Chapter 104: The Vacation Part I
It has been four days since Dylan Riley, Mina Ashido, and Juvia Lockser fighting against Himiko Toga. During that time, the girls hanged out a bit around the mansion or in a city, Dylan did his usual thing of watching TV, or YouTube, or playing his video games, and there was some sexual fun between Dylan and some of the girls.
Also during that time, Tomoko Shiretoko got her brand new bedroom. It was on the third storey and when Tomoko opens the door, her eyes light up when she sees it. The walls were painted yellow and white, her bedroom furniture had cat paws all over it, her pillows were in the shape of cat paws as well, and there was a cat paw shaped beanbag chair in the corner. Tomoko loved her new room and gave everyone a hug for their hard work.
Now to the present day as the girls were sitting around at the dining room table, while Dylan was hard at work vacuuming the mansion.
"Should we wait for Dylan?" Erasa (wearing a green t-shirt, high-waisted dark green shorts, and purple sneakers) asked the others.
"He'll be down," Nami (wearing a white t-shirt with orange floral patterns on it, blue jeans, and gladiator sandals) said.
"Yeah he did the other floors, he's now doing the main floor," Nico Robin (wearing her aviators, blue vest, salmon sarong, and pink pumps) said.
"How long does it take?" Erasa asked the other girls.
"Until it's perfect, he goes at it numerous times until there is no more dirt," Nojiko (wearing her red bandana, black muscle shirt with a red tribal pattern on it, blue jean shorts that stop at the knees with a red tribal pattern on it as well, and red sneakers with black laces) said.
"Yeah he tends to be obsessive," Itsuka Kendo (wearing a light blue muscle shirt, black ripped jeans, and blue and white sneakers) said.
"I see," Erasa said.
"So what's going on Robin, why did you call us here?" Nami asked Robin.
"Well I call you all down for a suggestion I had," Robin said to the other girls.
"What is it?" Nefertari Vivi (with her hair down, wearing a black shirt with blue short sleeves, indigo jeans, and white ankle-length heel boots) asked Robin.
"Well I thought us girls and Dylan could go on vacation," Robin said to the other girls as the girls were excited to hear that idea.
"Ooh that is awesome," Nami said.
"Oh I wouldn't mind going on vacation, gets me out of this mansion a bit," Bellemere (wearing a black t-shirt with blue flames on the sleeves, light blue jeans, and brown Timberland boots) said.
"Where should we go?" Kinoko Komori (wearing a red short-sleeve sundress that stop at her knees, and red high-top sneakers) asked shyly to the other girls.
"What about Florida, I hear that's a big tourist spot," Botan (wearing a salmon polo shirt, dark grey jeans, and white sneakers) said.
"No way, I heard from Dylan that Florida is a hotbed of bad decisions now," Fujiko Mine (wearing a black and yellow stripe off the shoulder t-shirt, blue skin-tight high-waisted jeans, and white high heels) said.
"What about Montreal?" Robin asked.
"No way, I heard from Dylan that people from Quebec can be very obnoxious," Ristarte (wearing a black hoodie, white skirt, and gold high heel wedges) said.
"What about Vatican City, as a priestess, it would be awesome," Aqua (wearing a blue long sleeve shirt, black leggings, and light brown ankle-length boots) said.
"No," the other girls said.
"What about Brazil, it was nice down there?" Videl (wearing a long black t-shirt, grey compression shorts, and black boots) asked.
"No it was hot as hell," Bellemere said.
"What about L.A.?" Karui (wearing a white bandana, a blue and orange New York Knicks jersey, black baggy cargo pants with a belt around it, and blue and white sneakers) asked.
"Neat idea, but I'm afraid of getting mugged or killed by a weirdo," Lucoa (wearing her pink cap, black tank top, blue jean shorts, black stockings, and pink sneakers) said.
"What about Australia?" Robin asked.
"That place is hot as hell, and most of the wildlife can kill a few of us," Téa Gardner (wearing a black muscle shirt with a black and white pixie on it, red jean skirt, and black knee-high boots) said.
"This is going to take a while," Itsuka said.
An hour later, the girls were having a hard time trying to find a place to go, while Robin was looking on her iPhone.
