Beginning AN: here it is the fourth chapter. in regards to Yoruichi getting Super Saiyan and the other awoken skills she'll get them when the situation calls for them like helping Super Saiyan Goku with Full Power Frieza on Planet Namek for example. on with the story.
Chapter 4: Dragon Ball Xenoverse part 3
While Yoruichi was fighting Nappa Goku and Vegeta started fighting each other and the fight goes like it does in canon until Nappa lays at Vegeta's feet and Vegeta kills him then he gets an unnatural power boost and Yoruichi joins the fray.
Goku uses the Kaioken times 2 to knock Vegeta to the ground and Yoruichi uses Super Ki Explosion to damage him further. when Vegeta gets back on his feet and decides to uses his Earth-Splitting Galick Gun on Goku but he counters with his Kamehameha and a beam struggle is initiated Vegeta seems to be winning but Goku pulls out the uno reverse card by powering up his Kamehameha with Kaioken times 4 making it a X4 Kamehameha which overwhelms the Galick Gun and sends Vegeta flying.
Vegeta survives the attack and is enraged to the max and decides to pull out his trump card by returning to the battlefield and creates a fake moon and becomes a Great Ape.
Meanwhile
Gohan and Krillin sense the power Vegeta just unleashed and decide to return to the battlefield to help Goku defeat Vegeta.
Meanwhile back at the battlefield
Goku and Yoruichi are on the defensive and to knock Vegeta off his guard they are firing a lot of Kamehameha and Big Bang Kamehameha attacks which knocks Vegeta to his knees and Yoruichi grabs Vegeta by the tail and lifts him into the air and drops him while Goku hits him again with the Kamehameha.
Gohan and Krillin return to the battlefield and Goku is thankful for the help so he decides to use his last resort move the Spirit Bomb which in this fight is big enough to be formed over Goku's hand and he finds a vantage point and waits for an opening which is created when Gohan, Krillin and Yoruichi use Masenko, Kamehameha and Big Bang Kamehameha to knock Vegeta to his knees again.
Goku throws the Spirit Bomb and it hits Vegeta which weakens him greatly but in retaliation he gets up close to Goku and breaks his bones by grabbing him and squeezing the life out of him.
but while he's distracted Yajirobe shows up and uses his sword to cut off Vegeta's tail and runs away.
with Vegeta back to normal Yoruichi knocks him out of commision with a Super Ki Explosion.
Yoruichi finds a place to hide and returns to the Time Nest while Vegeta is given mercy by Goku and he leaves Earth to recover.
meanwhile back in the Time Nest
Yoruichi is greeted in front of the Time Vault by Trunks who says "Finally, it's back to normal now, The Scroll of Eternity has been corrected."
he then says "Still, why did something like this even happen?"
he finishes with "It shouldn't be possible, you can't change history like this."
then a voice speaks up and it's Chronoa who says "It seems, someone traveled through time and changed history, just like how you did in the past, right Trunks?"
Chronoa appears and greets Yoruichi saying "Hello."
Trunks responds with "Ah, Hello there."
he then tells Yoruichi "This is the master of the Time Nest."
he continues with "She's the Supreme Kai of Time, and a very important person."
he then continues with "She manages the flow of time throughout the entire universe."
he finishes with "Keeping a close eye on history and protecting it."
just as he finishes the introduction Chronoa's familiar an odd bird called Toki Toki lands on Chronoa's head and Trunks asks him "What the, what are you doing?"
Chronoa has the same sentiment and says "Really? just what the heck do you think you're doing?"
and she continues with "What is your deal today? Are you using my head as a perch now?"
and she gets into an argument with him by saying "Shut up, I don't care if you're mad, I demand an apology."
she finishes with "You're heavier than you look ya know."
while Chronoa argues with Toki Toki Trunks tells Yoruichi "As I said, she's a very important person. just trust me."
Chronoa says "Oh Geez."
Trunks says "Um, Supreme Kai of Time?"
Chronoa apologizes to Trunks by saying "Oh, Oh sorry."
and she turns her attention to Yoruichi by saying "Anyhow, you must be the warrior Shenron summoned, I'm the Supreme Kai of Time, nice to meet ya."
Trunks says "You know, she may not seem like it, but she's in quite a high position in the universe."
Chronoa says "By the way, that bird you saw just now, that's my best friend Tokitoki."
Trunks says "Best friend that steps on you maybe."
Chronoa ignores the remark by saying "This is good, you guys seem quite talented, in other words I think you two make a good team."
Trunks then says "Thank you very much, but sadly until we find the cause this is far from over."
he then says "What the, what in the world is happening?"
Chronoa responds with "It seems there are two time travelers with strange energy, and they're messing with the flow of time."
She then says "I don't know what they're up to but I'll tell you what, I have a bad feeling about this."
Trunks says "A Time Traveling duo? who could that be?"
he then finishes with "Let's start by finding them, Let's do this."
but before they go on the next mission Yoruichi takes a break.
Ending AN: that's the chapter and the Saiyan Saga of the first Dragon Ball Xenoverse storyline is over.
Next Time: the Frieza Saga begins.
