AL-GHAFUR (The All-Forgiving)

Surah Az-Zumar (39:53): "Say, 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning, do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.'"

A du'a from Abu Bakr al-Sadiq (ra), "O Allah, You know me better than I know myself, and I know myself better than these people who praise me. Make me better than what they think of me, and forgive those sins of mine of which they have no knowledge, and do not hold me responsible for what they say." Silsilah al-Huda wa Noor no. 640

"However... there is a way for viruses to coexist with the host and even become useful," Cicada suddenly stated, after realizing how he must have freaked out his dear customer. "We just have to align ourselves with the host, like being one with it."

Cicada and A8, along with other high-ranking scientists and executives, stood in front of the Central 46 to deliver the outline of the election app, which is actually a global recruitment scheme to select the best talents to fill the roles of the next generation of Luuswalhnaal and other positions in the global alliance. This alliance supervises all world affairs as a unitary government through an electoral democratic system, discussing abstract theories to better control the Earth's resources, with a primary focus on human resources. The ultimate goal is to achieve a very ambitious objective: advancing humanity into a Type 3 civilization. To accomplish this, the alliance needs to operate like a singular body.

Abstract Analysis: Cellular Differentiation and Its Parallels in Human Resource Development (by Cicada and co.)

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Today, I would like to draw an insightful parallel between the biological phenomenon of cellular differentiation and the strategic development of human resources within an organization.

In biological terms, the first cells produced from the divisions of a fertilized egg are "generalized" stem cells, possessing the potential to evolve into various specialized types. Similarly, when new talent enters an organization, they start as "generalized" employees, endowed with a broad spectrum of potential capabilities.

As these cells multiply, pre-programmed genetic instructions and environmental cues begin to direct their differentiation. In the corporate context, as employees advance within the organization, structured training programs, mentorship, and the organizational culture play pivotal roles in guiding their professional growth.

Intercellular interactions and the surrounding chemical environment signal cells in specific regions of an embryo to differentiate into specialized tissues such as nerves, muscles, and skin. Analogously, interpersonal interactions and the corporate environment inform employees' development, leading them to specialize in areas such as leadership, technical expertise, or client relations.

Much like precursor cells have the potential to differentiate into various cell types, new employees possess the potential to evolve into diverse roles within the organization. Some may remain generalists, providing adaptability and broad-based skills, while others will specialize, bringing deep expertise to their respective domains.

Understanding this parallel underscores the importance of strategic human resource development in cultivating a dynamic and versatile workforce, capable of driving innovation and excellence in today's competitive global landscape.

Surah Al-Hujurat (49:12): "O you who have believed, avoid much [negative] assumption. Indeed, some assumption is sin. And do not spy or backbite each other. Would one of you like to eat the flesh of his brother when dead? You would detest it. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is Accepting of repentance and Merciful."

The shinigamis who came to see the ranking examination of a certain person from Rukongai, adopted into the Kuchiki clan as the sister to the current clan leader and captain of squad 6, Rukia Kuchiki, stood in awe of the delicate-looking girl. She carries herself like a noble-born lady of high society, unlike her previous status as a street rat from District 78 of Rukongai, Inuzuri, one of the lawless districts far away from Seireitei.

At first, they speculated that she must have seduced Byakuya Kuchiki, just like how the late commoner wife did. With her similarities to the deceased, it wasn't too far-fetched, as the rumor whispered in secret out of fear of being persecuted by the Kuchiki clan. Hence, almost everyone thinks lowly of Rukia, assuming that she reached her status as a noblewoman and a shinigami using dirty means.

Rukia didn't pay attention to the people criticizing and slandering her; after all, she was used to that rumor-mongering even before becoming a Kuchiki. She knew that people would always find ways to criticize others to make themselves feel better. She's the type to just let people be and think however they like. Though it didn't mean that she's not hurt by their words, even though she acts like she doesn't care.

So, she decided to focus on the exams instead, determinedly showcasing her skills and abilities to prove that she's worthy of becoming a shinigami despite the privileges she suddenly acquired.

Unbeknownst to her, the audience was left in awe as she proved her undisputed talent. Yet in the end, she was informed by her captain that she's not eligible for a rank office in squad 13, despite pouring her heart and soul into the exams.

Rukia felt like the world had crumbled upon her and felt hollow inside like she had never felt.

Tears were about to form in her eyes as she turned away after thanking her captain and Kaien for their time assessing her abilities, knowing that such a failure would become a shame to the Kuchiki clan, which had always been the home of high achievers like her Niisama, Byakuya Kuchiki.

At that thought, Rukia involuntarily shuddered at the thought of having to report her failure to the clan leader.

In the quiet of the afternoon, Shiba found himself standing before Byakuya in his office, a space steeped in the weight of responsibility and careful deliberation. Byakuya, his demeanor as composed as ever, acknowledged Shiba's presence with a subtle inclination of his head.

"Byakuya, can we discuss Rukia's future within the Gotei 13?" Shiba's words carried a note of concern, his gaze fixed on Byakuya's stoic expression, defiant.

Byakuya remained silent for a moment, his gaze steady and inscrutable. He gestured for Shiba to continue, his silence speaking volumes.

"She has displayed exceptional talent and unwavering dedication, earning admiration from many," Shiba continued, his voice reflective of his earnestness. "Yet, I've noticed your reluctance to promote her further."

Byakuya's expression remained unchanged, giving away no hint of his thoughts or reasons.

At the uncanny silence, Kaien became increasingly annoyed as scowl formed on his forehead.

"She is a Kuchiki" Byakuya stated nonchalant. "her affairs are mine to decide"

Rukia ran to the best of her abilities away from Chad and the parakeet in order to keep them away from the murderous hollow, her weak gigai bathed in her own blood due to the attacks of the hollow who hounded after her like a maniac.

Suddenly, she stopped after sensing something.

"Huh? Are you giving up?" The hollow asked in wonder and disappointment. "How boring, it's a rare opportunity to chase after shinigamis."

"Alhamdulillah... there is no need to run anymore," Rukia mysteriously stated before looking at the hollow. "Right, Ichigo?"

Suddenly, the hollow was pinned down by the substitute shinigami to the ground as he stepped on its head as if it was nothing.

"What's with the 'right, Ichigo'?" He asked, scowling at seeing Rukia bathed in her own blood. "Don't try to act cool when you're all beaten up! Didn't you say that you wouldn't mess up and cause me worry?"

"Idiot," Rukia retorted with a tired smile. "Only someone who's at least a little bit worried would say something like that."

Ichigo was caught off guard. "...heh," he chuckled dryly, realizing that even though Rukia is beaten up, she still had the guts to be sarcastic. "That's true too..."

to be continued...