Then, Dylan Riley (wearing his glasses, black Kasey Kirk "Warrior" t-shirt, blue jeans, and sneakers) walks into the dining room as he finished up vacuuming.
"I did it, it took forever but I did it," Dylan said as he wipes the sweat from his forehead.
Dylan then walks over and takes a seat between Tomoko (wearing a black long sleeve shirt with a calico cat on it, blue jeans, and yellow sneakers) and Beth Vanderwood (wearing a red t-shirt with dark blue denim overalls over it, and red work boots).
"Aww poor thing, you look hot," Tomoko said to Dylan.
"Here, drink some water," Tomoko said to Dylan as she hands him a yellow steel water bottle.
Dylan then takes a swig and starts to drink down some water.
Five seconds later, Dylan stops drinking, cleans off the top, and sets it down.
"Better?" Tomoko asked Dylan.
"Yes," Dylan said.
"So you got it done?" Nami asked Dylan.
"Yes," Dylan said.
"Good, we got something to tell you," Nami said to Dylan as Dylan looked confused.
"What is it?" Dylan asked.
"We decided to go on vacation," Robin said.
"Okay," Dylan said as he was a little bit nervous.
"You don't want to?" Beth asked Dylan.
"I rather stay at home and have a staycation, unless I'm going after a girl, that's the only exception," Dylan said.
"We are going stir crazy," Bellemere said.
"Yeah, we need to go out for something else," Secre Swallowtail (wearing a black t-shirt with a crow skull on it and her black and white letter jacket over top of it, black shorts that stop at her upper thighs, and black converse sneakers) said.
"Have you decided?" Dylan asked the girls.
"No," Vivi said.
"We are hoping you got an idea," Meredy (wearing a blue t-shirt with a chibi wolf on it, burgundy jeans, and brown ankle-length boots) said to Dylan.
"And before you ask, we aren't going to one of your Deathmatch shows," Nami said to Dylan.
"Damn," Dylan said in anger.
"What about Mexico, you said you liked it," Nojiko said to Dylan.
"I would, but it has gotten a travel advisory, a lot of gangs and police officers carrying machine guns," Dylan said.
"That sounds like bull," Ristarte said.
"Nope it's true," Dylan said.
"What about Lake George?" Dylan asked.
"That sounds like a place you would like to go, most of us aren't into mini-golf like you," Mina Ashido (wearing a dark red t-shirt with a black heart on it, dark blue jeans, and pink sneakers) said to Dylan.
"There goes my suggestion for Minnesota," Dylan said.
"Anywhere you go, Juvia will love," Juvia Lockser (wearing her blue fedora, light blue t-shirt with a shark on it, blue jean shorts that stop at her upper thighs, and blue knee-high sneaker boots) said to Dylan in a happy tone.
"Well Atlantic City is out of the question, maybe Edmonton if they don't know what I did there, and Vancouver is expensive is hell," Dylan said.
"This is fucking hard," Fujiko said in anger.
"What about Vegas, I heard they have those Battlebots fights you love so much," Mei Hatsume (wearing her goggles, dark grey tank top, black coveralls tied around her waist, and black work boots) said to Dylan.
"I would do it, but I feel we would go broke by certain people here," Dylan said as he didn't want to say Aqua's name.
"There has to be somewhere we can go that we would love and Dylan would get to do stuff," Nami said.
Soon, Robin finds something on her iPhone that provided their answers.
"Oh my god, I found it," Robin said as Dylan gets out of his seat.
"What is it?" Dylan asked Robin as he walks over to Robin and stands beside her.
Dylan looks to see Robin was online, looking at a resort.
"There is a resort that we can all go to, it is just outside of Sudbury," Robin said to Dylan.
"Ooh Sudbury, nice," Dylan said.
"What is this resort?" Nami asked Robin.
"It's open all year round, it has this big dome filled with this AstroTurf for you to relax at, it has a pool, bar, restaurant, you can book excursions, and it's only ten minutes out of Sudbury," Robin said.
"Those are some good perks," Erasa said.
"It is also an adults only resort, featuring some exotic amenities that can't be seen on here," Robin said.
"Ooh I like it," Nami said.
"Me too," Lucoa said.
"I'm not sure," Dylan said as he was unsure about it.
"Come on Dylan, I would love to go to it," Nami begs Dylan.
