Rick Dicker

Agent Rick Dicker of The NSA AKA The National Superhero Agency. The NSA was created soon after the legalization of Supers in parts of the world. They help relocate heroes who have their identities blown up and have been keeping a watchful eye on the villains who have been imprisoned for multiple life sentences without the possibility of parole.

Normally, Dicker is called in whenever a super accidentally blows their cover.

But there have been moments where he's been called in for other stuff.

The only supers in the program that have barely blown their covers were the Midoriya's. As you recall, Izuku and Helen have blown their covers, but that was only two times. The only time that Dicker is called in by the Midoriyas is when there is a family party. Like say, Violet's, Dash's, Jack-Jack's, Helen's, or Izuku's birthday party, or even Dicker's birthday.

The Midoriyas view Dicker as a member of the family.

And right now - Izuku needs help from family.

"So Bob's in trouble?" Dicker asks Izuku. Izuku nods his head. "Well, what kind of trouble are we talking about here? Accidental usage of powers? Financial? Or what..."

Izuku then says, "I think he's in super-trouble."

Dicker looks at Izuku as he is taken aback by his answer. "'Super-trouble'? What makes you say that?" Izuku then pulls out a cutout piece of paper from the newspaper from this morning and shows him. It was the missing person's section and Bob and Simon were missing. "What the hell..." He let out in disbelief as he read the cutout article. "Three weeks ago... He's been missing for three weeks," He looks back up to Izuku and asks him, "Do you have any idea where he might be?"

Izuku shakes his head as he says, "No idea, but," he then tells him, "I did get a S.O.S call from Bob, and Gazerbeam was with him." Dicker looks at Izuku in stoic shock and disbelief. "He called me, kept on telling me 'Kronos'. And that I'm the only one who can save us and avenge or get justice for us. I don't what he meant by that - but what I do know is he is in trouble. Which is why I'm coming to you, Dicker." He pleads, "Please, help me find and save Bob. And get to the bottom of all of this."

Dicker remains silent before answering, "Four weeks ago," he tells Izuku, "There was an incident with Bob - he got angry after seeing a civilian getting mugged from his boss's window and he couldn't do anything. He accidentally uses his powers - and then he gets fired. I told him that I could still get him a new identity however, Bob along with a few others made it impossible to move them around because they were wasting the NSA's resources. But I told him that I could still relocate again." He shakes his head, "He denied the offer, and said he'll find a new job." He becomes silent. "I haven't heard from him since." He looks down in guilt. "If what you say is true, then I'll help you Izuku. It's my way of helping Bob. So," He then asks, "What do you want to know?"

Izuku answers, "Everything. Can you give me a file on everything on Bob? His phone records, banking transfer, his last known recorded sighting, anyone he's been talking to either a friend, a therapist, a girlfriend, or someone from the old life?"

Dicker nods his head and answers, "Well, that search won't be too long for you."

"What do you mean?"

Dicker answers, "Because there is one person that Bob stayed in contact with since their old life - Lucius Best."

"Frozone. I haven't talked to Lucius since Dash's third birthday. It's going to be tough to find him."

"Well you're are in luck," He tells Izuku, "Lucius is actually in town as a guest star professor in cryo-science at the local university. You should be able to get inside."

Izuku nods his head as he answers, "Thanks Dicker, I owe you one." He then begins to check on Jack-Jack before leaving.

Dicker waves his hand as he says, "You don't owe me anything, it's the least that I can do for the hero who saved the President of the USA. But do me a favor," Izuku stops in his tracks as he and Jack-Jack look at him, "When you see Bob, give him a knuckle sandwich for me for being a blockhead." Izuku nods his head and leaves. After he leaves, Dicker looks down at the newspaper clipping in front of him and says to himself, "If we're just figuring out your disappearance Bob, and just hearing about Simon's disappearance as well...

How many other supers like you are missing?

And why are they going missing?"

Time skip...

Izuku soon arrived back home.

He entered inside with Jack-Jack sleeping in his little car seat. Sleeping peacefully.

After he goes inside he sees a sight before him that makes his heart warm with a smile on his face. There they were, his little grape, his energetic cheetah, and his incredible wife sleeping together on the couch with a blanket wrapped around them with the TV on. It seems that after he left and after his family came back from work and school, they decided to chill in the living room. Dash was sitting next to Violet's left side and leaned/used her shoulder as a pillow as he laid his head on her. Violet, sitting and sleeping in the middle had used her brother's head to sleep on as a pillow as well. And to Violet's right was their mother also using Violet's side as a pillow, and also drooling as well. Izuku saw the opened VCR tapes on the coffee table and knew instantly that they would fall asleep to the following movies.

