She always wanted to work for the cogs, but being raised by two prominent resistant members, she had do it very secretly. This is the story of a toon going against everything her society is about. I know it's been a while, five years in fact, but I'm back! And I have some news! Good and bad.

First the bad news

As much as I'd love to continue on with the story as is, this is not the direction I want this story to go. Besides some of this writing was from when I was seventeen which feels like forever ago. I'd like to think I'm a better writer than I was over seven years ago.

So for the good news...

We're getting a rewrite! I've had the whole story planned for a while now but I finally have the time and motivation to actually work on it. This time I'm not publishing anything until its done. I know all too well there's nothing worse than a fanfiction that gets abandoned halfway through.

My goal is to have this out in mid to late 2025, I know that's far away but I hope it's worth it! Who knows, I may have it up sooner. You can follow along with updates on tumblr at bubbles-workshop. Here I'll be sharing work in progress snippets and chapter art.
