve and Ethan." Said Nancy then noticed the lights dim for second. "Ethan's at the party. Does he want death?" Said Valerie. "You mean seizure?" Said Nancy. "No. I mean if Ethan has alcohol or drugs that will cause his seizures to grow strong. Why else i mentioned the cracked skull?" Said Valerie packing her bag. "Lets go." Said Nancy going to her closet. She changed into something nice while Valerie gave her a confused look. "Is Jonathan at the party?" Said Valerie. "No. Its a party. You cant just walk in there dressed in sweatpants and a black tank top." Said Nancy. "Watch me. If i find Ethan drunk. Im carrying his ass to the car and drive him home until hes sober enough for me to slap him." Said Valerie going downstairs with Nancy following. "Where are you girls going?" Said Barbara from the kitchen. "To pick up Ethan so i can kill him." Said Valerie on her way out.
Once they past through the crowd of horny, drunk, and high teenagers Nancy found Steve talking to Ethan. "Have you fucking lost it?" Said Valerie looking at the two. "What?" Said Steve. "Ethan cant drink." Said Nancy. "Im not drinking." Said Ethan swaying a bit. "I smell the beer and vodka on you." Said Valerie then heard Billy's name being chanted outside. "I dont . . . know you talk about? I twine mom." Said Ethan looking at Steve. "Give me the keys to your grandpas car." Said Valerie putting her hand out. "I dont wa-" "Ethan. Dont make me scream. Give me the keys. We're going home." Said Valerie. "Lighten up sexy." Said a friend of Steve's. "Jacob. Butt out." Said Steve. "Yeah or i knock someone out." Said Valerie. "Come on." Said Jacob smacking Valerie on the butt. Billy stumbled a bit as everyone cheered for him after drinking from the keg and saw Jacob on the ground after Valerie punched him in the face. "Valerie i wanna go home." Said Ethan looking like a scared kid. Nancy and Steve looked at his body starting to twitch a little and his eyes wondering the room. Valerie picked him up easily by the legs carrying him on her shoulders to the front door that somebody left open to his car with Steve following. Everyone watched shove Ethan in the passenger seat laying him down on his left side. "Whats up with twitchy?" Said a boy in a toga. "Hes having a seizure." Said Chrissy rushing over with a towel. she put it near Ethans mouth to collect the drool spilling out of his mouth as Steve let Valerie drive. "I'll call you. Thanks Chrissy!" Said Valerie before reversing off the lawn and sped out of he neighborhood. "At least i know not to do around Ethan." Said Steve looking at Nancy who was drinking from a red cup. "Or make Valerie mad." Said Nancy while everyone went back to the party except Billy who went home half drunk. Valerie ran a few red lights while beeping at the drivers an sos at one hand with her other keeping Ethan on his side on their way to the Wheelers since they're rhe closest.
