Noctilum. Day time. Deep in the vast forest were three BLADE soldiers, waiting for their prize. Eventually, an all-too-familiar Ma-non makes his presence known by slowly walking up to them.
"About time you showed up here." Gadd said "And you made sure to come alone…. Right?"
"Y-yes, absolutely!" Ubara said "I came by myself. There is no one else here but me. I would not dream of-"
"Shut up." Gadd retorted. "Do you have it?"
"Yes. The Kabuto Zecter is right here." Ubara lifted up the beetle
"Good. Hand it over."
The Kabuto Zecter flew from Ubara's hand into Gadd's.
"Looks like you made good on your promise." Gadd said as he pocketed the Zecter. "Lemme just say, though, that you're a complete moron, thinking you can bargain with us. Now that we got what we were after, you're of no use to us."
Gadd and his cronies aimed their guns at the Ma-non.
"Time to die once and for all."
"I was thinking you would say that!" Ubara pulled out a strange device from one of his sleeves and pressed the button on it.
Suddenly, the Kabuto Zecter began glowing and beeping loudly before breaking out into a big explosion. Once the dust settled, the appearance of Gadd and his minions began glitching out before revealing who they actually were underneath:
"D-Definians?!" Ubara thought to himself "But why are they here and not Gadd himself?"
"Looks like our disguises didn't work." one of the Definians said.
"No shit." Another retorted, before aiming her gun again at Ubara. "You've got some nerve, trying to kill us like that. Now you're definitely going to get it!
Before they could make do on their threat, the villainous trio were suddenly bombarded by a barrage of gunfire, causing them to back away and take cover.
Arriving on the scene were Frye, Phog, and the Murderess. All three of them rushed in front of Ubara and aimed their guns at the Definians.
"So that worthless flesh creature lied to us. He did have backup after all!" one of the Definians shouted.
"The other Zecter wielders. If we defeat them, then we can also take their Zecters."Another one of the Definians noted.
"The Christoph brothers, two incompetent loons." The third Definian said. "And the Murderess, all the way out here? Waiting to backstab these two and her employer?"
"The men you impersonated almost killed a friend of mine. And that's something I simply cannot take lying down, so I'll just direct my retribution onto you three." Murderess explained.
"Tell us what you know!" Frye shouted. "Why were you disguised as Gadd and his accomplices? What is your connection to them?"
"That is our business and none of yours, human!" one of the Definians said.
"Given that they disguised themselves and tried to kill Dr. Ubara, I suspect that Gadd somehow hired them as part of his schemes." Phog noted "Which means this was supposed to be a trap. And Gadd is still somewhere out there."
"Well let's just hope our Plan B works, then." Murderess said. "But first, let's make sure these three don't live to see another day."
"Fools. You don't know who you're messing with. In fact, let's test out such human hubris."
All three Definians pulled out Zecter devices. Suddenly, three Zecters flew towards the Definians and attached themselves to their devices.
"Henshin." The Zecters said in unison.
The three Definians were then transformed into Masked Riders TheBee, Drake, and Sasword in masked form.
"H-how do they have the Zecters if they were meant to be a distraction?" Ubara stammered.
"We'll worry about that later. For now, find cover and let us do the fighting." Frye said.
Three other Zecters showed up on the battlefield and attached themselves onto the Drivers of Frye, Phog, and the Murderess.
"Henshin." The Zecters said in unison.
Phog and Frye transformed into grasshopper themed armored forms, becoming Masked Riders KickHopper and PunchHopper respectively. The Murderess, meanwhile, took on a heavily armored blue appearance with red eyes and blasters attached to her shoulders, becoming Masked Rider Gatack in masked form.
"Change KickHopper." Phog's grasshopper-shaped Zecter echoed.
"Change PunchHopper." Frye's grasshopper-shaped Zecter echoed.
The Masked Riders squared off, each side anticipating the first moves of the other.