"And beside, they have shuttles and taxis that take you to any attractions you want," Robin said to Dylan.
"Really?" Dylan asked in a curious tone.
"Yes, one of us can come with you to anyplace you want," Robin said to Dylan.
"Does that entice you a bit?" Nojiko asked Dylan.
"A little, Sudbury has some great museums and other things that I like," Dylan said as he hadn't made up his mind yet.
"Also, you can have some sexual fun on this trip," Robin said to Dylan with a smile on her face.
"Really?" Dylan asked Robin as this piqued his interest.
"Yes," Robin said.
"Well you ladies do need a vacation, so that's fine with me," Dylan said to the girls.
"Now that was quick," Fujiko said in a surprised tone.
"I just need to say the right words and Dylan would do anything," Robin said with a smile on her face.
"So how much is it?" Dylan asked Robin.
"For a six night stay, it is thirty-six hundred dollars," Robin said.
"Wow, well for an adults only resort that is open year round in Canada, I expect it," Dylan said.
"But if you come in with a group of ten or more, it is cut in half," Robin said.
"Eighteen hundred dollars, that's really good," Dylan said.
"How do we get there?" Meredy asked Robin.
"There is a bus that can pick you up at home, it is an extra two thousand dollars to do it," Robin said.
"Well we can splurge on it," Nami said.
"You ladies want it?" Dylan asked the girls as they nod "yes".
"Okay," Dylan said.
"I'll go and book it," Dylan said and then he exits the dining room.
"Ooh this is going to be fun," Erasa said in an excited tone.
"A week of relaxing, this is going to be good," Nami said.
An hour later, Dylan returns to the dining room as the girls look on.
"So?" Karui asked Dylan.
"I got everything booked, we leave in a week," Dylan said as the girls cheered for it.
"Awesome," Mina said.
"Wait a minute, what about the mansion, who will take care of it?" Botan asked.
"Well not Monoma," Itsuka said.
"Guy jackass," Shampoo (wearing a red cheongsam dress and red slip-on shoes) said in anger.
"What about Kazuma?" Aqua asked.
"Great guy, but I wouldn't trust Darkness or Megumin around this building," Dylan said.
"Juvia has idea," Juvia said.
"Robin, can Juvia borrow your phone?" Juvia asked Robin and then Robin slides her phone over to Juvia.
"Thanks," Jvuia said to Robin as she picks up the phone.
"Just don't bring Natsu, I want this mansion to still stay, even though it's built like a tank," Dylan said to Juvia.
"Don't worry, Juvia isn't going to bring Natsu," Juvia said to Dylan.
"I hope so, I like him, but he can be an idiot," Dylan said.
"Why not call Luffy?" Nami asked Juvia as Dylan gave this "are you serious" look on his face.
"Yeah even I think that's a bad idea," Nami said.
A week later, it was the day they were going to head out to the resort as the girls were waiting outside for the bus. Meanwhile, Dylan was waiting for the people to come and watch the house.
"Juvia, are they coming soon?" Dylan asked Juvia.
"Yes they are," Juvia said.
Then, Dylan sees Gajeel Redfox and Levy McGarden walking up to him.
"Oh hey Gajeel, Levy," Dylan said to Gajeel and Levy.
"Sup," Gajeel said to Dylan.
"Are you two watching the house?" Dylan asked Gajeel and Levy.
"Yes we are, Juvia thought we are the most trustworthy people to watch it," Levy said.
"Well you are the more sane people in the Fairy Tail guild," Dylan said to Levy and Gajeel.
"Now let me explain the rules," Dylan said to Levy and Gajeel as they walk into the mansion.
"Now you can watch TV or get some food from the kitchen that's fine, hell you can even play some games in the basement," Dylan said to Levy and Gajeel.
"But you aren't allowed to touch anything in my den or anything in the girls' bedroom, also don't go into Mei's lab if you value your safety," Dylan said to Levy and Gajeel in a serious tone.
"Got it," Gajeel said.
"You can stay in the guest rooms, we got plenty of those," Dylan said to Levy and Gajeel.
"Hey Dylan, do you mind if I look at that card display you got with Gajeel?" Levy asked Dylan.
"Will you be careful with it?" Dylan asked Levy.
