Walking for a few minutes through the desert, he finally reached the entrance of this village/kingdom, but seeing their attire very different from his own, he stopped before attracting unnecessary attention.
It was clear that if he arrived like this without further ado at the entrance, he would be detained for being an unknown person who would surely be seen as a threat, something he wanted to avoid at all costs if possible. So, seeing the shape of the people's clothing in the distance, he thought about how to pass unnoticed.
After thinking for a few minutes, the idea of using the Transformation Technique came to his mind, a basic jutsu taught at the ninja academy in Konoha and considered the most difficult among E-rank jutsu, as it requires constant chakra emission while mentally maintaining the form. For this, the user must be interacting with the environment, causing a lot of mental stress for novice ninjas.
Although he wasn't exactly an expert in using this jutsu, in his self-imposed training in the past months, he had made an effort to learn to use it well for any occasion. However, due to his chakra reserves, it had been really annoying to maintain it for a long time, but nothing that a more thorough chakra training couldn't solve, giving him more benefits like being able to use the Rasengan like his father with just one hand, no longer needing to use a clone to use the weaker variant.
But that wasn't important. Making the necessary hand seals, a little smoke revealed that now, instead of being his own person, he now had the appearance of a 23-year-old with dark skin, yellow eyes, and brown hair in a ponytail, wearing clothes similar to some people he had seen.
Now, with his new form, wearing clothing similar to some of the people he had seen, he began to make his way toward the entrance, receiving glances from both guards who didn't last more than ten seconds before stepping aside so he could pass, seeing that he had the clothes of his kingdom and was similar to the people, they saw no reason to suspect him.
Once inside the village/kingdom, he could see the architecture of the area better. The houses and some buildings were made of sand, very similar to what he had seen in Sunagakure.
The village was located in a sort of crater in the middle of the desert, its borders protected by large rocks and cliffs, and the buildings of Sunagakure had very simple structures, giving the impression that the whole place was made of sand. Its villagers often wore tunics to cover themselves from the constant sandstorms.
The people of this village tended to have frizzy hair, characteristic of people who live in hot places to prevent moisture from escaping their hair. Their headbands and battle vests were brown, to camouflage with the environment in which they lived.
Although here people wore scanty clothes, the men wore rags that reached their knees, leaving the torso area uncovered, and the women, like the men, wore rags that covered them up to the knees but covered the upper area with a top, if it could be called that.
Continuing to walk with his transformation, he saw how people sold their products and how children played, something that made him smile at how peaceful everything looked, undoubtedly something he wanted for Konoha once he returned to become Hokage.
But his walk was interrupted by a scream that caught his attention. Turning in the direction of the scream, he saw, no more than thirty meters away, some strange things killing people.
There were perhaps around twenty of them, killing innocent people, completely ignoring the pleas of the people. His first impulse was to rush towards those things to save the people who were being killed, but his thoughts were interrupted by the voice of his friend/companion.
Kurama: Don't go, Naruto.
Naruto: What?
Kurama: Don't rush like an idiot towards those things.
Naruto: But can't you see they're killing them?!
Kurama: That's not our problem; it's theirs, so let them solve it themselves.
Naruto: But Kurama...
Kurama: THAT'S ENOUGH, NARUTO... Understand, this is not our problem; we're here because you did something stupid, so don't provoke any more...
With that final phrase, his friend/companion cut off the mental link they had, leaving him there alone, watching as the people screamed. He knew he shouldn't intervene in something that wasn't his business and act precipitously towards any problem, but he couldn't just stand here watching, so if he had to pay the consequences, he would.
Without thinking anymore, he dropped his transformation and threw himself at one of the creatures that was about to pierce a woman. He reached it before, extending his hand forward towards its chest.
Naruto: "Rasengan."
Hitting the center of the creature's chest, he sent it flying into a wall, crashing it. Looking at the woman behind him, he saw that she was bleeding from her shoulder from a superficial wound, but nothing more.
He couldn't say anything when he saw three of those creatures lunging at him, having to jump back to dodge the stabs in his vital areas.
Taking a final leap back, he saw that to his left there was a rather large fountain of something, so acting as quickly as he could, he began to make hand seals; it was time to see if his training in the other elemental natures had paid off.
