AL-KHABIR (The All-Acquainted)

"Vision perceives Him not, but He perceives [all] vision; and He is the Subtle, the Acquainted."— (Qur'an 6:103)

"O you who have believed, fear Allah. And let every soul look to what it has put forth for tomorrow – and fear Allah. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what you do."— (Qur'an 59:18)

The brain and body seeks to preserve, your ego wants to protect you from taking any punches and getting bruised. All this happens without our conscious knowledge, and so in a sense, we can be easily deluded. It takes constant examination to know this game of self-deceit and to understand the tricks of the brain before we can say we're "acquainted" or "totally aware."

Overall, remembering Allah as Al-Khabir brings a sense of humility, responsibility, and trust in His divine knowledge and wisdom, which are invaluable virtues in navigating the complexities of the modern world.

Zanpakuto Survey: Kyōka Suigetsu

I am drawn to a hero who embraces the concept of existential freedom, someone who recognizes the void of inherent purpose and yet finds the courage to create their own meaning. This hero understands that life is ultimately devoid of absolute significance, and it is up to each individual to define their purpose and values.

For me, the ideal hero is one who rejects conventional notions of heroism and morality, questioning societal norms and authority. They should be unbound by traditional constraints, willing to challenge and disrupt established systems in pursuit of their own truth.

I value a hero who embraces the concept of personal responsibility without being constrained by external moral frameworks. Their actions should stem from a deep understanding of their own desires and motivations, rather than external pressures or expectations.

Furthermore, I am interested in a hero who embodies a sense of existential authenticity, embracing their true self without pretense or conformity. They should be comfortable with the uncertainty and ambiguity of existence, finding freedom in the absence of predetermined meaning.

As soon as Byakuya exited the dining room, Rukia decided to return to her room and change her clothing immediately.

Upon reaching her room, she began to shed the intricate kimono, wondering where the ladies who helped her wear it were. As she struggled to remove it on her own, not used to wearing fancy clothes like this.

Before long, she finally removed everything with determination and chose her new shinigami uniform, albeit a bit saddened at the thought that she hadn't achieved it through her own skills and abilities.

Rukia sighed before accepting the fact that there was nothing she could do about it except to prove her worth as a shinigami to everyone.

Especially to herself, she contemplated.

... for Byakuya to acknowledge her...

Rukia was taken aback at the sudden thought that popped out of nowhere.

Not long after, she exited her room and walked through the hallway. Suddenly, she noticed Byakuya standing at the end, his back turned towards her, commanding authority with his presence alone.

Rukia hurriedly went up to him and greeted him politely.

"Ohayo gozaimasu, Niisama," she said, trying to catch her breath.

"Hmm," he acknowledged without looking at her.

Rukia looked at his back as he walked without saying another word, feeling saddened. Although she had been isolated and rejected before, no one made her feel as unwanted as he did.

She hurriedly walked behind him as a dutiful sister and a noblewoman of the Kuchiki household, as was expected of her.

Not long after, they exited the Kuchiki manor, and everyone's attention seemed to be on them alone, making Rukia squirm in discomfort.

But seeing as Byakuya remained stoic and regal, she decided to imitate him despite feeling small and insignificant compared to him.

Finally, they arrived at the Gotie 13 and were greeted by the shinigami along the way. Suddenly, the captain of Squad 3, Ichimaru Gin, appeared out of nowhere and began speaking with Byakuya.

While Rukia standing behind Byakuya, silently trembling under his paralyzing gaze, making her feel like snakes were slithering all over her naked body, although she was fully clothed. She couldn't move, much less ask Byakuya to protect her, as she had always relied on herself since she was young, not wanting to bother anyone.

Gin's smile widened, and he opened his eyes slightly to better watch Rukia's amusing reaction to his riatsu, wondering if she missed him too much.

Rukia bit her lip to endure his presence as she remembered the traumatic event at the academy.

It was her first day at the academy, and she was minding her own business after parting ways with Renji, encouraging him to hang on and do his best after he was humiliated during their class, when suddenly she was pulled by this creep out of nowhere.

Although she had experience dealing with perverts in Rukongai, overpowering them and beating them to a pulp, this bastard was overwhelmingly more powerful than her, and he easily captured her, even though she used her katana to protect herself.

And he... He tried to...

Rukia felt her body weaken as her knees could no longer support her, her mind filled with memories she had buried and hidden from everyone; not even Renji knew about it.

Luckily, she was able to escape him... or rather, he let her go. Since then, her studies had been affected by her trauma, slowing down her progress, especially in zanjutsu.

Rukia closed her eyes, unable to stand looking at the bastard, when suddenly the pressure finally disappeared, and she heard Byakuya's voice.

"In sha Allah... I will speak with Captain Ukitake," he said emotionlessly, but somehow, it brought comfort to Rukia. "You can stay here at Squad 13 barracks."

Silence reigned as she was unable to speak because of her encounter with the creep.

Byakuya remained standing in front of her, not knowing what he should do, seeing Rukia look so fragile and shaken under Ichimaru's reiatsu.

It's not like he was allowed to hold and comfort her as if she were his.

And so he decided to leave, realizing the fact that he was fasting and not supposed to let his emotions take control of him.

Rukia is neither Hisana nor his mahram.

And he better remember that fact.

Unbeknownst to Rukia and Byakuya, the captain of Squad 5, Sosuke Aizen, was watching their encounter with Gin. Amusement was reflected behind his bespectacled, discerning eyes.

Finding it intriguing that the two finally met, just as he planned.

Sosuke shook his head slightly, entertained by the vulnerabilities that were triggered by illogical emotions. Although a bit disappointed that a shinigami of Byakuya's standing, power, and influence stooped as low as he did.

Byakuya, he considered, a man powerful enough to rule over Soul Society with his political influence and economic control. Yet instead of doing things as he wants, he let himself be tied down by his beliefs, the system, and emotions like a prisoner. When he could get anything and anyone he desires, with his status and authority.

The powerful ones shouldn't bother with the weak, and instead treat everything and anyone as nothing but tools in achieving transcendental power.

"... Transfer student..." Chad started to say, unsure. "... Are you really... Going to go with this?" he asked the girl he was holding in his hand like a ball.

"Yup!" Rukia answered without hesitation. "In sha Allah... exploiting your superhuman strength and my capabilities effectively is the only way!" she reasoned.

Silence reigned, as Chad was rendered speechless by her idea.

"Now hurry up and throw me!" she instructed.

"... You know... This..." he tried to say. "... Feels like an awfully dumb strategy but..."

"You don't have the authority to say that to me!" Rukia chided the boy. "Let's go!! At two o'clock!"

Silence reigned again.

"Which way is two o'clock?" he asked, confused.

"Eeh!" Rukia blurted in shock, wondering how he doesn't know. "This way," she pointed out.

"Keep it at a 40-degree elevation!" Rukia further instructed. "Tha...! That's too high, moron!! I am not a firework!!"

Chad adjusted his position, following the girl's instructions.

"Alhamdulillah... Right there!" she exclaimed. "Let's go!"

Suddenly, Chad flung Rukia in the air like a frisbee, surprising the hollow with their combined attack.

"Eeee!!?" the hollow exclaimed in surprise as the girl flew towards him at great speed.

"That's why I told you," Rukia said as she smiled. "Give up."
