While on patrol Private First Class Arthur Harrison passes what looks to be a record stand with the person he's on patrol with Private First Class Tom Dean. Harrison signals for Dean to come over with him.
"I see you Enclave boys must be interested in some good stuff." The old stand vendor says.
"Depends on what you're selling, um." Harrison replies.
"Name's Karim Noel, soldier, and what we got here is Cartesian Dualists, Eurodyne's stuff, Tainted Overlord…"
"Got any Elvis?"
"Elvis who?"
"Elvis who?!" Elvis Presley!"
"Wow, how has this man not heard of the King of Rock?" Dean asks.
"I don't know who this 'Elvis Presley' is, but he isn't the King of Rock. That title goes to Johny Silverhand." Karim says
"I don't know what rock you have been living under but without the 'King' there would be no rock and roll. So I suggest you do a little research on one of the greatest American Patriots of all times." Harrison says on the verge of spitting vindictives.
"Silverhand shook the foundation of the Corpo world, what did your Elvis do?"
"The King did his Patriotic duty and fought the Communists in Korea back in the 1950s. The man is a war hero who deserves your respect."
"Silverhand nuked Arasaka tower in the 2020s."
"The good that did as it took us to finally push Arasaka off American soil."
"The point is he died for his ideals. But you have a point also. Maybe this Elvis isn't so bad. But you have to give Silverhand a listen too. Deal?"
