Summary: It is once again time for the holy grail war and this time a young girl hopes to win the battle and prove herself worthy of her family name. To do so she needs saber, who is said to be the strongest among the seven servants but instead the one who appears before her is a being dressed in blue and yellow, Caster.
A candle was lite to reveal two people at a table in a large room, one was a girl about seven years old and the other was a man that looked to be in his mid-thirty's. The girl had hair that was white as untouched snow except for one strand of red in the front that went a little past her ears, with eyes blue as the cloudless sky. The man looked to be in his thirty and had coal black hair with eyes green as grass.
"My child it's time you learn about the Holy Grail War." The man said.
"Holy Grail war?" the girl said.
"Yes, the holy Grail war a battle with seven magicians against each other to obtain the holy grail." The man explained. "They say that the winner of the grail will have any wish they desire granted no matter what."
The girl smiled at having a wish granted no matter what it was.
"I see that it interests you." The man said. "Truth be told your great grandfather was in the holy grail war before but was unable to have his wish granted.
"More than anything and is it possible for me to enter." The girl said back.
"For course my child."
"When does I happen."
"It will take place in eight years from now," The man answered. "So, until then I will train you in the art of magic."
"When do we start Papa?" the girl asked.
"It won't be easy Tory." The man quickly answered.
"Then it wouldn't be any fun." Tory said back.
"Then let us begin." The man responded.
Eight years later
"Hey Tory!" A voice yelled.
"Oh, hey Hana." Tory greeted turning around and seeing a girl with dark purple hair.
Tory stopped walking until Hana came closer and they walked the rest of the way to school together. When they entered the school Hana and Tory went their separate ways. Once Tory got to her classroom, she saw a girl with brownish hair and green eyes reading a book alone.
"Please tell me you not going to start another fight with Ren Tohsaka" A voice said behind Tory.
Tory turned around to see a girl and a boy with the same brown eyes, but their hair colors were different, the boy had short black hair while the girl had long dark blue hair in a brad.
"What if I am." Tory said.
"You two are cousins right," The boy said. "So, you shouldn't fight with each other so much."
"Come off it Miles." Tory said walking away. "Me and her might be related by blood but her parents have never gotten along with mine, so it's only natural that the kids start to hate each other as well."
Miles tried to grab Tory, but the girl stopped him and said, "Don't bother Miles you know how she feels about the Tohsaka's."
"I know Merry but still you think those two would let it go and go back to the way they were when they were kids." Miles said rubbing his head.
"If I'm not mistaken dad said that she was part of a family with magic as well." Tory thought to herself as placed her bag down on her desk. "So, we might have to fight each other in the grail war, I just hope we don't have to go too far."
As the day went on, Tory's thoughts kept going back to the holy grail war that was going to start soon. When the day ended, she left for her house as quickly as possible so she could prepare to summon her servant, but when she entered her home, she saw that her father had a visitor. Tory walked past the living room to see her father speaking to a man with short black spiky hair and glasses.
"Oh, good your home, Tory." Tory's father said seeing his daughter.
"Shall I take my leave Mr. Dawn?" the man asked bowing a little.
"Oh, no need to do that." Mr. Dawn replied. "This is my daughter Tory, and this man is Soichirou Kuzuki."
"It's a pledger to meet you." Tory greeted.
Soichirou bowed back at the greeting then turned towards Mr. Dawn once more.
"I guess we have an understanding and agreement on the situation." Soichirou said reaching out his hand.
"Yes, I agree with the arrangement." Mr. Dawn agreed shaking Soichirou hand.
Mr. Dawn then showed Soichirou to the door and as he left Tory felt the warm leave her body entirely.
"What was all of that about dad?" Tory asked.
Mr. Dawn sighted then said, "It was about the Holy Grail war."
"Okay, so is like going to help me in the war or something." Tory guessed.
"No, he will be taking your place as one of the summoners for the war." Mr. Dawn explained.
Tory's eyes grew wider as she yelled in fury, "What do you mean he'll be taking my place in the grail war. You trained me so that I could take part in the grail war and have my greatest wish granted."
