Al-Khafid" (الخافض)

And as for man, when his Lord tries him and [thus] is generous to him and favors him, he says, 'My Lord has honored me.' But when He tries him and restricts his provision, he says, 'My Lord has humiliated me.'— (Quran 89:15-16)

a hadith narrated by Abu Huraira in Sahih Muslim that talks about Al-Khafid. The hadith mentions that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "Allah says: 'I am the Most Merciful (Ar-Rahman). I created the Raham (womb) and derived its name from My name. So whoever keeps good relations with it (i.e., his relatives), I will keep good relations with him, and whoever cuts it off (i.e., severs relations), I will sever relations with him.' " (Sahih Muslim 2554)

The name Al-Khafid refers to Allah's attribute of abasing or lowering certain individuals or entities according to His divine wisdom and justice. Understanding and reflecting on Allah's attribute as Al-Khafid can have profound implications on individual behavior, societal norms, and attitudes towards success, adversity, and interpersonal relationships in the modern world.

Humility and Accountability: Understanding Allah as Al-Khafid reminds believers of the importance of humility and accountability. It teaches that worldly status and power are temporary and subject to Allah's will, encouraging individuals to remain humble and focused on their actions and intentions.

"Sen," she started to say, "If something happened to me, take over my corporation."

At those words, the shrewd man looked at the ivory-haired woman.

"We are rivals," he said. "How could you say that, Lady Yuki?"

The woman smiled with elegance and subtle acceptance. "I respect you, General."

"The bullies left upon seeing their leader being beaten by Chad single-handedly.

Kiego breathed a sigh of relief and then asked about the bird that Chad was holding.

Upon sensing the unusual entity inside the bird, Rukia felt a grim suspicion. "Where did you get that parakeet?"

Chad looked at the strange young girl. Pausing for a while, he said, "Yesterday..." but fell silent again. "I got it."

Ichigo annoyingly pointed out his friend's reason for not explaining further, making the gentle giant deny the accusation.

"Something is inside that bird, and if left alone, it will turn into a hollow," Rukia suddenly whispered to Ichigo, getting the boy's full attention.

"We have to send it to Soul Society tonight, in sha Allah," she stated.

"In sha Allah," he agreed.

Byakuya controls the Kuchiki clan and its territories with the help of two factions he created: Chikage no Shizen and Pakuji no Shizen.

Chikage no Shizen integrates all collected information, regulates the clan on Byakuya's behalf, and coordinates the clan in executing the clan leader's orders. It has two branches: the upper group called Bakushin, to which all Kuchiki elders belong, and the lower group known as Spirinobu, which includes only four elders: Eskasho, Rikuto, Rima, and Uragami. They have the power to mobilize the Kuchiki clan without Byakuya's consent in times of emergency.

Pakuji no Shizen, on the other hand, executes Byakuya's commands and provides him with all information regarding the Kuchiki clan and other matters. They work alongside and under Chikage no Shizen depending on the situation.

Pakuji no Shizen has two main branches: Sekishin and Mokuzu. Sekishin provides information only, while Mokuzu can act as both informant and executor.

Mokuzu also has two branches: Sotetsu and Aurin. Sotetsu mobilizes only under direct orders, while Aurin works behind the scenes even without supervision. Under Aurin are two further branches: Syoichi and Panzai.

Syoichi is composed of agents connected to the four elders of the Spirinobu branch of Chikage no Shizen. They are known for their boisterous reputation, akin to Squad 11. Panzai agents, known as Junnipan, directly work for Byakuya. They are his personal elite agents.

The twelve members of Panzai are Oroku, Opari, Ochimori, Trokuro, Trisato, Fujin, Abunai, Andoji, Gurimatsu, Vaijin, Spira, and Hyozan. The most vital among them is Vaijin, as he has direct intel about most of the Kuchiki elders and can even command them as per Byakuya's orders.

And thus, he ruled over the Kuchiki clan and Squad 6 with excellence and efficiency, abiding by laws and regulations. Embodying adherence to the law and implementing it firmly in order to maintain the hierarchy in society and keep balance.

His people respected and feared him because of that. However, since he married a commoner girl against the greater good of the clan and gained nothing good out of it, and now decided to bring a girl with unknown lineage into the main branch of the clan as his sister, despite the law, just because of his late wife's outrageous whim, some of his subordinates question his ability to lead the clan, although they couldn't express it, in fear of the repercussions of displeasing a powerful Shinigami.

A little girl climbs the tree, ignoring the other kids in the playground. Knowing that they don't want to play with her for some reason, even the other adults in the orphanage avoid her. Although she doesn't lament over it, she feels very lonely, and hence she finds happiness in creating her own imaginary friends.

"What are you doing?" A boy asks her, as she carves shapes on the leaf of the tree.

Rukia looks up at the tall boy with long hair tied with a red string, and wearing training clothes. He is the same boy who has been pestering her since this morning.

"Nothing," she says, trying to hide the figure she drew of her friend, Seaweed.

The boy smiles and swiftly catches the leaf.

"What's this ugly thing?" He asks, trying to annoy the little girl, finding joy in tormenting her.

"That's not ugly!" She angrily retorts. "That's my friend," she blurts out unexpectedly, expressing hurt, knowing that she doesn't have any friends.

The boy is taken aback.

Rukia immediately jumps off the tree branch and runs away, never to see the brat again.
