bopdog111: Now it's finally time for the namesake of the Empire to return back.

Ulrich362: True, the wolf queen Potema Septim awaits.

bopdog111: A bit of Trivia here, Ulrich had to do the whole Potema Septim quest before we started this fic so he'll remember what to do, or if he needs help, he can ask me.

Ulrich362: Well let's see how things go for Noel and the others. Enjoy the chapter.

All the carriages intended to rescue Potema from the Necromancers all arrived at the cave that was there. Noel examined before turning to two Forsworn, "You two will stay out here, and guard the entrance. Don't let anything in or out, we can't risk a Thalmor Spy, or a Necromancer escaping."

The two of them nodded at that.

"Alright the rest of ya. Follow us." Noel said as they walked in leaving the two outside.

They walked in looking around seeing empty wine bottles with a pickaxe looking around on guard. Passing through the first hall they noticed a Draugr was there patrolling around.

"Draugr." Borkul frowned. "Great."

"Not too much trouble." Noel said remembering his time doing the quest, The Man Who Cried Wolf, which is what their doing now, "I got it."

He readied the Mace of Molag Baal walking over sneaking up before letting out a battle cry swinging which the Draugr turned only to be hit killing it collapsing as energy from it flew into one of the crystals Noel has in his bag as he grinned seeing the event of stealing a killed victim's soul up close, and personal. Turning to them, "There's more then Draugr here, be on the guard for Necromancers."

"What was that?" a voice they didn't recognize asked. "Who's there?"

"It sounds like you got their attention." Madanach noted.

Noel only shrugged, "Stealth's not much my strong suit anyway."

Two black robed people one a female, and one male arrived seeing the group as the female called, "Intruders!"

"Take them!" Noel called.

Several Forsworn charged as the two Necromancers fired magic which they dodged or blocked. The female Necromancer was ready to summon a Atronach only for her arm to be sliced off by a Forsworn before being swiftly decapitated, and the other to be locked in a chokehold before his neck was snapped both collapsing.

"So... what are we looking for?" Borkul asked as he killed two skeletons.

"The Ruins. The Ruins for us to find Potema." Noel answered as they went down further crossing a fire. Finding a stronger Draugr, and a Necromancer together Noel messaged for Madanach to take them by surprise which he challenged a large fire spell calling, "FIRE STORM!"

He fired it as the two looked over before being burned alive killing them instantly without much of a fight. Walking passed them they walked further down some stairs seeing castle ruin like settings walking down. Noel recognizes these ruins, 'Wolfskull Ruins... we're getting close...'

Finishing their trek down they hear a voice. "Wolf Queen. Hear our call and awaken. We summon Potema!"

"We summon Potema!"

Walking onto a large ledge they see a ruined castle was there, and onto was large blue energy with a orb slowly taking shape as something was above a large tower.

"Long have you slept the dreamless sleep of death, Potema. No longer. Hear us Wolf Queen! We Summon You!" the same voice called.

"We summon Potema!"

"Sounds like she's up there, and I'm guessing whoever's talking isn't part of our little empire?" Borkul guessed.

"They want to bind Potema for their own purposes... We're gonna finish there Ritual for them, but helping Potema have a physical form." Noel said before telling them, "Now come on there's not much time, we gotta rescue Potema now before it's too late."

The Forsworn all nodded following Noel with their weapons drawn ready for the coming battle. They head down fighting Necromancers, and Draugr fighting over to Potema. Reaching the base of the tower they hear her voice.

"Yes! Yes! Return me to this realm!"

"As our voices summon you the blood of the innocent binds you Wolf Queen!" the voice chanted.

"Summoned with words. Bound by blood." chanted several other voices.

"That sounded like six or seven necromancers, not counting anyone guarding them." Madanach noted to Noel.

Noel nodded at that while Potema voiced, "What! What are you doing?! You fools! You cannot bind me to your wills!"

"Summoned with words. Bound by blood."

"You ants don't have the power to bind me!" Potema yelled.

"Alright boys here's the game plan! We keep the Ritual Master alive, she will be Potema's new vessel. She will be defenseless to do anything so don't harm her. Kill everyone else." Noel told them.

They all nodded as they slowly made their way up to the ritual.

They fought powerful Draugr, and expert Necromancers while making there way up. During which the Ritual Master sensing a disturbance voiced, "Something is wrong. There are intruders."