"I know what I said but you have to understand that I did teach you magic so could take part in the Grail war, but I also did it so that I could pass on our family tradition of magic."
"Yes, I know that." Tory shouted. "Our great grandfather participated in a holy grail war but was unable to claim victory because the ruler at the time interfered wanting the grail for himself."
"Yes, I know but his teachings lived on for he stopped the ruler before the grail could form." Mr. Dawn explained. "And I wish for them to be passed on to even more generations of our family."
"SO, BECAUSE YOU WANT TO PROTECT ME AND OUR LEGASE, YOU DO THIS." Tory yelled. "I GREW UP LEARNING ABOUT THE HOLY GRAIL WAR, YOU FILLED MY HEAD FULL OF THE DREAM THAT I'LL BRING HONOR TO OUR FAMILY. BUT NOW YOU JUST TAKE THAT AWAY BECAUSE SOME MAN SAYS SO."
"Don't you dare raise your voice to me young lady!" Mr. Dawn shouted back. "I'm only trying to do what's best for our family."
"THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE NEVER TAUGHT ME MAGIC IN THE FIRST PLACE." Tory roared running to her room and slamming the door.
Mr. dawn ran after Tory and banged on the door ordering Tory to come out, but Troy blocked the door with her dresser that was close by. Tory sobbed for a while till she heard her father leave the house so he could get to work on time. Troy got off of her bed and looked at the picture on her desk of a boy with red hair standing in-between two girls, one having black long hair in pigtails and the other with blond hair in a ponytail bun.
"Oh, great grandpa Shirou what would you do if you were in my situation." Troy asked herself pick up the photo. "Though something tells me you would say to protect all that you can while you can and never give in till the end."
Tory placed the picture back on the desk then opened her bedroom door and walked out to the balcony near the living room. She drew a circle on the ground like her father had taught her to do so that she could summon her servant.
"Hopefully there's still a servant left for me to have." Troy said looking at the magic circle she drew.
Troy clenched her fist then looked back at the balcony doors, she turned and locked them so that no one could enter fear. As she did Tory saw her father staring back at her scared out of his mind. Tory turned towards her magic circle quickly and raise her right hand while her father tried to dispel the enchantment Tory cast on the door so that it wouldn't break.
"Close the four gates and come forth from the crowed and follow the forked road leading to the kingdom. Fill, Fill, Fill, Fill, Fill, repeat five times but when each is filled destroy it, Set." Troy chanted as the circle glowed a reddish color with a hint of blue. "Heed my words my will creates your body and your sword creates my destiny, if you heed the grails call and obey my will and reason then answer me."
"No Troy you need to stop this at once." Mr. Dawn shouted still dispelling the enchantment. "You don't even know if there's any servants left to claim."
"I hereby swear I shall be all the good in the world, that I shall defeat all evil in the world." Troy continued as a circle began to glow even more. "Seventh heaven clad in the great words of power from the binding circle bow guardian of the scab."
A whirlwind appeared in the circle in front of Troy with a blue light in the center. As the whirlwind vanished Tory saw a boy in blue and yellow clothing standing in the circle. The boy looked about sixteen years old, he had a blue hat on too, so Tory was unable to tell what color his hair was but she saw that his eyes were light brown.
"Are you, my master?" The boy asked snapping his fingers.
A blue cloak then appeared out of nowhere and cover the boy making it so that you could only see his blue shoes and head. Tory stared at the boy while her father final broke the glass and joined her on the balcony.
"Well, speak up will yay." The boy stated. "I hope you meant to summon me here and didn't do it by accident."
"Actually…" Mr. Dawn started.
"I summoned you knowing full well what I was doing." Tory interrupted. "I am Tory Dawn great granddaughter of Shirou Emiya, who might I ask are you."
"First let me see the mark." The boy quickly said.
Troy then lifted up her right hand to see three command seals, her father's face then became pale.
"Alright, then my class would be caster, but I do have a few tricks up my sleeve besides spell casting." The boy replied getting on one knee and bowing. "I accepted you as my master and will serve you till, I lose."
"Thank you, Caster." Tory agreed. "Now we have a Holy Grail War to win."
