Its been three days after the mall incident as Valerie pulled over to Hargroves house. She got out of the car walking to the front porch holding two small take out boxes and knocked on the door. "Hi Valerie. How are you?" Said the woman. "Im doing great. Is Max and Billy here?" Said Valerie. "Theyre both here. Billy. Max. Valerie's here." Said the woman. "Come in." Said the woman. "Hey Val." Said Max. "Hey Max. I wanted give you and Billy something that i made. As a thank you for watching me and Ethan." Said Valerie handing Max the take out box. Max opened it seeing if was a cheeseburger with fries but noticed the buns were replaced with two glazed donuts. "I know its a weird combination but its good. I call it a Donut burger." Said Valerie then saw Billy coming out of his room. Max tried the first bite and moaned in satisfaction as Billy looked at her. "This is really good. Thanks. Mom you want to give it a try." Said Max as they went to the kitchen. "Heres a small thank you for watching me." Said Valerie handing the box to Billy. "Thanks and listen about our date. I was thinking having a drive around Hawkins." Said Billy. "And walk around the mall. Im gonna be working there anyways." Said Valerie. "Well i guess i know where I'll be going." Said Billy smiling. "Well im gonna go and see one of the kids im babysitting. Hope you guys enjoy the Donut Burger. See you tonight." Said Valerie walking to the car. She got in driving to Dustins house knocking on the front door as he started yelling inside. "Hello Valerie. We are in deep shit." Said Dustin once he opened the door. "I secretly kept a those creatures that tried to kill us as a pet." Said Dustin walking her to his yard. "So you're meaning to tell me? That you kept that fucker when we told you to get rid of it." Said Valerie facing Dustin at his house. "Yes. But now he's growing and ate my cat. Now I need you to keep him in the bomb shelter while i go get reinforcements." Said Dustin. "Hurry up I got a date tonight." Said Valerie. "Alright!" Said Dustin grabbing his bike.
Soon after he left the neighborhood Valerie pulled out her walkie from her back pocket placing it up to her mouth. "Lucas if you read me remind me to shock Dustin for a week." Said Valerie. She looked over at the barricaded door for a second and saw it open but with a shock it screamed in pain. Valerie went in seeing the creature clawing the wall creating a hole. She grabbed a rake and started hitting it making it mad swiping its claws at her slashing her leg but kept on fighting it until the creature got top of her opening its mouth. Using hands and arms Valerie sent volts of electricity through her body making it scream in pain again. Valerie kept on going as she slowly got up and pushing it off of her and jabbed the rake into it. She saw the creature growing tired and on the ground giving Valerie the opportunity to get out block the door with her worn out body. Breathing in and out Valerie looked at around seeing Steve's car pulling in and flipped the two boys off. "Holy shit." Said Dustin seeing Valerie scratched up and tired. "What happen?" Said Steve. "I fought and shocked the shit outta him when he tried to eat me." Said Valerie. "I dont want you to kill him. Hes my friend." Said Dustin as Valerie lunged at him but Steve held her back. "We need to get rid of him!" Said Valerie. "Get your ass in the car." Said Steve. "Make it fast because hes trying to dig a tunnel." Said Valerie walking to her car. She placed her hands on the dashboard closing her eyes to find El zoning out Steve and Dustin. "El?" Said Valerie seeing her with another girl. She sas that they were at a warehouse with a few tvs and made herself visible to them but Dustin shook her. El heard a noise behind her looking at the tv for second to see Valerie before it was gone. "What?" Said the girl. "I heard someone calling me." Said El. Valerie gasped at slowly looked at Dustin looking at pissed. "I interrupted you talking to El didnt i?" Said Dustin. He then yelled in a pain after Valerie shocked him on the hand. "Youre bleeding." Said Steve. "I know! Let just get the group and dont do that again." Said Valerie. She closed her eyes feeling herself going to sleep hitting her head lightly on the glass. Its took the group sometime to wake her up until Steve carried her inside Jonathan'a house lying her on the recliner.
"Wake up! We are gonna fucking die! Ah!" Steve when Valerie sat up to shoot electricity at the creature making it roar in pain until their body burns up going limp. He sighed in relief as Jonathan and Max looked completely freaked out from ehat they just saw. "What the fuck?!" Said Max. "Iletyousleepatmybunkerwheneveryouwant." Said Valerie. "Done." Said Max then saw lights shining through the front of the house. Valerie peeked out to see Billys Camero pulling up and looked at the group. "Its Billy." Said Valerie. She got up to go talk to him but Steve beat her to it and followed him put after gesturing Jonathan to keep a look out. "I haven't seen Max." Said Steve facing Billy. "Oh amd whats Valerie doing here?" Said Billy looking at her. "Nothing happened. I got called to babysit and ran into him before i could tell . . . Max." Said Valerie following his hard gaze to the group looking out and hide. She looked back Billy passing them but Steve blocked him from going only to get punched hard to fall on the ground. "Billy!" Said Valerie going after him inside once Steve started getting up. "You need to go." She says standing between him and the kids. "I will with you and Max. We still got that date, right?" Said Billy looking at her. "If you continue being a total Dick right now." Said Valerie as Steve came in. Billy scoffed then turn ed his head to the side seeing Steve smirking and started having a fight with him. "Were wasting time if they continue." Said Mike then lunged at Billy stabbing a needle into his leg making him stop beating up Steve. Valerie got him off having lay on his back trying say something then looked up at Max who was holding a nailed bat. "You are going to leave and my friends alone." Said Max glaring at him. "You dont the guts." Said Billy when Max slammed the bat close to his crotch. "Oh shit." Said Valerie seeing Billy lift his up before dropped it back to floor. "Do. You. Understand." Said Max raising her voice. "Yes." Said Billy. "You guys better get a moving. I got him." Said Valerie. ""But we need someone to drive us to the location." Said Dustin. "Figure it out and need someone to watch him." Said Valerie after pulling the needle out of Billy's leg. She then dragged him to Steves car after they all left in the Camero and help strap in him in. Billy watches her take him to the same road hed seen her before with Ethan and pulled over. He moved his limbs a little when Valerie went to his spot to get him out. Valerie grabbed his hands to help him and lead him to the bunker while looked out for any of the creatures. She felt Billy getting back to normal by him squeezing her hand a bit until they got to the hidden door. "Come on." Said Valerie lifting the door up to show the stairs down to her home. She let Billy go down first then herself shutting the door and use her power to seal it magnetically.
