It had turn to midday after leaving the forge with the Trio rushing over to Bladehenge, where Ophelia was showing off the newly minted Razor Girls
"Ready?" She said as the Razor Girls took aim at their Targets; with one shift motion she brought her hand "Fire!" She ordered. The Razor Girls hitting their targets dead on impressing everyone in attendance. Lars Approached them with a smile on his face
"Ladies." His arms stretched out wide, "Welcome to Bladehenge."
"Excellent." One spoke
"When do we attack? "Asked the second before a Tall skinny man came running in shouting
"ATTACK, we're under attack!" he shouted as the warning siren blared with the Group running towards the cliff to see what they were going to be facing. "See the warning lights" he asked in a panic
"What's going on?" Eddie asked turning to Lars
"General Lionwhyte's army has been spotted on the move, heading in this direction" Lars Explained as Ophelia asked the one thing everyone was wondering
"So, what's the plan?"
Lars Smiled "The Plan? The Plan is victory" he said as Namine sighed and Face palmed while Roxas found it all amusing before pointing out to Lars
"That is not plan, that is a goal Lars, we need a strategy, tactics, anything more than that" he deadpanned as Lars rubbed his head sheepishly as everyone else looked at each other and back to him
"Lars this isn't a fortress how can we stand our ground here "Lita asked concerned as Eddie Spoke up
"I Can build us something quick, trust me it'll be one hell of a show, bring your best engineer and meet in the northeast field. I've got a plan "he said placing his hand on Lars's shoulder before walking off, With Roxas and Namine following after him ready to help in any way they can with Lita close behind
Lars turned to look out and asked "Mangus, are you an Engineer?"
"What's an engineer?" was the response he got
"No Idea, come with me" he said as they met up with Eddie
"This is the Direction they'll attack from you think "Eddie asked pointing towards the monument in the shape of a pair of hands playing an electric guitar, and a rock shaped a skull
"Yes, from there" he said pointing toward the hand monument
"Then this is where we shall build our stage." Eddie said motioning behind him and pointing at the entrance of BladeHenge, before looking around and surveying the material he had to work with and was liking what he was seeing
"So, what do you think Eddie "Roxas asked smirking already knowing the answer
"I think we got enough stuff here to put on, possibly the best rock show ever."
Lars was confused "A show?"
"Hey man where I'm from, this guitar makes noise. Here? It blows stuff up. SO, I can't wait to see what a full-on rock show does "he said absolute excitement "What about you two" he turned asking the blondes
"It'll be fucking awesome." Namine said eager to get building along with Roxas
"Yeah, let's get started already"
Eddie grinned "Well alright" he said before pulling in Mangus Roxas and Namine "Young men and Lady, Welcome to the Road Crew "he said "Mangus gets some of your buddies, we got stuff to do" Eddie ordered
"Now?"
"Yes Now."
"Right on!" Mangus fist pumped
Very quickly the Road Crew went to work building the most Epic Metal Stage, made with tribute of Omagoden's head as the centerpiece on the whole thing with Eddie standing in the middle talking over the mic
"Ok rear flood "
"Rear flood" Mangus replied as Roxas turned on the back flood light illuminating the stage
"Nice now side pots."
"Side Pots" he replied as Namine set them off.
"Awesome now" he said before looking out toward the rock geysers across the stage and saw something odd "Glowing People?"
"Check, where the button for glowing people "Mangus asked confused as hell
The rock geysers where now glowing white and green with what looked like spirits rising up from them, all of them looking extremely bored as fuck
"Whoa "Mangus said amazed
"By The Titans….I've heard stories…The Titans were said to have summoned a force from deep within the ground…" Lita explained "With Special rituals—-chants and, and music long forgotten, they used this force to power their entire civilization. "
"They do seem to have an energy about them." Lars said mystified as Eddie turned to the stage after giving it some thought
"They're reacting to the Stage" Namine explained "I guess you call them our fans "She chuckled
"Fans? "Lars asked
"Yeah, we are putting on a show aren't we" Roxas pointed out "So of course people are going to show up,
"Yes, and with the power of the fans we can do anything" Eddie said
"Well yeah, but huh they seem quite damn bored. "Roxas said pointing out of the spirits looked depressed and lethargic
Eddie smirked "I can fix that" he replied before playing a new rift on Clementine, the epic sounds coming from the guitar, energized the spirits causing them to explode forth from the geysers in a torrent of green energy
"Yeah, they're definitely our fans now" He Smirked "THIS is what it's all about guys—The fans. Be true to them and we can never go wrong."
