Al-Basit" (the Expander)

"Who is it that would loan Allah a goodly loan so He may multiply it for him many times over? And it is Allah who withholds and grants abundance, and to Him you will be returned."— (Qur'an 2:245)

"And if Allah had extended [excessively] provision for His servants, they would have committed tyranny throughout the earth. But He sends [it] down in an amount which He wills. Indeed He is, of His servants, Acquainted and Seeing."— (Qur'an 42:47)

Sahih (Al-Albani) Sunan Abi Dawud 3451

In a hadith narration, narrated by Anas ibn Malik: The people said: Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), prices have shot up, so fix prices for us. Thereupon the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Allah is the one Who fixes prices, withholds (the word used here is الْقَابِضُ - alqabid), gives lavishly (the word used here is الْبَاسِطُ - albasit) and provides, and I hope that when I meet Allah, none of you will have any claim on me for an injustice regarding blood or property.

Tears fell from Rukia's eyes as she lay in her bed, contemplating what had happened today.

'Idiot,' she whispered. "Do I really mean nothing to you?"

As those words escaped her lips, flashes of memories she had with Renji and their childhood friends appeared in her mind, reminding her of the happy moments that now only saddened her even more.

"I meant to return to the orphanage, but I chose you and our family," she softly admitted to herself as another lone tear fell from her eyes. "Am I not a family to you?"

"Why can you easily cast me aside?" she asked.

Rukia's heart felt like it was being ripped apart as she recalled how, all her life, everyone seemed to abandon her one after the other.

She was abandoned as a baby with nothing but a name; the people in the orphanage isolated her; her friends died, and now Renji pushes her to accept adoption, even though they both knew that if she became a Kuchiki, they would never be together again.

Tears fell from her eyes before darkness consumed her sight, and she fell asleep.

Byakuya adjourned the meeting with the elders, issuing a stern warning not to disclose anything about Rukia's connection with his deceased wife. Though taken aback by his instructions, they ultimately couldn't refuse his command as the clan leader, unless they were foolish enough to dare face his wrath.

After the elders departed, he remained in his office with his grandfather, who stayed silent throughout the ordeal.

Looking at his grandson, Ginrie could only silently pray that Allah would guide him to the right path, as he is now so powerful that no one would dare oppose him directly.

It seems that after Hisana's death, Byakuya is becoming a tyrant. As a wicked quote once stated in a book archived in the Kuchiki library, it is better to be feared (respected) than loved.

"Rabbij-'alni muqimas-solati wa min zurriyyati, Rabbana wa taqabbal du'aa (My Lord, make me an establisher of prayer, and from my descendants. Our Lord, and accept my supplication)," Ginrie raised his frail hand and made dua after praying for Salatul Istikhara.

"I'm Asano!!" Kiego enthusiastically introduced himself to Rukia, with tears in his eyes and his hand on salute. "Welcome to this place of men!"

Rukia could only greet him awkwardly before she returned to figuring out the enigmatic juice box.

"Bismillah...Will I get to drink this juice thing?" she asked herself as the taste of the burger Ichigo gave her lingered on her tongue.

Suddenly, Kiego was kicked to the ground by a group of bullies who had just arrived.

"Yo, Kurosaki," the delinquent called.

"O-ooshima!" Kiego trembled in fear upon recognizing the person who kicked him. "They lifted your suspension..."

Oshima ignored Kiego and picked a fight with Ichigo instead, but before it could escalate, Kiego got in between Ichigo and the bullies, fearing that his fearless best friend would fight the gang alone.

Rukia, on the other hand, remained oblivious to the commotion, seeing as the opponents were a bunch of children, unworthy of her time. Knowing that Ichigo, her disciple, could easily knock them out.

The bully threw a punch at Kiego, but before it could extend, a newcomer arrived and lifted him in the air before throwing him to the ground single-handedly.

"Chad," Kiego called the amazingly strong 'boy.'

Her long ivory tresses draped on Byakuya's shoulder as she nestled comfortably in his arms.

Violet eyes suddenly stared into the stormy grey ones of her husband.

"If we are different people, will we end up loving each other?" she asked softly but with a hint of concern in her voice.

"You are my wife; you will only love me," he stated, looking into her eyes as his hold on her tightened. "Wherever you are, I will find you, Aries."
