Alexpv22 thanks ! I drew upon some of my knowledge of comics to pair the girls with heroines that would fit with their basic interests and well completely forgot about the whole "card naming" thing
Von the Unstoppable I didn't get into them until later but now have a small collection of them
This one is a little shorter than others as I ran out of what to do with Leni and Chaz
This is also inspired by a bit of true story
I used to volunteer for a history museum, one time it had on display some costumes from one of the black Panther movies! (can't remember if it was 1st or 2nd,)
When I was typing this I thoguht of that and decided to have Leni go and see the costumes from the ace savvy movie due to her love of fashion. Lily came along with her because I couldn't think of a comic book character for her as she's a baby.
Without any further ado
"What conventions are for" Chapter 3
Leni couldn't believe her luck! Here she was with her long-time crush and her baby sister going to have a look at professional designed outfits! Could this get better?! She and Chaz entered a medium sized room that had a security guard standing in front of it. Inside the room there were several glass boxes inside of which where the costumes for Ace, Jack and several of their enemies. There were a few people inside, along with more security.
"I guess they aren't taking any chances that someone might try to steal or damage these outfits." Chazz said.
Leni couldn't ponder why ANYONE would want to damages such works of art! Lilly was grabbing at air. This caused a slightly pudgy, blond security guard to walk over. He gave Leni a pointed look as he said
"Madam please ensure that the child does NOTHING to damage the outfits here. If she does YOU will be held liable."
Another security guard, older, thinner, and with gray hair and a mustache walked over (10)
"Take it easy Frank they are behind 5 inches of solid glass I seriously doubt that the baby could get through to cause damage even if she wanted to".
Frank glared at him
"Well excuse me for taking my job seriously." Frank walked away as the other security guard muttered under this breath
"yeah a little too seriously."
He then turned his attention to Leni, Lily and Chaz.
"Sorry about him." he said,"Frank thinks anything and everything is a threat."
Chazz and Leni smiled that's ok ?…" said Chaz
"Tim" the security guard replied,
"You two enjoy the exhibit!" he said with a smile.
Chaz, Leni and Lilly began to look at the outfits
Leni couldn't help but be deeply impressed with the work on them, ohhh how she DREAMED of one day being able to create masterpieces like this!
As the pair walked around the room, looking at the outfits Leni couldn't help but notice that they were getting some funny looks. Most of the looks were happy but there were some who she felt she was being judged. Had…she done something wrong? Was her hair a mess? she really hoped it wasn't that as she wanted to look perfect if Chaz was near her.
"I wonder why people are look at us?" Chaz asked.
"oh no there probably IS wrong my Hair!" Leni thoguht. She gulped
"Chazz? She asked.
"Yes." He responded
"Is…is my hair a mess, be honest! I can take it!?" Leni said with a degree of fear and anxiety evident in her voice.
Chazz eyes widened "what?! No no no your hair is perfect like it always is Leni."
Leni blushed but asked
Then do I stink?"
"I don't think so" Chaz immediately respond
"Does Lilly need a diaper change?"
"Let's check." Chaz said
Leni brought he face as close to Illy's diaper as she dared and sniffed.
"No, she's totes clean." Leni said.
But….if nothing was wrong with her or Lilly why WAS everyone staring at them? Just then an older couple who looked to be in their fifties came walking up to them. The man had brown hair, brown eyes and the women had red hair and green eyes.
"We just want to say that both of you are doing a very good job of keeping your little one quiet!" the women said.
"Yeah she is so well behaved you must be so proud of her, and…no offence but you are so young!" The man added.
Leni's didn't know how she had heard what they said, after the women called Lilly her and Chaz's "little one" her heart had beaten so fast and loud that she could barely herself think!
Lilly got a teasing look in her eyes and she looked up to Leni.
"Oh no Lilly please don't tell me you are doing to do what I think you are going to do" Leni thoguht,
"Mama" Lily said to Leni, her face went bright red. Lily then tuned to Chaz "Dada".
The couple couldn't help but aww as such a cute scene
Chaz his face red a tomato pt his hand up and said,
"No no no, you don't understand!"
He looked to Lilly and Leni and pointed to himself and then Leni.
"We're…just friends and the baby is her youngest sister!"
Leni was slightly saddened by Chaz's declaration that she and he were only friends, while it was true she want to be much more than that with him. But she shook her head and said,
"Yeah we're…not together." She couldn't help but let her voice carry a note of disappointment.
"Ohh sorry then." said the man
"Still, you two would make a cute couple" the women said
The couple then left Chaz, Leni and Lilly alone.
"Lily that was a little mean" Leni told her baby sister.
"Don't be too mad with her Leni, I'm sure that a lot of people got that impression of us." Chaz said.
Leni blushed harder and said
"Us as being a couple or Lilly being our kid?" Leni asked
Chaz couldn't give her an answer and began to look around the room.
Leni let out a breathe and then said
"Chaz PLEASE look at me and answer my question."
Chaz kept looking around
Leni felt her heart shattering and she struggled to not break down
"Ok I get it" she said her voice almost breaking.
"I need to go now!"
Chaz looked up in shock and he said
"No wait Leni!"
"It's ok Chaz I can take a hint!"
Please Leni you don't understand!"
"Its fine Chaz you….don't like me the same way I like you." Her voice nearly broke again as she said that. She turned her back to him and started to walk away.
"BUT I DO!" Chaz nearly shouted
This caused Leni to stop and turn around, her face confused but hopeful.
"l like you….I like you a LOT Leni. But…well look at you! You're so beautiful and…. I'm… well… I'm not." Chaz said sadly
Leni nearly choked on it air on discovering that Chaz liked her but somehow was able to say
"Says who? I think you're really cute!"
Chaz blushed deeper.
"Really?" he asked
"Really!" Leni answered. Then said "Now what about me?... do you really think I'm… beautiful? Her blush growing as she finished the question.
"Of course,"said Chaz. He gulped and then said
"Leni?"
"Yes Chaz" she breathlessly responded
Wouldyouliketogonadatewithme" he said
"….What?" came the reply.
Chaz took a big breath and said,
" I mean would you like to go on a date with me?"
Leni's brain almost shut down out of overwhelming joy! But she was able to screech out
"YES." before Frank called out
"Be quiet over here!"
Leni took a breath and said
"I mean yes."
Chaz smiled and said
"How about next Friday, I can pick you up and we can go catch a movie, your choice?"
Leni gulped but with a beaming face said
"That sounds amazing Chazz see you then!" and kissed him on the check.
Chaz then walked away with a smile, rubbing the spot where Leni kissed him.
Leni did a happy dance she twirled around with in her arms, Lilly giggling all the while!
"O M GOSH I have a date with Chaz! I have a date with Chaz! I'm so happy!" she thoguht.
She then look down at lily
"hey, thanks Lilly! I have a feeling that if it wasn't for you Chaz might have never asked me out."
She and Lilly then gave each other a high five as they walked out the room and back into the hall.*11

11 I am aware that,(at least according to tv tropes) Leni and Chaz were dating by "Really Loud Music." The site says that it confirmed by the duet ("Lori2Leni" )the two sisters sing. But for this story I'm just going with Leni just wanted Chaz to call her and they are NOT dating at that time for my own convenience.