"And the more fans we have the bigger shows we can put on right." Roxas said in response
"You know it Roxas. "Eddie said "and all they need from us is rock, oh and merchandise" he said before turning to Mangus "Quick Mangus. We need to build a Merch booth. The Fans are gonna want t-shirts, posters and maybe hats"
"Don't forget pins and wristbands." Namine said
"Right that too."
"Got it, LETS GO BOYS!" Mangus called out as the road crew quickly got to work building a Merch Booth that reached high in the air filled with all sorts of merch that any fan could want. With the fans pleased and they began channeling themselves into the Ormagoden Tribute on the stage, filling it with energy as its eyes glowed red and smoked billowed from its mouth
"You see, you three" he said addressing Roxas Namine and Mangus "band merch is like a wedding ring. It's a material thing, yes, but it's also a symbol of deeper devotion that helps remind you—-" He would have continued if Lars hadn't showed up
"Lionwhyte's men have been seen approaching the field" he said
"So, we'll finally get to meet this so called general then" Roxas stated "I bet he looks like a complete tool" he sniggered
"He most definitely does" said Eddie remembering the statues of the prissy looking man
"Oh, this I have to see." Namine said as Eddie called out
"All right it's showtime folks! Everybody to your stations, Mangus get to your booth when I all you to send somebody out to the stage "
"Boss I'm already in the Booth." Mangus replied over the mic
"Well alright then, Roxas, Namine you two are with me on the field."
"Right/No Problem" the two said eager to begin the brawl
"Looks like you two are ready to rock!" he said before calling up to Mangus "send some headbangers to the stage
"Headbangers got it. "he replied as several groups of headbangers came hopping off the stage eager to fight
"Were ready to get some ass Eddie, "said Charlie with his fellow Headbangers. who were all ready for battle.
"Ah looks at the lads 'eager to fight "Lars said proud of them
"Awesome now how about some of Ophelia's Razor Girls. "He ordered
"Right, give us a second." He said as groups of Razor girls hopped off the stage armed and loaded
"Give them hell girls." Namine said
"You heard her ladies, let's show Lionwhyte what we're made of! "Ophelia said getting cheers from the Razor Girls
"Mangus, equip the stage for Thunder Hog"
"Thunder Hogs got it "He said as six thunder hogs Hopped of the stage revving their engines
"Good to see you Doc." Roxas said to the Kill Master "Ready to give Lionwhyte the finger. "
"I've been waiting for ages kid, now let's get this show started."
"Hehe Yeah" Roxas chuckled as Lars looked over the assembled troops
"Now that's what I call an army "He said impressed
"This is going to be a bloodbath! "Eddie said excited punching his fist,
"Well, some sort of bath is order "Said a voice as they turned around and saw a Man wearing, black lipstick and mascara, a jean jacket with stars on the shoulders with his bare chest for all to see, a purple ascot, two different types of earrings, one hoop earring and one feather earring, jeans with a white belt and extremely large poofy hair. This was General Lionwhyte
"I told you he looked like a tool." Eddie said to the blondes who chuckled
"Lars Halford. Why are you poaching my employees?" Lionwhytes asked, pointing with his weaponized mic stand.
