Selene walked out of her room going to the kitchen to make herself some tea seeing Beast Boy stepping out of the elevator holding two grocery bags. "What you bring?" said Selene. "Im going to make us a vegetarian dinner." said Beast Boy putting the bags on the counter. "Well im gonna be busy doing something tonight." said Selene . "Thats cool. Do you want me to save you leftovers?" said Beast Boy. "Whatever is fine with you." said Selene walking to her room. "Hey Raven. Im going to shop for some things for a spell. Wanna join in?" said Selene seeing her in the hall. "By the way Beast Boy will be making dinner." She says. "Thanks for the warning. What spell are you doing?" said Raven. "Im dong a cleanse on the monsters killed. I need to do this in a full moon. It's better that way and to recharge my energy from anything evil that would been attached to me." said Selene. "Understandable." said Raven. "What is it you need for the spell i can help?" she asked. "Candles, a dagger, and a black mirror." said Selene. "Candles i have but the Black mirror i can look." said Raven. "Thanks. I'll bring them back when im done." said Selene as Raven nod her head and floated to her room. Selene went back to her room checking her phone for any messages from Melinda before she grabbed her satchel bag. She walked out of the tower texting Melinda back about where she'll be meeting her vanishing into smoke and reappeared near a different bar where she saw Melinda and her friends. Selene walked out of the alley looking around seeing the shop across the street finding one or two people going inside. She looked for any cars before crossing going in seeing Dean behind the counter restocking the shelves. Selene looked the candles and incense before Dean looked at her smiling. "What are you lookin for?" said Dean. "Im working a spell and i know this will sound weird but you got a dagger or Black Mirror?" said Selene looking at him. "Dagger. No and i do have regular mirrors but you make one from removing the glass painting the inside black. Does that help?" said Dean.
"Very thank you." said Selene looking at the mirrors section. She looked at each one until one of the customers knocked over an item behind her and stopped it in mid air with her open hand moving it towards her to grab. "What the fuck?" said Dean and the customer who was a young teen looked at her in shock "Let me guest. You're gonna have to kill me for being a real witch." said Selene. "No. I never seen a witch in real life." said Dean. "Same here. That was awesome." said the teen. "Sorry about the killing part. Where i am from everyone is like Salem. And i never worship anything satanic or anything involved with evil except slaughtering actual demonic creatures roaming my old home before i left." said Selene moving the object back where it was. "Wow. Um so you're the real thing. How long have you been doing this?" said Dean. "When i was maybe six. But look the only reason im telling you and him about this is because if you told anyone would lead to trouble not to yo but me as well." said Selene. "By that you mean experimentation or mental asylum." said the teen. "Yeah. Look im just gonna take this mirror and the candles. The Dagger i can find somewhere else." said Selene. "The items are on the house. It's fine and we wont say anything about this." said Dean. "Thanks. Seems like youre the first normal people who are okay with me. Anyway im gonna go see some friends." said Selene packing the medium size mirror into her bag and left almost running into elder woman. 'Sorry i didnt hear you.' signed the woman. 'Its fine. i shouldve looked where i was going.' signed Selene before she left the shop. She walked down a few blocks until Selene stopped for a guy to run into invisible force she used on herself knocking him to the ground. Selene looked at him then picked up the purse as the woman came running for her bag. "Thank you. He just snatched it from me when i was getting into my car." said the woman hearing a groan. The guy went to get up until Selene knock him out by a kick to the jaw hearing crack surprising the woman by looking at her. "That was a normal crack from the neck. He'll wake up in a few hours. Not the first time." said Selene walking away. She headed down to the coffee shop seeing Melissa and Dylan who was on a leash by the time she got to their table. "So what are we doing?" said Selene looking at them.
After sometime Selene was seated inside a nice restaurant table talking with Kenna and Melissa. She told them about her life leaving out her being from another dimension and her age. "Thats tough to go through. And your friends with the Teen Titans?" Said Kenna. "Yeah but i never really fit in with the team since they dont really know me besides Raven. We both keep something to ourselves and know everything spell related. I just need to find a better living space so i wont be interrupted on my practice by the team or the alarms." Said Selene. "We got new apartment buildings around Jump City. We can help find you some jobs." Said Melissa. "Thanks. Hopefully they understand my decisions." Said Selene as a waitress placed a drink down. "I didnt . . ." "The Gentlemen from one of tables ordered this for you." Said the waitress before she left. Selene looked at Kenna and Melissa confused then dragged her middle finger along the glass rim to see anything. She then took a drink looked to enjoy it nad looked around spotting the Gentlemen across the room seated by himself raising his drink to her with a nod. Selene does the same taking a drink then faced Melissa and Kenna. "Go to his table. Talk to him." Said Kenna. "I never talked to a guy in my fucking life." Said Selene. "Move your ass over there. Hes eyeing on you when he passed our table an hour ago. Be yourself and relax. We'll right here." Said Melissa. Selene got up taking her drink walking to the gentlemen's table. "Is this seat taken?" She asked. "By all means. Im glad you like the drink. Im James Wilson." Said the man shaking her hand. He watched Selene hang her bag on her chair before sitting down across from him. "Selene and thank you for that. This is the first time anyone offered me a drink that wasnt contaminated." Said Selene. "Maybe they didnt realize what their eyes are missing. You certainly are drawn my interests." Said James.
"Really? How so?" Said Selene. "A man just knows when they see a real beauty. Im guessing your partner tells you that." Said James. "Single as hell. If i did started dating it wouldnt last less than a day." Said Selene. "Try me." Said James as the two talked for a while until Kenna and Melissa left. He then looked at the time and had one of the waiters come to collect glasses. "I have to cut our time short. Have people to see. We'll meet each other again if you want." Said James. "If we arent busy. This was nice." Said Selene getting up. "Do you need a ride? Ive seen your friends leave earlier." Said James. "Its fine. I can get someone else to pick me up. Bye James." Said Selene walking away. She went outside seeing it was late looking for Melissa's car but found no sign of her. Eventually Selene began walking down a few blocks until she turned to alley once she checked no one was watching. She teleported to her room to get the items she needs for the spell and teleported to the woods. Selene walked to a good spot and began drawing the pentacle on the dirt with her blood drawn by the dagger Raven left on her bed and lit each of the five candles placing them on each points of the star. She pulled out a belt buckle that she wore all the time and twisted it counter clockwise to see it glow red and put in the middle of the drawing and waved her hands above it to form a force filed to keep the evil in. Her eyes began to focus on the buckle opening up letting the demons that she killed and trapped out and moved her hands to spin the drawing opening a gateway to Hell. It didnt take long or quick the spell was forcing the demons back to where they belong and a white light burst out a beam for a moment then disappeared. Selene gasped as the drawing as gone and the flames were out meaning the spell is done and carefully picked up everything since the spell costed her energy to be drained out of her body. Once it was over Selene went back to her room change and drop herself on the bed to rest.
