I don't have the heart to do a multiple chapter story, one shots are basically easier.

Katara signed as she water bended the water back into the small lake before turning to the very tired boy as she smiled. "I think that's enough training for today". She said seeing the stress all the young Avatar, he could barely stand.
The team had taken a small island as their camping spot after narrowing escaping an attack at the Western Air Temple, Katara couldn't help but glare at the Fire sibling's territory which for now just consist of Prince.
Aang had argue that they should stick together but everyone wanted no part in that so everyone was keeping their distance which was mostly the Fire siblings.
Katara balled her fist from just thinking about them before calming herself and turning back to Aang as she pat his shoulder. "Get some rest, we all need it". She watch as he nodded happily before running off to Appa.
Zuko had come to they, telling them that he wanted to save his nation but he can't do that if his father was in power and trying to destroy everything, They were all happy that he wasn't trying to capture Aang anymore but the sight of his sister by his side, giving them a mocking smirk put them on edge.
Katara was already going for the kill before Aang smiled and welcomed the princess to the group completely unaware of Katara's discomfort, and as if feeling her frustration the Fire princess turned to her giving her a smug look.
Since that day Katara had try to remove the princess from her head and put all of her anger on Zuko.
He brought her here.
His sister killed the Avatar, Aang, she could still remember his lifeless body in her arms.
Shaking her head removing thoughts of killing someone from her mind as she walked to Toph, who was laughing for whatever reason 'completely normal' as she removed a year from her eye, Katara couldn't help but smile, at least someone was having a good time.
Toph was among the few who did care or have detestable feelings towards the Fire siblings.
She even welcomed they, even after the oldest burnt her feets.
"You are very cheerful today, something I would like". Katara asked amuse.
"...Twinkle Toes just jumped into a Volcano". Toph said between laughs as she hold her side, Sokka who was just passing through looked at both of them for a moment before muttering 'girl stuff's before walking off to meet Suki.
The Water Bender raised an eyebrow not understanding what she meant, 'maybe Aang's having problem resting' was what she could think of as she turned her attention towards Appa.
Aang was too far away for her to hear his pleading voice asking for mercy.
Even the peaceful bison was tired and now resting behind a huge boulder after all the flying couldn't try to save his master from a angry woman, Girl.
But Toph had order ideas. "Sorry Sugar Queen but you ain't disturbing my only source of entertainment". Toph had grabbed her arm holding her in place but Toph couldn't see the exasperated expression on Katara's face and if she could won't care.
"Look Aang's been training without rest these days and if there is something stopping him from resting when he should then am going to try and pull and end to it". Katara said but the grip holding her said otherwise.
"I know that Twinkle Toes hasn't been resting as he should but nobody has, hell he hasn't started his Earth Bending training since Fire Lily too over his Fire Bending training which am not complaining tho". Toph said looking at a random direction before trying to stop herself from laughing again.
Katara ignored the nick name 'Fire Lily' but knew that she won't get her way with Toph but she also knew that if Aang was in danger she would jump in to save him, and when she is this occupied laughing off of Aang's misery, it just isn't happening.
So instead she had to change the subject.
Katara sat down on the grass floor signing as Toph joined her. "Am just angrier after Zuko joined the group". Katara said focusing her mind on Zuko.
"And Fire Lily". Toph added
But Katara ignored her. "Ever since we have meant him he has been so... ughhh I don't even know what word to use". Frustration washed over Katara as she started bringing out her emotions.
"Mephistophelean". Toph added.
Katara turned to her giving her a common eccentric Sokka-like expression, but for her defense she haven't heard of word like that before.
"...that and even though Aang try to reason with him multiple times he still didn't want to change, he even took part in almost killing Aang, and now he just wants to join us". Katara all but fenced.
"Not my best moments". Came from behind her almost scaring the ghost out of her before glaring at the Fire prince, Former.
"And you forgot Fire Lily". Toph added, not even trying to hide that she knew Zuko was right behind they, Katara wanted to throw her into the lake now glaring at the Earth Bender.
"I know that everything I did may not be forgivable, I even betrayed my country". Zuko said sadly sitting by Toph's side basically not wanting to be any closer to Katara, Good. "But know that am not interested in capturing Aang anymore".
Katara was now ready to face the dragon. "And your sister". Katara asked distasteful.
Zuko raised an eyebrow at her.
"She killed Aang and now for whatever reason she just joins us, I don't know her game or what Aang was thinking when he agreed your crazy sister to join us". Katara argued. "If it was up to me, I would have thrown her over the Temple when you joined us". She looked at him waiting for him to argue just for her to argue more.
"Trust me, I would have thrown her off my balloon on the way here if I could". Katara's face went from irritated to confusion as Zuko agreed with her, seeing her expression. "Did you expect me to become defensive".
"Kind of a yeah". Toph answered distractedly for Katara.
"Azula is an awful sister if you ever saw one, she acts like the world resolves around her, she is dad's favorite and did everything better and always had the time to throw it in my face, the only time she helps me is to gain something". Zuko said calmly, seems like almost everyone didn't like Azula. "I know that for a fact that she was going to be the next Fire Lord, even now she has more of a chance then me".
"Ain't you like the crown prince or something and has the right to the throne". Katara asked. "Like first born, are you even the first born".
"Yes...B-". Zuko said giving her a dry smile. "But been the crown prince would only get me so far, if my dad doesn't remove me from the line for the succession then he's probably sending an army after me". He scoffed.
Katara didn't know what to say to that, she wasn't even into politics much less knew the basics but she did know that from the way things worked in her tribe that the first son gets almost everything.
"Why did she join us". Zuko looked at her as she asked the question. "If she had everything she would have wanted or I think she would have, but why join us". Has been the one question going through her head for a while now.
"She put the blame of killing the Avatar on me". Zuko blurted out and Katara gave him a look of disbelief. "I don't know if she did it from the kindness of her heart 'if she had one' but if she didn't-".
"She could put the blame of failing to kill Aang on you, making you a scapegoat for her failure" Katara finished for him as he nod and yes Katara is smart even for a little bit. "But still doesn't explain why she would join us, it's not like we have a huge chance of winning". Katara said distasteful.
"Maybe because she's bored". Came an opinion that got completely ignored.
They both clearly forgot about Toph it seems.
"See it like this, She joins us but we lose, she could say that I kidnapped her or force her into following me". Zuko said and Katara's went wild with realization at what Zuko meant and back at the air temple, Azula didn't try to help them escape unlike Zuko, she just watched from a distance, got on Appa while everyone else did all the work. "And if we win".
"She could get benefits from helping us and would be seen as a hero". Katara said with grievance.
That was smart.
Not only was Azula very dangerous, she could turn on them at an given time, they didn't even know if she was the one who message the Fire Nation at the Air Temple.
She and Zuko looked at each other with a new sence of understanding and one thought in mind. "I Don't Trust Azula".
But their train of thought was cut when Toph blurted out loudly as she slapped her cheeks, blind eyes wild open. "Fire Lily just kissed Twinkle Toes".
"WHAT".

Tell me your thoughts on this story, I was just going with the flow without a plot 'I forgot about it" in mind.