"Your former slaves are revolting, Lionwhyte just like your clothes" Lars smirked
Lionwhyte was unimpressed "Hm, Well see about that "He said as Glam Rock versions of the Razor girls and Thunder Hogs came over the hills shocking all of them
"Looks like some women don't have any self respect" Namine muttered disgusted at the sight of Lionwhyte Groupies as she called them
"Some of the more sophisticated miners have remained in my employ, as have the girls who know what's best for them" He bragged "and Kill Master, even some of your own men have decided that there is profit to be made from those little spiders of your" he said rubbing it in Kill Masters face pissing the man right the hell off
"Are you done talking? I'd like to get this over with." Lars said clearly annoyed with the Walking Tool.
"Don't worry this won't take too long, I know how to deal with petty labor disputes. "He said dismissively before taking flight ...with his damn poofy ass hair.
"The fuck am I looking at Roxas?" Namine asked
"Well beautiful, it appears to be a flying tool covered in body glitter and too much make up." Roxas snarked
"Okay good i just wanted to be sure. "She said, reaching for her Skull Triggers heading for battle as the Hair Metal Militia charged.
"ATTACK!" Lars cried out as both armies clashed, Headbanger vs Hairbanger, Razor Girl vs Groupie. With both Thunder hogs and the Aptly named Glam Hogs rode around the battlefield healing any injured troops on their side. Roxas and Namine joined in the fray shooting and cutting down all that stood in their path.
"Strike Raid!" Roxas called out throwing oblivion across the field striking several Hairbangers at once "Come on." he taunted motioning for the hairbangers to bring it, which only pissed them off and had them charging headfirst into a mosh pit charge, led by Lars.
"Good work Roxas." he said as the Headbangers split off smashing their heads against a GlamHog
"Thanks." he said as they charged two bouncers who joined the fray.
Meanwhile Namine, was in a firefight with a gang of groupies who found her hard to hit, as Namine danced around their razorfire , and got up close and personal. "Bang!" She smirked as fire her guns in two of their faces, shooting around her in a complex motion hitting several of them dead off, before switching to them to their Skull Tomahawk form, and swung her ax wildly, hitting several of them, cutting them up good. "Come on, you bimbos, I know you can do better than this." she said before casting her magic "Thunder!" she shouted bringing down several lightning bolts striking a few glam hogs
Eddie for his part teamed up with Ophelia and Lita who made it their mission to protect the merch booth from the opposing forces "Protect the booth!" Eddie said as played the Song:Call of the Wild, calling forth 4 creatures called Raptor Elks to attack any enemy that got too close for their own good. While Ophelia and Lita tagteamed a mix of Hairbangers and Groupies. Lita skewered them with her Halberd running them through, before swinging it around smacking the enemy with their dead comrades. As for Ophelia, she using her daggers making short work of her opponents as well, jumping off a Hairbanger and using her momentum to corkscrew spin into her opponents using her swords slicing them to pieces
But as the Battle was Raging, something small struck Eddie. "AHH oh my Back!" he groaned, falling to his knees "Rrah!"
"Eddie what is it ?!" Ophelia asked concerned
"Nothing. I think I just got shot in the back. Is there something stuck in there, could you pull it out?" He asked in pain as Ophelia nodded
She looked all over his back and frowned "I think what ever hit you is gone." she said with concern
"Ah don't worry about it then. I'm sure I'll feel better after I kill some more guys." he said getting up in a slightly jovial tone as he walked away while Ophelia looked on worried before returning to the battle
"Eddie, we have more dudes on the way." Mangus informed him
"From where? "
"By the big guitar statue, they're coming down the hill."
"So, like 11 o'clock." Eddie asked
"No like right now man."
"11 0'clock is the direction Mangus." Eddie pointed "Look at the sundial in your booth with the 12 on it."
"Oh right, then bad guys are coming in at 11 '0 Clock."
