Now Declan had just encountered the two cloaked figures one of which is named Celina as they all stared at each other where he had just asked if there the ones that had been carding Xyz Students sometime after Frisk prevailed against Shay that they witnessed her doing with Absolute God of Hyperdeath, Asriel. Now there is tension in the fair now that Declan found them.
"Who are you?" the man questioned.
"My name is Declan Akaba, the President of the Leo Institute." Declan introduced himself.
Celina's eyes widened slightly before she narrowed them. "What do you want with us?"
"I came to see if you two are the ones who had been carding our Xyz Students." Declan answered before a light glinted in his glasses. "But more importantly... if you two are sent from Duel Academy."
The man frowned. "What do you know about Duel Academy?"
"If you want to know, there is but one way to get it." Declan raised his Duel Disk at this.
Celina frowned and moved to duel Declan.
"No Celina. Step away, he's mine to duel." the man spoken over to her.
Turning to him she frowned but moved aside. The man removed his cloak revealing a brown jacket eyepatched man readying his Duel Disk. Declan activated his own before looking at it to speak to Claude. "Lock down this part of the building, and keep security alerted."
"Sir." Claude nodded.
With that the two prepared themselves readying over for the battle for survival.

He searches his Deck taking it showing as Declan watches on nodding.

The two monsters appeared and entered the Fusion Vortex.
"O ferocious black panther, merge together with the watchman of the holy darkness, and raise a new war cry! Fusion Summon! Come forth and appear. Beastborg Panther Predator!"
Moving in was Panther Warrior except it's now Cyborg like with metal armor, a red eye, and an orb on it's chest yowling.

Declan stared over seeing it, not doubting it's powerful with a low attack like 1600 figuring it's strength relies on a lot of effects which is really likely.
"Now I'll set my last two cards, and activate Panther Predator's ability to inflict damage equal to half its attack points." Barrett called as Panther Predator fired a beam from its cybernetic eye hitting Declan.

Barrett watched calmly.
"So I fuse Swirl Slime alongside D/D Nighthowl!" Declan raised the cards as they fused.
"Arcane swirl that takes in all forms! Engulf the roar that cuts through the darkness, and give birth to a new king! Fusion Summon! Be born! D/D/D Flame King Genghis!"
At that a red warrior having a sword, and shield lowered down readying on the field in a flaming aura.

"Hmm..." Declan trailed off as he watches this. "Indeed a powerful card. However, that has a weakness. I activate the effect of D/D Savant Galilei in my hand!" As he cannot summon or use Spells or Traps, the only thing he can do are Monster Effects, and the one he is using can completely counter Barrett's trap.
Barrett's eye widened as the girl narrowed her eyes seeing that.
"By sending this card from my hand to the graveyard, I return a D/D monster or a Dark Contract from my field back to my hand!" Declan discarded before Genghis vanished which the chains dropped down on the ground useless. "And now with the target removed from my field, I can now summon, and activate my spell or trap cards again. In addition, you can only use Crimson Chain's effect only one time while on the field so now it's only sitting there not doing a thing."
Barrett frowned at that.
"And now with it, I activate the spell Dark Contract with the Gate!" Declan shows a card activating it.

Barrett frowned seeing that.
"And next I activate the effect of D/D Swirl Slime in my graveyard! I banish this card to summon the monster I just added!" Declan shows a Level 5 monster in his hand from this. "So come on out, D/D Sacrificial Slime!"
From that raising up was a large fiend like monster that seems out of dimension with gems around it's body looking like made of oozing slime mass with rubies as eyes readying.

At that a fiend wearing a blue tattered cloak appeared with one eye that is glowing red appeared looking ready with a black orb in his left hand along with holding a stone slab like tome in his right arm, and having sharp fangs to having a fiendish tail.

"As Sacrificial Slime was used to summon a D/D it goes to my Pendulum Zone from the graveyard." Sacrificial Slime rose up in his left zone before he closed his eyes. "However as I don't have another D/D in my Pendulum Zone, it's Scale goes from 8 to 5."

The girl looked at that move suspiciously.
"Pendulum?" Barrett questioned never seeing this.
"And now I activate Damion's effect!" Damion lift the stone tome he has that destroys Dark Contract of the Gate. "By destroying a Dark Contract on my field, Panther Predator loses 1000 attack points!" Damion triggered some fiendish vines wrapping around Panther Predator restricting it's moves.
"Not quite, I use my trap card Beastborg Medal of Justice." Barrett countered before Damion could lift his tome.