"Bound by Blood, bind of the innocents." the others chanted.

Hearing something looked over seeing the Forsworn, just made it before charging it cutting down the Necromancers as they scurry to defend themselves but were cut down easily from using most of there magic in the Ritual while the Ritual Master not able to stop the ritual watched in horror. Soon the last Necromancer was stabbed into the ground by Borkul who pulled his blade out while they approach the Ritual Master who demanded, "What are you fools doing!"

"Shut up!" Noel swiped his foot under a leg forcing the Ritual Master to drop down to a knee on the floor struggling before he called, "Madanach finish the ritual! Transfer Potema's soul to the Ritual Master!"

Nodding he turned and started to focus on the ritual.

He focused before spinning his body guiding Potema before finishing up swinging his arms on the Ritual Master as Potema's soul was sent into her body as she screamed as a dimmer light exit her body screaming before collapsing starting to change. Her skin started getting young, her hair getting darker, her eyes getting blue, and looks beautiful.

Noel kneeled over her softly shaking her, "Potema?"

She was unconscious likely due to the ritual. Reaching over Noel checked for a pulse just to make sure.

"How is she?" Borkul asked him.

Noel felt before smiling, "We done it. Potema Septim is back boys!"

"So, the true ruler of our empire lays before us?" Madanach inquired. "Then what should our next move be? Returning to Markarth, or Solitude?"

"Madanach you will return to Solitude to inform them about this just to take there eyes off us." Noel told him, "Just tell them you interrupted the Ritual."

He nodded calmly at that.

"Alright let's take Potema back to Markarth for our next move." Noel grinned as he, and Borkul carried Potema out of Wolfskull Cave.

1 Carriage went for Solitude while the rest with Potema went back to Markarth.

At Solitude...

Madanach walked in the Blue Palace up the stairs where Falk was. Noticing him Falk asked him, "You've returned. Good. What did you find at Wolfskull Cave?"

"There were Necromancers performing a ritual of some kind, they're all dead now though and whatever they were planning was stopped." Madanach answered.

"Necromancers in Wolfskull Cave? It was used for Potema whenever she uses necromancy. I shudder at the thought of her possibly returning, might've been others following her will." Falk admitted nervous before shaking his head. "You've done a larger service to the realm than you could possibly know. Thank you, Madanach, may this be the start of the winds of change for the Forsworn."

"It just might be." Madanach noted before nodding to Jarl Elisif and leaving the Blue Palace.

Jarl Elisif stared off having a sudden bad feeling.

In Markarth...

Noel was in the room he's staying in in Markarth with Potema on the bed unconscious while he's writing down laws, and policies waiting for her to wake up. Soon he heard her start to stir.

He looked over to her as she slowly sat up with the blanket falling down showing she's topless before he walked over with a smile, "Potema? How do you feel?"

"Stiff, it's been far too long since I've had a physical body." she answered looking over to him. "How strong is our empire?"

"Going through the beginnings as planned. We have 5 Daedra Artifacts so far, and on the stepping point of the Companions. The Imperial Empire reacted faster then we originally thought but we defended the city from it." Noel answered.

"I see." Potema nodded getting out of the bed. "And what of your former avatar, or the elves?"

She was naked like in her time in Coldharbour as he explained, "The Dragonborn is Argonian, and he already made progress with the Dragon Menace. The Thalmor are still unaware of our presence right now."

Potema nodded at that. "Then, I believe our next move should be to head to Riften."

"For the Thieves Guild?" he guessed with a grin.

"Not yet, I meant the Temple of Mara." she told him.

Noel nodded understanding that, "Well before then, we made a stop at Whiterun, and asked Eourland Gray-Mane a favor. Your Wolf Pelts that you wear in Coldharbour would give you away, so this is the replacement."

He walked showing a mannequin of Steel Armor wolf themed.

Potema traced the armor before nodding. "I suppose you have a point, we wouldn't want to have any unwanted attention before we're prepared. Could you assist me with it then?"

Noel nodded as he helped her strapped it on. He then gotten brave, and sneaked a kiss at her left shoulder blade on her back. Her eyes widened. "Oh, you dare try something so bold with your queen?"

"Why not?" Noel grinned to her.

She turned to him with a small smirk. "You want something, prove you deserve it."