"Right, Ladies." he said addressing a group of Razor Girls" Head them off and unleash hell on those fuckers." he said
"No problem, Eddie." The Lead girl said leading her group a safe distance and started firing away
"Eddie, we have more uglies at 9 '0 clock." Mangus informed as group of Bouncers came rushing in
"Don't worry Eddie, I got this one." Roxas said as he turned himself into a streak of light and dashed over towards the group and in swift motion unleashed an energy slash knocking the bouncers back. "Take this, Blizzard!" he cried freezing the poor fools solid before casting another spell "Force" he shouted as an intense gravity crushed the bouncers to death shattering them
"*whistle* nice "Eddie said impressed "You'll have to teach me that one." he joked
"Sure, but Namine is a better spellcaster than me." Roxas said humbly as at last the battle appeared to be over
"Oh Enough!, I've never liked this town anyway." he said angrily " I don't know what's gotten into you Lars but I know one thing, you will regret what you've started here…starting right now" he said ominously snapping his fingers as the ground began to shake and rumble as in the distance a massive tower of darkness rose from the ground and in its place a giant red monster with three horns, and singular eye and blades for hands stepped forward and made an inhuman sound that shook everything around it.
"My master's business associates have lent me, one of their prized warrior beasts, so heathens, prepare to suffer the wrath of Warrior Beast Giran" LionWhyte said as he flew away leaving Ironheade to die.
"Ah Shit what are we gonna do?!" Mangus cried out as Eddie looked at Roxas and Namine who already knew what to do.
"Call it out you two" Eddie said causing the two grins
"ALL RIGHT" Roxas shouted " COME FORTH MAZINKAISER SKL " he and Namine shouted Pointing their weapons to the sky as the ground shook once again as a pillar of fire erupted from the ground in front of the Stage as Roxas and Namine stepped inside. The flame grew hotter as a demonic figure rose inside the fire, its glowing blue eye was all that was seen before the wave of its hand dispelled the flames covering its body. Standing in front of the Ironheade resistance is a massive metal titan. Standing over 23 Meters Tall, Its dark blue almost black metal body glistened in the sun. On its chest was giant versions of Namine's Skull Triggers with a gold skull between which the triggers would be located. Its head was adorned with two gold horns on the side. Atop its head, sat a pale beige skull with horn. And on its back was a massive Shark Tooth like sword, on one side a normal blade edge and on the other was spikes. The giant gave off an aura of darkness ... but also, one of light and hope as it stood there with its arms crossed seemingly glaring at Giran. This was the righteous Mazin of Darkness, MAZINKAISER SKL.
Roxas's voice projecting out from the mech addressed his comrades "Eddie, everyone we suggest you let us handle Giran."
"Yeah, you guys just sit back and enjoy the show!" Namine called out as Kaiser broke into a run shaking the ground as it moved to meet Giran in mortal combat. Its' fist collided with Giran's singular eye causing it to grab its face in pain. "Aww hurts, don't it? "Namine taunted as Giran glared at them firing an eyebeam which Kaiser promptly dodge rolling out of the way and responding with its own
"Photon Beam" Roxas cried out as Kaiser fired a beam of light from its eyes striking Giran dead on melting some of its armored body causing it to scream in agony. Before it rushed forward and with a slashing motion struck Kaiser in the chest with its bladed arms knocking them back a good couple feet. " Fuck" Roxas cried out as Giran fired a another eyebeam striking Kaiser right in the chest knocking them over, or rather it would have if Roxas hadnt used their new found momentum to flip back on their feet.
"Take this Tornado Crusher " he called out as Kaiser's Wrists started to spin as it launched one of its fists into Giran's shoulder separating one of the Warriors Beast's arms from its body causing the beast to send out its shoulder blades as projectiles at Kaiser. Aiming for its head.
