AN: HOLY SHIT, thank you guys for the reviews and likes! I never would have thought people would like my writing.
Another AN to clear up some possible questions you might have will be at the end.
Question, someone mentioned maybe limiting the POVs to keep from there being any confusion. Most of the POVs I was writing so far have been to further the plot... but what do you guys think?
I know it may already get confusing with the Flashbacks so please let me know. I'm doing my best to make sure each POV and flashback stay clear.

The two girls shifted their gazes to each other and Angela thought she might have misheard her when Bella took the ring out of the box and held it between them.
"I got married last night."
DAMON
What a fucking gal my little wife is.
Damon thought to himself as he finished getting dressed; tossing on a simple short sleeved black button up to go with his dark jeans.
He could still perfectly see her big brown eyes staring up at him, hear her too-loud laughter. Fuck, even her scent still hung in the air of his room, the fresh floral scent still filling his nostrils as he studied the unkept bed and pictured the way he'd left her there this morning. He was a million miles away mentally.
Bella's scent a stark comparison to her's.
*FLASHBACK*
Damon had been adopted by the bridal party as their 'cabana boy', not that he minded one bit. Whatever kept him near the brunette he'd decided was his target for the evening. Her friend, Angela, was becoming a bit of a nuisance – always stepping between he and his prey whenever they were getting 'too close'.
"You know," Damon had leaned down to speak in Bella's ear, a hand coming up to toy with the ends of her hair as he spoke. "I have been wondering, little one, in my experience; men and women only drink to the extent you and I have been when they are either drinking to forget someone, or because they don't want to think. So, tell me which are you?"
Bella had turned to face him as he spoke, something flashing in her eyes. Sadness? Maybe. uncertainty? Most definitely.
"I just want to have fun." Bella had answered in an almost whisper. He had doubted she was actually answering him. There was no way a human would have heard her answer above the music. He had used it as an excuse to lean even closer, enjoying the way the bouquet of her scent had begun to envelop him. Before he could answer Angela had come and stepped between them, offering an insincere apology as she did so.
Annoying. He'd thought to himself as she gave him a meaningful glance before turning to Bella and putting a hand on the small of her back; effectively forcing him to move his hand from her hair.
Damon had frowned, not liking to have his night dampened by such a meddlesome human.
"Do you need anything, Bells?" The cock-block had asked her.
*END FLASHBACK*
Alone with his thoughts, he could finally muse over the fact that he had actually gotten married.
To a human.
Who didn't even know what he was.
And looked so much like Elena, she could be a twin. His subconscious chimed in his head.
It truthfully probably wasn't fair to Isabella he admitted to himself as he put his sunglasses on his head and wallet in his pocket staring down at the photo of himself, Elena, and Stefan he had in his saved photos.
similar deep brown eyes stared into the camera, smiling at the photographer. The same smile she always gave his brother. Sure, Elena smiled at Damon. But it never met her eyes the way it did with him. He could never be Stefan; he had come to the realization after she had, yet again, chosen Stefan. After he had finally begun to feel like they could carve their own path and maybe even a future- even if it had been built on their time spent looking for Stefan. He had actually thought he could have a chance. He had given himself to her and thought that she had done the same. Only for her to take it back when his brother had become himself again.
He could feel his heart clench and decided that would be enough masochism and depressing self-reflection for one day as he locked his phone. The screen clicked and went black as though to finalize what he had already decided.
Sure, Bella wouldn't fix everything, but she was a start; he figured. Even if it seemed like she didn't remember it. The way Damon saw it, he could always compel her.
What a hell of a way to rebound though. He mused to himself as he stepped out of the elevator. He flexed his left hand feeling the black titanium band he'd bought for himself to go with Bella's ring squeeze his finger.
His phone vibrated twice consecutively in his pocket. He pulled it out as he walked, looking down at the texts.
'You need to come home, now.' Stefan had text him.
'Elena is worried about you. It's selfish of you to just run off like this. We just got Stefan back and now Elenas upset that you're gone.' From Bonnie.
The last five words made the tightness in his heart lessen and he even contemplated returning to Mystic Falls.
That was, until Elena's voice echoed in his head as though she was there shouting in his ear. 'I love him, Damon. He came into my life at a time when I needed someone, and I fell for him instantly. No matter what I feel for you, I never unfell for him.'
