A story I was egged on to make by a friend, about my DND Character finding himself in remnant!

When Ozpin tries to invite Ruby Rose to Beacon, certain laws prevent underage Beacon admission. With little options left to her, Ruby does the unthinkable, and brings forth her other passion; weapons. And what better way to look at other people's weapons than to sell and make them herself?

Team RWBY is not as quick through the Ever After. What should have taken days takes weeks, and when they begin to hear tales of The Rusted Knight, it is in the past tense. Now, they must learn to process their grief whilst taking care of a young blonde boy that's started following them around, who seems to hold an unexplainable familiarity with them all.

Vermillion merely wanted to find his way home, but she knows the truth; he is where he needs to be, where he's preordained to be.

How well could a raven Faunus with a nervous disorder, anemia, and hollow bones do as a Huntress? How lethal is getting your soul siphoned by your own partner? How're you supposed to act when the person who hates you the most is distressingly attractive? These weren't supposed to be questions for Ruby to answer. Alas, such is life. In another universe, Jaune Arc was able to get his friends and a few others to his hometown of Radian in the aftermath of the Vytal disaster. Everyone has a long road to recovery, but maybe hearth and home can help... A limited series. Possible Dragonslayer. A bit experimental.