Panther Predator readied over charging in as Damion readied over before it was slashed down while Declan raised his arm. (Declan: 1600/Hand: 0) However Declan smirked as Damion charged a dark orb firing over blasting at the surprised Barrett.
"What?" the girl questioned seeing that as Barrett winced from the orb.

"The other effect of Damion." Declan brushed off his shoulder from the trap's effect. "Whenever I take effect damage, you take the same amount I was just dealt."
"And now Damion!" Damion charged another dark orb with his finger. "Attack Panther Predator with Darkened Calamity!" Damion launched the orb down onto Panther Predator.
Panther Predator shattered as Barrett winced.

"With no Beastborg monsters my Crimson Chain is destroyed, however as Panther Predator was destroyed while all the monsters I used to summon him are in the graveyard they come back to my field."
Crimson Chain shattered to pieces while Panther Warrior, and Dark Sentinel rose up on the field in defense.

Declan nodded from this. "I end my turn." Not much else he can do now here after avoiding Crimson Chain's effect that cost him a strong attacker at the expense of being able to make moves again, and just Damion on the field. Now comes the difficult part of surviving which isn't always easy but he knows this, and is prepared one way or another.

The two flew up fusing together as a second copy of his Fusion Monster appeared.

"Now, I use its special ability."
Panther Predator preformed Quasar Beam again blasting at Declan. (Declan: 0800/Hand: 0) "Maybe but the effect of Damion applies again as I just took damage." Damion charges a dark orb like before blasting it at Barrett.

"Maybe, but as you took damage I can use the spell Upgraded Enhancements." Barrett revealed activating a spell.

"Cyborg?" Declan questioned having never heard of a new monster type like Cyborg as Panther Predator charged up energy roaring before a red shockwave blast over as Damion struggled but faltered as Declan braced himself grunting holding strong but he, and Barrett were pushed back yelling out.

The moment the duel ended Barrett vanished in a blue glow. The girl frowned and held up her duel disk as she glared at Declan.
"You lose, enjoy your life as a card." she told him as she pressed a button.
Declan looked up at her before the Duel Disk gave an error message.
"What?" she questioned in shock seeing that.
"I have this part of the building locked down." Declan stood up staring at her. "Your function to seal people in cards is jammed, and won't be active again unless your Duel Disk is not longer in the area where it's locked down. Besides I thought Duel Academy is honorable only seals duelists who lost, and as you clearly saw neither me or your comrade lost that match."
Celina looked like she wanted to argue before relenting as she lowered her Duel Disk. "You have a point, but why bother hiding Xyz fugitives?"
"Why are you here for them?" Declan asked her.
"I came to capture them for Duel Academy." Celina told him.
"Do you have a specific reason why your looking for them or just cause you want too?" Declan clarified for the reason why she's looking for them.
"Don't tell me you've forgotten Declan." Celina frowned revealing she recognized him the whole time. "We met before."
Declan closed his eyes from this before opening them. "I didn't... I wanted to see if you seen the truth by now or are still willing to be a pawn for the Professor."
"I'm no pawn." Celina glared.
"Then why does he hold you back?" Declan asked her with crossed arms. "I assume that Duel Academy never told you how they do there methods to trap people in cards including innocents, and destroy there homes."
"What are you talking about, we only card duelists." Celina pointed out.
"That's what you been told. Have you ever seen it for yourself?"
"I don't need to see it to know we only go after duelists... that's why I dueled the Xyz users in this dimension first before carding them." Celina told him.
Declan stared before turning around. "Then you should hear an honest opinion. Look for someone named Shay Obsidian, and ask him about Duel Academy. He has no reason to lie as he had witnessed Duel Academy's methods firsthand." That said he walked off leaving the girl alone in the corridor.
Celina stared at him as he left before frowning as she put her hood back up and walked off herself.
Meanwhile...
Yuya was gently hugging Frisk after her match with Shay.
"I'm okay Yuya... I promise." Frisk smiled to him gently hugging him back.
"I know, but that was a lot for you to have to do." he admitted. "I worry about you."
Frisk softly kissed his cheek smiling.
"So... now what?" Allie asked curiously.
Zuzu checks the remaining matches for You Show. "There's Frisk's duel with Riley, Allie's against Lucas, me dueling Julia, Yuya and Sylvio, and..." She paused before frowning recalling Sora against Shay.
"Don't forget Asriel dueled Grizzlepike." Yuya mentioned. "Did you duel yet Lyra?"
"I been against Kit where his strategy backfired on him." Lyra answered over to them.
"Then, that's everyone so... I guess we wait to find out what happens tomorrow?" Zuzu guessed.
They all nodded over figuring that be a good idea here before Frisk softly takes Yuya's hand in her's. "Yuya? Do you wanna head home with me? I'm trying to make something for both of us."
"Huh, sure ok." Yuya smiled.
"Tell us how Yuya likes it Frisk." Asriel smiled knowing what Frisk has in mind that she nodded smiling before they all exit the arena for them to head off separate ways.
Later with Frisk and Yuya...
"Okay... thank you Goat Mom for getting it ready." Frisk smiled seeing the stuff in the fridge just for her to assemble. First what she pulled out was a cake case that's not too tall covered in white frosting that's smooth, and patches of yellow colored frosting flowers around.
"What are you making?" Yuya asked curiously.
She smiled before taking out 2 giant molds that she set before removing the molds upside down on a easy to slide service revealing a blue Jell-O like base, and a red Jell-O like top.
Yuya's eyes widened. "Wow."
"All that's left..." Frisk carefully moved the blue part sliding it onto the cake which she lost a little pieces but came out mostly whole that she smiled. Then she very carefully moved the red Jell-O stacking it very very carefully on top of the blue part before pulling her hands away, and smiled seeing it not falling over.
What Frisk just put together was a Jell-O cake. Yuya's eyes widened. "That... wow, it looks amazing. Did you do this for me?"
"I asked Goat Mom to help out... but I wanted to make this one for you." Frisk answered smiling over.
Yuya looked stunned before blushing a bit. "Mrs. Dreemurr, can you help cut two pieces?"

