Lord of the Worlds:

Allah is recognized as the Lord of all worlds, encompassing everything in the universe. All praise is attributed to Him for His role as the sustainer, provider, and maintainer of the entire creation.

Quranic Reference: "[All] praise is [due] to Allah, Lord of the worlds." (Quran 1:2)

The shinigami looked up at the entity in front of him, his sword pointed towards it in an act of defiance.

"An ignorant and weak person like you doesn't deserve to be served by anyone," the entity said. "You know nothing about the world other than your abundant life."

The sword, pointing at the side of his neck, drew blood. Right then, the man knew that he was utterly defeated by his Zanpakuto nonetheless. However, the entity spared him and left the shinigami perched on the ground.

It was true; he did not know anything about the world outside the wall. Such realization compelled him to see the world for himself, to venture out of his luxurious life in Seireitei. Disregarding his high position as the heir to the Kuchiki clan, Byakuya accepted the meager task of patrolling in Rukongai, the poorest districts of Soul Society.

During his solo mission in Rukongai, to protect the people from hollows, he helped apprehend petty criminals even though it's not part of his mission. That night, he caught a burglar wearing a disguise, covering his entire body.

Byakuya easily immobilized the thief and exposed his face for identification. However, the criminal was a young woman, and her eyes, looking straight at him without fear, caught him off guard for a split second. It was the most captivating eye color he had ever seen, adorning a beautiful face.

"You're not going to release me, are you?" the woman asked with a hint of vulnerability in her voice that left Byakuya speechless. He was used to killing his enemies immediately, which were hollows.

He was not used to dealing with people, as they usually just spoke to him when he wished to. And he had never really talked to criminals at all, for he has no respect for those people who don't strive to better themselves and do not think right for themselves at the very least. So, he didn't know what to do, hearing vulnerability in her voice.

"I just stole some food," she said, as though talking to herself instead of her captor, holding tight to a small pouch. "Why is the world so unjust?"

Byakuya shook his senses, trying not to get affected by her. Stealing is a crime, and it's his duty to apprehend criminals. Either way, she is lying. Because upon entering Soul Society, everyone who doesn't have enough energy to sustain themselves doesn't need food to survive as it was automatically sponsored by the system.

The woman's eyes shed tears looking at him. "Why do some people have too much while we barely have anything to eat? Why do some have everything while we have nothing?"

Byakuya looked at the woman seriously. "Because many are lazier than the few," he replied matter-of-factly.

The woman smiled bitterly, not expecting a privileged person like him to understand their real situation.

"Leave," Byakuya suddenly said upon inspecting the contents of the pouch she was holding on to, letting go of her, although he usually wouldn't.

The pouch contains a piece of bread and an expensive medicine.

Byakuya believed that expensive medicine should be free for all, but the current economy doesn't allow it. And so he decided to pay for what she took, feeling responsible for not being powerful enough to change the economic landscape of Soul Society.

Byakuya suddenly woke up drenched with cold sweat, recalling the events that led him to meeting his now deceased wife. It had been five years since she had died, but still, her presence lingered.

In a sense, meeting her taught him about the other side of the world that he was oblivious to despite interacting with it on a daily basis. The weakness beside strength. The world was indeed filled with contradictions that blend together. The existence of one is due to the existence of another. The miracle of Allah.

Surah Al-Hujurat (49:13)

O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted.

"Auzu billahi... No," Rukia stated in worry as the new shinigami materialized in front of her, originating from the regular citizen to whom she had lent her powers. "I meant for only half... But I have lost everything."

Staring in realization that it was the boy's energy that had disrupted her senses, she was simultaneously amazed at his power.

"Masha Allah," she whispered.

Ichigo finally defeated the enemy, but as soon as he did so, he collapsed from too much exhaustion.

Rukia knelt beside the boy's prone body, contemplating what she should do about her powerlessness. Surely, she would not be able to return to Soul Society after losing her ability to summon her zanpakuto, the only key to the portal called Dangai.

Suddenly, someone arrived unexpectedly.

Rukia looked at the person and realized who it was.

The exile, Urahara Kisuke, a notorious criminal who had escaped from his trial at Central 46 after being discovered conducting hollowfication experiments on his fellow Shinigamis.

"Assalamu Alaykom wa rahmatallahi wa barakatu," he greeted her with a vow of peace. "Do you need some help, shinigami?"
