When the Turtles and Splinter find themselves zapped to the year of 2105, they find themselves in for a shocked new world, which they must adjust to as they're unable to return to the own time. While there, they meet up with the great-grandson of two of their friends, while also encountering an enemy turned alley, and various different Human and alien gangs and criminals.

Set in season 4 of the 2003 TMNT series, What if Mikey was the one that had gotten infected instead of Donnie? How will this outcome affect the mutant family? Can they do what needs to be done without the heart of the team?