"What is the trial for it my Wolf Empress?" Noel asked with his own smirk accepting that challenge.

At that she pulled him down to the bed before kissing him. Noel kissed her back as they laid together in a loving kiss, and embrace.

"If you're truly going to be the wolf emperor... claim what you want." she whispered to him.

"Oh now?" he asked with a small grin.

"If you think you deserve it." she taunted before starting to get up again.

"I think I do!" He takes her breasts starting to suck them with closed eyes tacking her down to the bed.

She sighed and gently rubbed his head at that. He sucked more before rubbing her sides with his hands occasionally giving a squeeze. After a while she pushed him back. "I'd love to continue, but I need to see our empire and we need to head to Riften. Perhaps on the way we can... discuss our personal matters aside from the empire."

He smiled before nodding finishing dressing, and exiting before to a gathered crowd of Forsworn, and the Civilians at the palace he announced, "Alright brothers! We all fought thick, and thin for these humble beginnings! We are strong, but we are at our best thanks to the true leader of the Tamirel Unification Front! And that said person is here right now, after we all rescued her from Necromancers! Let me introduce to you all the true leader of the Empire, the future Empress of Tamirel itself, and the Wolf Queen herself!" He then declared turning over, "Potema Septim!"

(Cue Theme: Theme of the Empire by FF12)

At that who was walking forward was Potema wearing the Wolf Armor with Atub, and the Nord Woman beside her as bodyguards walking to the throne/podium as Noel smiled to her giving a short bow as she stands on it viewing everything for herself.

"This, is where the new empire begins. The Wolf Empire, and the beginning of a new era." she stated calmly.

"My beloved started off well, and managed to give the Reach back there home. He also allowed several Daedra Worshippers to join believing they have a chance to exist not for misdeeds." she added at that, "Now that, I am here, the Empire is at full strength, and now we can begin to build a new era for peace, and prevent the Thalmor from ruling all over Tamirel. I fight for you all, I fight for my home, and I fight to take back what the Mede Dynasty stole. My right as Empress! So now join with me, and I will guide all of us to battle against the Thalmor, and drive the elves out of our land!"

Everyone started to cheer hearing that.

Noel smiled at this before turning to the other woman, "Atub, Uthgerd." They looked over to him as he said, "You both will be doing a lot. So I'm inviting you both, and Largashbur itself to join our cause. We could use strong Orcs, and talented Blacksmiths, and strong willed Nords in our ranks."

"I'll have to speak with Gularzob." Atub admitted. "And, our lord Malacath."

Noel nodded understanding before saying, "Well just know we have his favor with us."

After everything a carriage meant for carrying Noel, Potema, Madanach, Borkul, and Uthgerd was readying just as Noel was talking with Nepos the Nose, "...So Nepos, when a jester comes ask him the question, 'What is life's greatest feeling?' If he answers 'Indulgence, my brother' have him wait to meet with me, he's a vital part of the army that can help Potema secure her place as the Empress of Tamriel against the Mede Dynasty."

"A jester, fine if you think entertainment will help." Nepos shrugged.

"Oh trust me he may seem comedic but he's deadlier then he looks." Noel said climbing on the carriage.

"Just what kind of group is this jester in?" Neops asked him hearing that.

"Well let's just say..." Noel started snapping his fingers signaling the carriage driver time to go, "Trained professional assassins." With that the carriage road off on the way to Riften with those parting words.

"Assassins, are you sure we can trust them?" Borkul questioned.

"They maybe killers, but unless there given a desire to stab others at the back they will follow what their clients wants them to do." Noel answered at that.

"Well, hopefully none of our enemies decide to pay for our assassinations." Madanach mentioned.

"Oh trust me if they attempt, they'll get a nasty surprise. We're not gonna let them do it until we finish with the Thalmor." Noel assured him at that. He then looked over at Potema smiling, "Well now my queen since we have a while what should we discuss about first?"

"Which artifacts have you obtained?" she asked calmly.

"First was the Mace of Molag Baal. Me, Madanach, and Borkul spilt for Mehrunes Dagon's Razor with Silus' help, Peryite's Spellbreaker with Kesh aiding us, and Malacath's Volendrung with potentially Largashbur's aid on our side." Noel answered before adding, "Then Sanguine came in personally, and we talked quite a bit, and he is bringing the Sanguine Rose as a gift for our coronation."