"I promise on my life, I will be super careful," Levy said as she raises her right hand.
"Okay you can look at it, but if you take it down, make sure to put it back in it's spot," Dylan said to Levy.
"Yes, I promise I will do it," Levy said.
Meredy then walks over to Levy and hands Levy her Wolfy plushie.
"Keep a watchful eye on Wolfy, he likes to watch the Animal Channel, and he needs to be tucked in my bed every night," Meredy said to Levy.
"I will," Levy said as they hear a honk outside.
"The bus is here," Meredy said as she races out of the mansion.
"Okay you two can handle everything?" Dylan asked Gajeel and Levy.
"Yes," Gajeel said.
"You can trust us," Levy said to Dylan.
"Sweet," Dylan said.
"Well, we should let you get on that bus," Levy said to Dylan.
"Okay," Dylan said as he heads out the door.
"See you in a week," Levy said to Dylan.
"Yes, see you in a week," Dylan said to Levy as he heads out of the door and closes the door behind him.
Dylan then sees a silver and blue coach bus with a connecting car as he sees the bags being loaded.
"Now this is a sweet ride," Dylan said in an excited tone.
"Yes this bus looks cool," Tomoko said.
Soon, Dylan and the girls enter the bed and take their seats. They soon buckle up as Dylan turns on his headphones.
Once all the bags were put in, the doors close as the bus driver starts up the bus. Then, he drives the bus as they were heading to the resort.
Dylan puts on his headphones as Karui (who was sitting beside him), was resting her head on his left shoulder.
"Aww the little ninja needs her sleep," Dylan said as he turns on his music.
In a different row, Secre was sitting with Vivi as she looks out the window.
"What are you going to do when you get there?" Vivi asked Secre.
"I want to lay down on the astroturf," Secre said.
"I want to see this beach," Vivi said.
"I want to see what kind of adult stuff they offer," Nami said as she was sitting with Fujiko.
Across from Dylan and Karui was Tomoko and Kinoko as Tomoko looks over to Dylan.
Tomoko then points to her ears as Dylan takes off his headphones.
"Say Dylan, how long will this drive be?" Tomoko asked Dylan.
"About six and a half hours," Dylan said.
"Man this is a long trip," Kinoko said.
"Well get used to it," Dylan said to Kinoko as he puts on his headphones.
In a different part of the bus, Videl and Erasa were sitting next to each other as Erasa was getting excited about the vacation.
"This is going to be so much fun," Erasa said in an excited tone.
"Just cool down, you don't want to burn off your energy quickly," Videl said to Erasa as Erasa was now calm.
"I'm sorry but, this is going to be so much fun," Erasa said.
"It will be, but save the excitement for when we get there," Videl said to Erasa.
"Got it," Erasa said.
Over in the middle of the bus, Mina and Itsuka were sitting together as Mina was looking forward to the resort.
"Ooh I can't believe I'm going to a resort," Mina said.
"A nice break after all of those battles," Itsuka said.
"And it would be great for us to bond," Mina said to Itsuka.
"1-A and 1-B bonding, I love the sound of that," Itsuka said.
"I know," Mina said with a smile on her face.
After seven and a half hours of driving (with some times stopping for gas and snacks), they were outside of Sudbury in the late afternoon (they left in the morning) as they were close to the resort.
"We are almost there," Dylan said as he takes off his headphones.
"Finally," Nami said.
Three minutes later, they see a sign that reads "Sudbury Nickel Resorts" on it.
"Is this it?" Nami asked Dylan.
"Yes," Dylan said.
"Sudbury Nickel Resorts," Botan said in confusion.
"Yeah the Big Nickel is in Sudbury, so I guess they named the resort after it," Dylan said.
"That would explain it," Ristarte said.
Soon, the bus stops at the front door of the resort as the bus door opens.
"Time to get off," Dylan said as Karui wakes up.
Dylan and the girls then get off the bus and soon they grab their bags. Then they walk into the resort as they see the spacious lobby.
"Ooh this looks swanky as hell," Nami said as she admired the look of the lobby.
The girls then take their seat on the couches as Dylan sets his bag down with them.
"I'm going to check ourselves in," Dylan said to the girls.
"Okay," the girls said as Dylan walks over to the front desk.
"This is going to be good," Nami said.