Finishing the necessary seals, the creatures were only three meters away from him, so not wasting any time, he executed the prepared jutsu.
Naruto: "Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu."
With the jutsu launched, he saw a dragon behind him, launching itself at the three things, attacking them fiercely, crashing them to the ground, killing them instantly.
Well, his improvised plan had worked, but at the cost of a third of his chakra, since that wasn't his nature, it cost him more to execute, but thanks to his massive birth chakra reserves along with Kurama, he could execute jutsu at least from each of the natures before it tired him.
Turning in the direction where he heard other screams, he saw another group of creatures, four in total, cornering some children, so running quickly, he started executing another water jutsu.
Already arriving, he got the attention of the creatures so that they turned in his direction, ignoring the children so they could focus on him, now having their attention, he launched it.
Naruto: "Water Style: Decapitating Water Jutsu."
With the stream of water coming out of his mouth, he split the creatures in two, collapsing to the sides in front of the children's eyes.
Making signs for the children to leave, they understood the message, running off to find refuge in a safe place.
Seeing how the children left, making sure none of those followed them, by mere instinct he turned around raising his hands to grab one of the claws of those creatures that wanted to pierce him, seeing that he was about to lift another claw to achieve his goal, he moved the claw to the side, suffering a slight scratch on his cheek, now being below it.
Not wasting time, he executed three hand signals to touch the ground.
Naruto: "Earth Style: Earth Wall Jutsu."
Quickly retreating, he saw how the creature was lifted upwards, so making a clone he sent it to the other side of the newly made wall to take two of its claws, pulling them down at the same time to split it in two.
It didn't take long for the creature to split in two, letting the clone vanish, he looked around to see how the rest of the creatures were surrounding him, so getting on guard he prepared to fight, but he didn't have to do anything when one of the creatures flew out one after the other until there was none left.
?: Half-breed, what are you doing here...
Turning in the direction where the voice called him, he saw that on top of a roof there was a woman with golden hair, eyes as red as blood, a large but not so large bust that any woman would envy, with traditional Uruk clothing instead of her characteristic golden armor, and she usually wore her hair down, as well as two violet tattoos with a flower design just below her shoulders.
Naruto: Huh?
?: Answer me, half-breed, or you'll end up like those trash...
Naruto: Excuse me, but I don't know what you're talking about.
?: Incorrect answer, half-breed...
Without waiting for another word, he saw how the woman began to create golden circles from which a variety of weapons came out, pointing directly at him.
Naruto: Wait, wait, wait, there's a misunderstanding here!
Not letting him speak anymore, he saw how the woman began to throw the weapons in his direction, having to jump to equal each one of them, but it seemed that they wouldn't end.
Jumping onto a roof, he wanted to run away from there, but the weapons kept appearing in his path, frustrating his escape, so quickly retreating to a clear building, he crossed his fingers, performing the jutsu that characterized him in his childhood.
Naruto: "Shadow Clone Jutsu."
It is considered a forbidden jutsu since it can be potentially dangerous for the person who performs it, seeing how all the clones are given the same amount of chakra directly from the user.
Few people are capable of using this technique effectively due to the large amount of chakra it consumes. However, this weakness is not a problem for Naruto, due to his massive chakra reserves. Thanks to these reserves, he can create hundreds of clones, maintaining a good supply of chakra in each one.
Confusing the woman with his clones while destroying them, he took the opportunity to run away from the area to lose the woman and avoid any misunderstanding.
Getting into the alleys of the structures, he moved far enough away to see in the distance as his clones vanished, receiving the memory of each one of how they were pierced by those weapons made him grimace at how they ended.
He had to admit that that woman, whoever she was, was really fierce in attacking his clones to the death, but now that wasn't something he could think much about because he looked up to see that it was already getting dark, so now he had to find a place where he could sleep.
Walking for a few minutes, he found a hidden place on top of a structure where he could rest, so leaning against the wall, he closed his eyes to rest.
-With Gilgamesh-
he had already finished with all the copies, watching as there were none left.
Letting out a sigh, he would deal with the unknown subject later; right now, he had a kingdom to keep calm from the attack of these things.
Gilgamesh: You were interesting, half-breed.
And end of the chapter.