Little Mermaid, Ratituie, Beauty and Beast, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, The Hobbit, Alice and Wonderland, Peter Pan, and Aladin.

He smiled at the sight that his loving and amazing family was spending time together. And was hoping that there was still leftover dinner for him. However, that wasn't important to him right now. What was important to him was seeing his family bonding over their love of movies. Although it struck a blow to his heart to see his family have the fun that he always loves to see when he's with them all together. He was still happy that they all were spending time together nonetheless. Being the good - - no - Great father that he is, he decides to let them sleep. But seeing as though they'll wake up with a bad neck cramp, he decides to help them to bed.

First off, he needed to put Jack-Jack in his crib so he could sleep. He puts his baby boy in his crib gently as Jack-Jack's head rests on the bed with his stuffed animal Monsieur Frog, next to him.

Next up was Dash. Izuku picked him off of the couch, slowly, carried him to his room without much effort really, and placed him on his bed. After putting Dash on his bed, resting his head on his pillow, Izuku went to his closet and grabbed one of the extra blankets for Dash, and tucked Dash in. He whisperly says to him, "Good night speedy. I love you son."

Next was Violet, his little grape. His first-born daughter. He too picked her from the couch and carried her off to her room. He gently placed his daughter on her bed and kissed her head good night.

Finally was his wife. Izuku decided to pick her up off of the couch with no effort and with ease. He carried her off to bed in bridal style and quietly took her to their room. He placed his wife on their bed gently. After placing his wife on the bed, he proceeds to take off his clothes and covers Helen with their blanket. Once he was down to his underwear he joined Helen in bed and stared at her sleeping face. Smiling, that he had gotten to live the best life because of this woman.

He soon falls asleep.

Unknown location...

In a dark office room, two people were talking. One was a man, the other was a woman with dark skin and silver hair. They are talking about Mr. Incredible's attempted call for help. "What is the damage that Incredible and Gazerbeam caused?" The man speaks in a normal tone of voice.

The woman answers with a voice that would make men melt, "Surprisingly, the damage the two thought that they did would leave our operation in disarray wasn't much." She tells him, surprising him. "All though they injured some of our men, and destroyed some of our weapons, the bright side is that they were able to destroy some of the items here and there that weren't much of use. And with the damages, we should be able to get a sort of, insurance money with them."

The man smiles, "Excellent."

She then tells him, "However, there is a small problem."

"What is it?"

"Before our soldiers broke into the control room and before Mr. Incredible and Gazerbeam's escape," She was hesitant to tell him, "Sir, from what we can tell, Mr. Incredible called someone from the outside. We're trying to figure out what he said. But we do have the location of who the call was sent to."

The man clutches his hand into a fist. "Figure out who he sent the call to. But, we're still going to plan. Understood?"

The woman nods her head and then leaves.

Leaving the man alone in the office. He presses a button on a table, and a projector screen appears at the end of the office. The screen showed the locations of Supers in the USA with a 'deceased' label marked over their names. He noticed that there was only a very small handful of supers still alive in the US. He was angry that Mr. Incredible and Gazerbeam were still alive and may have exposed their plans in some way. Besides them, there was still a very small amount of heroes still alive. There was Frozone, he was next on the list of heroes left to kill. Elastigirl, no one's seen Elastigirl five months before the illegalization of supers. Stratogale, there were minor rumors here and there that she was still alive after the airplane incident. Black Scorpion, despite heroes being outlawed, rumor has it that he was still wearing his gas mask and being a hero. However, there was still one hero that he wanted to be on his island.

The one hero - who he always wanted to be on his island and fight against his greatest creation Mr. Incredible.

Deku.

It seems that, unlike other heroes, he wasn't diving back into her work like Incredible, Gazerbeam, Black Scoprion, or any of the other heroes that died on his island.

Despite seeing that Deku hasn't been keeping up with secret hero work, he was still hoping and gunning that Deku screws up and they find him.

He is just itching and waiting for him to be a part of his master plan.

And little does he know, is that Deku is looking for Mr. Incredible and Gazerbeam. Which will lead him to our mysterious man. And to his island as well.

A/N: Be honest with me, was it a good idea to add in Black Scorpion from Ultra Violet into this fanfic to act as the one hero who resists government law/order and is still fighting the good fight? I added him in because he will make an appearance in a later chapter to help Izuku with his daughter and her school.

Also, a warning, the next chapter is called 'Relaxing'. It's the first lemon chapter of this fanfic and is not suitable for ages under 18 years old.