"Roxas lets switch" Namine Suggested
"Got it, he's all yours " he replied as their pilot seats changed positions with Namine now in front
"Now let's dance" she said as Kaiser pulled the Skulltriggers from its chest and began firing, shooting the blades out of the sky, destroying them outright, before turning its pistols on Giran. Filling the Warrior Beast with so many bullet holes it was starting to look like swiss cheese
"Lets put you on Ice" She said as Kaiser's horns pointed downwards facing Giran "Glacial Beam" She said a Thin blue beam fired from the horns freezing the monster solid in a block of Ice. "Roxas Would you do the Honors" she said giving him back control
"Oh it would be my absolute pleasure " He replied a wild grin on his face as pulled the Ganzantou from Kaisers Back " When we meet a God , we cut him down
When we meet a Demon we shoot him down as well , We crush all who stand against our freedom, this is our cause , our reason for existence " He shouted as he brought the massive blade down cutting Giran right down the middle and causing it to explode in spectacular fashion, its scarred eye glowing a crimson red, Causing all of Ironheade to cheer
"THAT WAS FUCKING AWESOME!" Eddie shouted as Kaiser return toward the stage where it stood, triumphant in first battle, the Skull Pilder opening up, giving Roxas and Namine view of the sunset, before Roxas picked Namine up bridal style and hopped off Kaiser gliding down in front of Eddie and the others
"You didn't tell me you could fly" Eddie said
"I can't fly, only glide."
Eddie was confused. " What's the difference?"
"I'm falling with style." Roxas winked as Lars and the other approached him
"Roxas, Namine thank you both for stopping that monster, but where did you come across this Titan" Lars asked pointing up at Kaiser
"We found him lost in the darkness." Namine said vaguely confusing mostly everyone with that comment
"The hell does that mean?" Lita asked not liking the answer, before Lars interrupted her
"It doesn't matter, what does matter is that it's on our side as are its pilots." He said smiling before turning to the rest of the group and began to speak " For too long we have lived in pits, waiting for good fortune to trickle down to us " he said looking across the crowd " But our days of waiting are over, we will not sit here and let Lionwhyte decide what happens next" he declared with everyone in the crowd nodding in agreement. " We will gather up this great army, and take it on the road." Getting Eddie to smile in agreement "We will march on Lionwhyte and free every man, woman, and child in that city. And then we will bring it crashing to the ground " He shouted, getting cheers from the whole army.
A FEW HOURS LATER
Eddie was putting the finishing touches on the newly built tour bus, it was a massive vehicle larger than the Druid Plow."So, you're one of those handy types I take it." Mangus said to Eddie as he screwed in the last headlight
"Pack her up quickly . I'll be back soon once and then we'll head on out soon" he said driving off towards the forge where Roxas and Namine stood next to a new monument, which was a massive hangar door adored with skulls and bats wings
"What's all this" Eddie asked
"Kaiser's new hangar and our way to summon him when needed." Namine explained, " As we can't repair him outside of the forge, he needs special material that's only available there."
"Yeah plus, with the fire tributes we've collected, we can upgrade the big guy and our bike, '' Roxas explained as he walked Kaiser inside the hangar door and entered the forge as Namine rode with Eddie.
There they found the Guardian waiting for them, "So kids how'd your first real battle go" He asked smirking already knowing the answer
" It was fucking AWESOME" Roxas shouted hopping out of Kaiser as Eddie arrived a few moments later with Namine.
"It was glorious i've never felt more alive " Namine said with excess enthusiasm
"HEHE glad to hear to it" The guardian said " Just remember Giran was the first of many battles, they'll plenty more where he came from" He warned "So don't get too cocky now"
"Don't worry boss, we'll be careful." Roxas said to him as showed the Guardian their fire tributes who began helping them upgrade the Skullrider, giving it an enhanced frame, a bigger engine, wheels and exhaust. Plus side bags, to hold all their stuff.
*Whistle* Nice ride kid." Eddie said as he finished upgrading the Druid Plow, with nitro, a bigger engine, armor on the front grill, gatling guns, side burners, enhanced frame, And a new paint job.
"Thanks, same to you." Roxas said as Namine hopped on "Race you to Mangus!" he smirked speeding off
"Hehehe they certainly are something aren't they?" Eddie said to the Guardian who could only agree
"They most certainly are." The guardian said, smiling proudly at his students, "Now Riggs, I suggest you hurry along before those bloody kids beat you." He Smirked
"Oh, shit right, see ya later Guardian of Metal." He said driving out the forge
"GO FUCKING CRAZY!" The guardian shouted, his yells echoing throughout the forge, as the battle to liberate humanity has truly begun.