"And the rooms are going to be good," Aqua said as they see Dylan talking to the person at the check-in desk.
After twenty minutes, Dylan returned to the girls with rooms keys in hand.
"Okay ladies, I got thirteen rooms, including one for me," Dylan said.
"Ooh nice," Bellemere said.
"So who gets to sleep where?" Ristarte asked.
"I'll let you decide, two girls per room," Dylan said to the girls.
"Me and Nojiko will share a room," Nami said as Dylan hands her a key card.
"Me and Aqua will share one," Ristarte said as Dylan hands her a key card as well.
"Shampoo share room with Tomoko," Shampoo said as Dylan hands her a key card.
"Me and Videl can share a room," Erasa said in an excited tone as Dylan hands her a key card.
"I'll stay with Itsuka, it would be so awesome," Mina said in a happy tone as Dylan hands her a key card.
"I can stay with Juvia," Beth said as Dylan hands her a key card too.
"I'll have Téa stay with me, I think it would be fine," Fujiko said as Dylan hands her a key card.
"I can let Komori crash with me," Mei said as Dylan hands her a key card.
"I'll let Vivi stay with me," Meredy said as Dylan hands her a key card as well.
"I'll take Secre, she seems like a good roommate," Karui said as Dylan hands her a key card.
"I'll have Bellemere stay with me," Robin said as Dylan hands her a key card.
"That leaves Lucoa and Botan," Dylan said as he hands Lucoa a key card.
"Yay," Lucoa said happily.
"I like it," Botan said.
"Alright then, let's go to our rooms," Dylan said to the girls as the girls get off the couch.
Then, they head off to their rooms, which were in close range with each other.
The girls then enter their rooms, while Dylan enters his room. The rooms were the same with two queen size beds, a dresser, a desk and chair, a HDTV, a closet, and a bathroom, except for Dylan's room which had one bed.
"Now this is one nice looking room," Dylan said as he sets his bag down.
"I'm going to like this vacation," Dylan said as he lays down on his bed.
Over in another room, Robin and Bellemere were talking away.
"Got anything planned today?" Bellemere asked Robin.
"Nope, we will just stay here and relax," Robin said to Bellemere.
"Nice I can handle that," Bellemere said.
After settling in, Dylan and the girls spend the rest of the day relaxing and heading off to bed when it was late.
It was the second day of their vacation as Dylan and the girls had some breakfast, and soon they were in this relaxing big grassy area. There was a huge skylight above them, several lounge chairs, and the famed astroturf.
Dylan and most of the girls were lounging around, while Mina, Meredy, Tomoko, and Beth were rolling around on the grass.
"Oh this feels amazing," Meredy said.
"It feels like actual grass," Mina said.
"Oh my god, it is so awesome," Beth said.
"I want to lay here forever," Tomoko said.
"They are having some fun," Dylan said as he watches the four.
"Yes they are," Nami said.
"I wouldn't have imagined having a full blown harem," Dylan said.
"Me neither, being on an ocean one minute and then being a harem member the next," Nami said.
"Yeah having you nearly kill me one minute, to loving the next," Dylan said to Nami.
"I wasn't keen on it at first, but I have been enjoying every minute since I first kissed you," Nami said to Dylan.
"Really?" Dylan asked Nami.
"Yes," Nami said.
"I have been enjoying it as well, this second chance at life rocks," Bellemere said in an excited tone.
"Yeah and being reunited with my sis and mom has been a dream come true," Nojiko said.
"When I first heard about it I was intrigued, but I have been enjoying my time with you Dylan, my dark gentle bear," Robin said to Dylan.
"Aww thanks Robin," Dylan said to Robin.
"What was your wildest fight you had?" Nami asked Dylan.
"Me vs. Gray, that was my first official fight and I left a lot of blood on the floor," Dylan said.
"No shit," Nami said.
"But the wildest fight was against Téa, it was a duel like nothing else," Dylan said.
"Yeah that was wild as hell," Nami said.
Over on another set of chairs was Aqua and Ristarte.
"So you got defeated easily in your fight," Ristarte said to Aqua.
"Yes I was the second card girl, but Nami was the first to beat me," Aqua said.
"Yeah because of your useless abilities," Ristarte said to Aqua.