"I see, a strong start." Potema smiled. "And the Companions are going to join us soon?"

"They haven't showed us the gift of the Werewolf yet, but we are at a strong start with them." Noel answered hearing that.

She nodded at that.

"I haven't started the exact idea for the armor our troops will have but it will be unique once we're settled." Noel added with a smile which caught everyone but Potema's attention since Noel never told them about new sets of armor.

"You never mentioned that." Borkul told him.

"Oh it must've slipped my mind." Noel admitted before smiling, "Well to symbolize our place in the Empire, we will be making a new custom, unique set of armor for us. The old ways of the Forsworn still live on but now evolved into something much more powerful. With the Ebony Ore from the Orcs, and one other metal that's way stronger then Steel itself, it be really durable armor."

"What metal is that?" Madanach inquired.

"It's not really metal but it's something that had been used for armor making. A form of enchanted ice known as Stalhrim." Noel answered.

"Ice, and we'll be fighting mages?" Uthgerd questioned. "That sounds like a mistake to me."

"No-one ever said before this will be easy. What I hope is that you stick around, and fight for our cause. If the Thalmor wins, everything will be converted to what they want. The Greybeards, the Traditions of the Nords, the way of life itself will be there to alter for there own uses." Noel said to her.

"I never said I wouldn't... just that using ice armor against flames is a bad idea." she clarified.

"Well I don't know how exactly but Stalhrim is resistant against fire magic. In addition it's so durable that no ordinary pickaxe can break it, you need an Ancient Nordic one." Noel said to her, "But Skyrim doesn't have any Stalhrim, or the people who knows how to use it well. Only the Skaal in the land of Morrowind knows the ancient ways of using Stalhrim for armory."

"Well, that's another thing to add to the list." Borkul shrugged.

"And besides Lycanthrophy there is another important factor. Vampires." Noel added at that.

"Werewolves and vampires, what next zombies?" Uthgerd questioned.

"That's also an option but for a later date, the Draugr be easy to have with us." Noel answered simply remembering Potema's legion of Draugrs when he fought her before coming to Tamirel.

They nodded while continuing the ride to Riften. Soon they arrived getting out approaching before a guard stopped them, "Hold there. Before I let you all into Riften, you need to pay the visitor's tax."

"What's the tax for?" Borkul asked with a frown.

"For the privilege of entering the city. What does it matter?" the Guard answered with his own question.

"A shakedown, really?" Potema questioned.

"Call it what you want. You don't pay, then you're not getting in." the Guard said to her crossing his arms.

"We don't want any trouble. So let's play by there rules." Noel said handing a bag of gold to the Guard.

"Pleasure doing business. Let me unlock the gate." the Guard walked unlocking the gate before telling them, "It's unlocked, you all may enter when ready."

The group walked in at that.

They entered walking around before a male voice said, "Halt." They looked over seeing a black haired man wearing steel armor leaning against a wooden beam with crossed arms, "I don't know you all. You in Riften lookin' for trouble?"

"We're just passing through." Noel answered from that.

"Yeah? Well, I got news for you; there's nothing to see here. Last thing the Black-Briars need is some stranger stickin' their nose where it doesn't belong." the man answered staring at them sternly.

"Who are the Black-Briars?" Potema asked curiously.

"The Black-Briars have Riften in their pocket and the Thieves Guild watchin' their back, so keep your nose out of their business. Me? I'm Maul. I watch the streets for 'em. If you need dirt on anythin', I'm your guy... but it'll cost you." the man, Maul, answered rubbing his fingers together for that.

Noel frowned, "Sorry, but we got something important here. It's not into Black-Briar business so no need for you to watch us."

Maul shrugged at that a little disappointed from lack of coin. "Suit yourself. I'll be at the docks if you change your mind."

He walked off at that while they stared. Borkul then looked around, "Okay so what are we here for?"

"The rest of you can look around and try to gather information, buy some armor or weapons, or just relax in the inn." Potema answered. "Noel and I have something to attend to."

They nodded walking around looking. Noel takes Potema's hand with a smile before they walked together to the Temple of Mara. She smiled as the two of them entered together. When they entered, they felt a peaceful atmosphere around them looking around seeing priests checking over stuff at the temple. Walking over to one of them. "Excuse us."