"Of course." Toriel smiled as she walked carefully cutting some pieces getting some Jell-O carefully before handing them to the kids.
Yuya smiled before blushing and looking at Frisk. "Can we... try something romantic?"
"Sure, what do you have in mind?" Frisk asked him smiling.
Yuya blushed taking a small bite from his and holding it to her. "Ahh."
She giggled opening her mouth. "Ahhh."
Yuya gently gave her the bite. She takes it eating with a smile before swallowing, and then turned taking a bite of her's, and give it to Yuya. "Ahhh."
Chuckling he opened his own mouth. "Ahhh..."
Frisk places it in his mouth smiling. Yuya swallowed as his eyes widened. "So good!"
Frisk giggled seeing his reaction. "It's something, I like to make while I was growing up."
"I love it." Yuya smiled.
"Ah thank ya." Frisk chuckled over as she takes a bite of her own piece. "I wonder what the wedding cake will be like one day."
Yuya blushed at that. "We… wedding cake?"
"Yes... I want to marry you when we're grown up." Frisk smiled blushing herself.
Yuya's blush got brighter. "I… um, Butterscotch or raspberry?"
Frisk giggled loudly holding his arm close to her hearing that. "Oh your so silly, here." She kisses his cheek. Yuya blushed more as he wrapped an arm around her. Toriel chuckled over before looking to Yuya. "Take good care of her Yuya, she's already been through enough for a long time she deserves this peace."
"I won't let anything happen to her." Yuya smiled before it turned playful. "Well... maybe a few things."
He glanced to make sure the plates weren't at risk of falling before tickling her sides again.
"Ah!" Frisk started laughing as he starts doing that.
"I might let this happen." Yuya laughed tickling her more before kissing her nose gently.
Just then she kisses his lips deep. Yuya froze up at that blushing from the kiss. She pulled away chuckling to herself which he knows then, and was reminded; she's evil when she wants too. Yuya blushed but sighed before smiling. "You're evil, but I don't mind."
She kisses his cheek again smiling. "I look forward for our lives in the future."
"I feel the same way." Yuya agreed. "Though, it'll be kind of chaotic when I become a pro duelist."
"Just like your dad." Frisk leaned close to him.
Yuya frowned at that and looked down. "Dad..."
Frisk softly takes his hand.
"Where did he go?" Yuya asked quietly.
"He will come back Yuya. Don't worry." she smiled to her boyfriend.
Yuya nodded gently embracing her. "Thank you Frisk."
She gently kissed his cheek again smiling before then asking. "Shall we get back to our cake?"
"Sure." Yuya nodded smiling again.
So they take there pieces to enjoy there cake more. Later in the night would be something no-one expected though, and change the peace they once knew.