"Please shut the fuck up," Aqua said in anger to Ristarte.
"I remember your fight, battling in Toronto with my water abilities coming in good use there for a change, and you getting the shock of a lifetime," Aqua said to Ristarte.
"Yeah I still feel that and smacking up against the CN Tower," Ristarte said.
"But my healing had brought some help for the group," Ristarte said.
"Oh yes, between us we can heal people somewhat okay," Aqua said.
"And you know what, this harem has been the best thing I have ever been a part of," Ristarte said.
"Me too," Aqua said.
Soon, Meredy, Mina, Beth, and Tomoko join the others by sitting on the chairs with the others.
"This has been great so far," Kinoko said.
"Oh yes it has," Tomoko said.
"It's pretty quiet here," Secre said as she notices they were the only ones in this grassy room.
"Everyone is probably at the pool," Meredy said.
"I still remember the battle when we went against you," Nami said to Kinoko.
"Yeah, the mushrooms, Dylan's nasty trip, Kinoko getting hit by rides, it was crazy," Ristarte said.
"That room I stayed in really sucked," Kinoko said.
"Again, I'm sorry," Dylan said to Kinoko.
"What about Botan?" Kinoko asked as she looks at Botan.
"What about me?" Botan asked Kinoko.
"I'm talking about the battle against you," Kinoko said to Botan.
"Yeah in Hull, flying around on an oar, shooting at us with your Spirit Gun, using your bat," Nami said to Botan.
"I had to hide behind vehicles from your attacks, that might be the first time I was close to dying," Dylan said to Botan.
"Yeah now that battle was bonkers, first real test for us," Nami said.
"Was it all worth it in the end?" Botan asked.
"It was, we got you and you have been a great addition for us," Dylan said to Botan.
"Aww," Botan said as she was flattered by the words.
Later on, it was dinner time as the girls were at a fancy restaurant in the resort. They were dressed up in fancy gowns, while Bellemere and Karui were dressed up in tuxedos.
"It sucks that Dylan didn't came here," Nami said as they were eating away.
"Well he didn't want the hassle of bringing a suit, so he decide to ditch it," Robin said.
"Well this food is a bit too fancy for him," Nojiko said.
"Juvia hopes he is okay," Juvia said in a worried tone.
"I'm sure he's fine, some of us have our phones in case he is in trouble," Itsuka said.
Over at the buffet, Dylan (who had on a black polo shirt, blue jeans, and sneakers) sits down at a table with a plate full of bow tie pasta covered in bolognese sauce along with a glass of Coke Zero.
"It's so weird being by myself like this, but if Robin says I can handle it, I can," Dylan said to himself.
Dylan then takes a mouthful of pasta as he chews it around.
"Mmm delicious, it's on par with the food I had on those Royal Caribbean cruises," Dylan thought as he swallows down the pasta.
Soon after, Dylan finished the pasta as he went to get some dessert at the all you can eat buffet and he got some chocolate chip cookies.
After he finished his dessert, Dylan returned to his room and lays down on the bed.
"That was delicious, it kind of sucks the girls weren't with me, but I handle it on my own," Dylan said.
"I look at the events tonight and I don't want to go to that karaoke, I'll stay here and relax," Dylan said.
A few hours later, Dylan was watching TV as he hears a knock on the door.
"Huh, who is it?" Dylan asked as he gets off the bed.
Dylan then walks over to the door and looks in the peephole. What he sees was Karui (wearing a black and red tux) standing there.
Dylan then unlocks the door and opens it.
"Oh hey Karui," Dylan said to Karui as Karui walks into the room.
"Didn't want to go to karaoke?" Karui asked Dylan as Dylan closes the door and locks it.
"Nope," Dylan said.
"Good, because Aqua got hammered and is butchering Neil Diamond," Karui said.
"She was going to originally sing 'Gangsta's Paradise' by Coolio, but I bitchslapped her from doing it," Karui said.
"Isn't that a bit harsh, even for Aqua?" Dylan asked Karui.
"Hey I like rap and I don't want anyone to rap like shit," Karui said.
"I bet she's singing awfully," Dylan said to Karui.
"Oh she is, that's why Robin is recording the whole thing on her phone," Karui said.
"Nice," Dylan said as Karui turns off the TV.
