After packing up her camp in Atlas, Ruby made her way down to Mantle to find a hotel room for the night. As she walked through the bustling streets of the city, her thoughts returned to her new belt and the potential it held to save more people than she could ever hope to with just Crescent Rose. In her mind, she thought, "With this armor, I can truly make a difference."

Ruby entered the hotel, exhausted from her long journey. She collapsed onto the bed, her thoughts swirling in her head. It had been so long since she'd had any fun with her sister and teammates. Would she ever see them again? Would they think she had turned into a monster, just like Adam? Her mind also drifted to Neo, the woman who had watched her father Roman die at the Fall of Beacon. That day was still so vivid in her mind, and she couldn't shake the memories. As she laid there she thought to herself about her one and only goal: kill Adam Taurus.

CHAPTER MINI 2.5

During the night on patch Island Yang is tossing and turning in the bed trying to relax but she can't. She constantly blames herself for being distant with her sister since the fall. As a shadow appeared,

Yang's eyes widened in surprise when she saw the shadowy figure standing in front of her. Her heart raced as she gripped the edge of the bed, ready to defend herself if necessary. "Who are you and how did you get in here?" she demanded, her voice firm. The man in black chuckled softly, his eyes glimmering with a hint of mischief. "Oh, me? I'm just here to observe how everyone has been faring since the fall," he replied mysteriously, his voice smooth and calm. He then disappeared leaving Yang to wonder all night until she eventually was able to sleep.

Now, finally at Jaunes sisters house, Jaune, Nora and Ren are taking Refuge here for about five months.

Nora, with her signature hammer-grenade launcher Magnhild, had been stir crazy from the extended time spent at Jaune's sister's house. It had been five months of forced stillness, and the energy she exuded was impossible to contain. Ren, ever the calming influence, had been her anchor through this period of enforced rest.

After dinner, as usual, Nora ventured out to the training grounds which were in the backyard. Her weapon, Magnhild, was a reflection of her fiery spirit - a hammer that could transform into a grenade launcher, as fierce and unpredictable as she was.

Nora, having completed her training for the night, let out a sigh and spoke aloud to herself. "I should really get to Ren! It's past my bedtime!" Her voice echoed through the training grounds, full of energy and a touch of impatience. With a final twirl of Magnhild, she began her brisk walk back to Jaune's sister's house, her footsteps matching the rhythm of her restless spirit.

She entered the house quietly, not wanting to wake the others. Seeing that everyone was already asleep, she decided to sneak into Ren's bed. As she climbed in, she couldn't resist the urge to give him a soft kiss on the cheek before snuggling up next to him, feeling safe and cozy as she drifted off to sleep.