A black skinned priest turned over, "Ah, come here for Lady Mara's benevolence?"

"Actually, we're here to be married." Noel smiled.

"You wish to be married? It's good to see love blossoming, even during these difficult times." the priest smiled before looking over them, "Your quite young for the marrying type, and none of you are bearing an Amulet of Mara."

"We... been together for a while now. We're sealing the deal." Noel answered.

"Excellent, love always blossoms when you least expect it." the priest smiled hearing that, "Mind if I get your names?"

"Potema, and Noel." Potema answered.

The priest looked at her hearing that, "As in Potema Septim?"

"That's correct." she nodded.

He stared before bowing at her, "Well despite your intentions 300 years ago, your still a Septim Lady Potema, and I'm sure Lady Mara would be proud of your love being blossomed once more at this time of age."

"Thank you." she nodded. "It's been a while, so do you mind assisting with the ceremony?"

"It be my honor." the priest bowed, "How soon do you want it?"

"Today if possible." Noel admitted.

"Shouldn't take more until sundown." the priest said with a smile.

"Thank you, we'll be back then." Potema nodded.

He nodded as they exit out of the Temple looking around walking into the market looking over to a building Noel frowned.

"Something wrong?" Potema inquired.

"Honorhall Orphanage." Noel answered with a frown looking at the building.

Potema just nodded at that.

Later that day...

The ceremony is ready as Noel, and Potema walked in where the priest sees them with Borkul, Uthgerd, and Madanach along with Atub from Largashbur in the temple to see this as the priest smiled, "Ah the newlyweds have arrived to sign the deal!"

"True, what do we have to do?" Potema asked.

"Stand in front of the podium." the priest answered.

She nodded standing in front of the podium with Noel.

"It was Mara that first gave birth to all of creation and pledged to watch over us as her children." the priest started reciting the prayers, "It is from her love of us that we first learned to love one another. It is from this love that we learn that a life lied alone is no life at all. We gather here today, under Mara's loving gaze, to bear witness to the union of two souls in enteral companionship. May they journey forth together in this life and the next, its prosperity and poverty, and in joy and hardship."

Turning to Potema he asked her, "Do you agree to be bound together, in love, now and forever?"

"I do. Now and forever." she nodded.

Turning to Noel for his response he asked, "Do you agree to be bound together, in love, now and forever?"

This was it. All he had been working toward to not only bring peace back from the Thalmor, but also secure Potema's place in the Septim Dynasty once more. Otherside from that he loved Potema with all his heart despite there hostilities at first, and wishes to be with her now, and forever. With that in mind he nodded, "I do. Now and forever."

"Under the authority of Mara, the Divine of Love, I declare this couple to be wed. I present the two of you with these matching rings, blessed with Mara's divine grace. May they protect each of you in your new life together." the priest handed them two rings on a pillow which they take slipping them on. He then added with a smile, "You may kiss the bride."

With that said the two turned to each other looking closely at there eyes before they leaned together giving a solid kiss with each other.

"We should head back." Potema smiled softly.

Noel nodded with a smile as they held hands walking out of the temple now wedded together making Noel officially a Septim.

"When we get back to Markarth and consummate our marriage, we can then begin the next plans for the Wolf Empire... perhaps seeing if the Companions will join?"

Noel turned to her smiling before saying, "Yeah that or maybe try to get Lord Hircine's artifacts, his ring, and the Savior's Hide. Them together will allow the Companions to trust us more, and assure them that Lycantrophy isn't a curse."

"That's true." Potema smiled.

"And the Savior's Hide is probably closet to the Wolf Pelts you originally wore." He added.

"True." she chuckled as they paid the carriage to go back to Markarth.

"So now your married, but your not an Emperor yet?" Uthgerd asked Noel.

"No, neither I or Potema haven't done a coronation yet as long as Titus Mede II is on the throne." Noel answered.

"That won't last much longer." Potema told them calmly.

bopdog111: Well now Potema is released, she, and Noel are married, and are making plans.

Ulrich362: True, the Wolf Empire has its ruler... and now they plan to add more Daedric artifacts and factions to their side.

bopdog111: What be next on there agenda?

Ulrich362: We'll have to find out, see you in the next chapter.

bopdog111: Be sure to review!