He closed his eyes and shook his head as if to clear it, growling low in the back of his throat as he did.
Go back. Go back for what? To watch Elena and Stefan fall more in love while I wonder what could have been? He thought to himself bitterly.
As he pushed open the lobby door and pulled his sunglasses down over his eyes, he stepped in the Nevada heat. Letting it envelope him and bring him back to the present. He made is way down toward her end of the strip.
He was off to find his wife.
BELLA
"I don't know, Ange. I just don't know what to do." Bella muttered. The two were sitting having their own lunch together at Jimmy Buffet's on the strip. Bella pulled her napkin into her lap as the waiter brought them their food. Jessica had decided to take a day with her future mother-in-law to go to the spa so most of the women had either paired up to hang out or simply stayed at the hotel.
Bella had since changed into a pair of shorts and a V neck top. It hadn't escaped her that the deep blue top she wore was almost as blue as Damons eyes. She bit the inside of her cheek as those eyes flashed in her brain without her permission. She tucked a stray chunk of hair behind her ear. She'd left it down thanks to Angela complementing the waves that had formed overnight when they'd finally stopped staring slack-jawed at each other and gotten ready to go eat.
Maybe she'd switch to statin pillowcases. For my hair. She told herself as she toyed with the ends of it absentmindedly. She found the action soothing ofr some reason.
Angela had changed into a simple green skater dress her hair down framing her face which was shaded by the wide brimmed sunhat she paired with it; both girls had paired their outfits with the matching converse they'd bought for this trip.
"Well, what do you remember?" The other woman prompted, taking a bite of her chicken and staring at Bella with her brows raised curiously.
Bella shifted uncomfortably in her seat as she mulled it over. This made the corner of the ring box she'd stuffed into her pocket press almost painfully into her thigh. "I remember, we started at Coyote Ugly... We went to Drai's... We all started hanging out with Damon." she paused after his name, scanning the crowd below them as though he would be summoned just hearing it. "We went to... some other place... but it stops there." She admitted, taking a big bite of food as she realized she had been starving.
They sat in comfortable silence. Angela looked thoughtful, not wanting to hurt her friend's feelings or make her feel worse than she already did. Bella studied her as they ate in silence, thankful for the time to think to herself.
What was she going to do? Surely, they could annul this, right? She felt her throat tightening as she started to spiral out in her mind. Or divorce? He was probably just as drunk as she was...
But he bought a ring. She reminded herself, letting her free hand fall into her lap to pat the square outline. Had Alice seen this? What would their family think of me?
Embarrassment had started to pool in her belly when Angela finally looked up at her, looking almost apologetic before she opened her mouth.
"What are you going to do? What about Edward?" Just the sound of his name made her heart palpitate, as if he would appear.
"I don't know... We only broke up and took this space because I was supposed to be thinking... but now I've just made everything more complicated." She almost whispered, tears pricking at the back of her eyes again. How could she be so cruel?
*FLASHBACK*
Bella had just come out of her last class of the semester, having finished the final when Alice bounded up to her and instantly linked arms with her. She wasn't even taking classes this semester, but Bella suspected she hung around to keep an eye on her.
"Bella! How was your final? No matter! I already see you Acing it." The pixie answered her own question before Bella could even open her mouth. She loved Alice. So very much.
She'd been so nervous about the final, but now she was even more nervous as Edward had asked to see her at the end of her day. "It was great, I'm just nervous about the talk."
Alice nodded in understanding. "I can't see anything clearly. You know sometimes he purposefully doesn't make up his mind when he doesn't want me knowing." Bella nodded quietly, contemplating it all, as Alice led her to their car.
Their deal had originally been fore her to turn 18. Of course, Edward had convinced her to experience more 'humanity' and attend college for the first year. Then, one more semester. After that, till she was 21. Then, he had convinced her to get a degree first. She had just petitioned for the Associates (which she had dragged out in an attempt to wait him out) a month ago after finding out she'd actually gotten far enough along to be given it.
She could still see his expression when she had told him, the way his eyes had tightened, saw the frown he had to suppress.
She had gotten to the house and up the stairs and into Edwards's study, where she found him pretending to read. As though he couldn't immediately hear her heart hammering in her chest without super hearing.
*END FLASHBACK*
Bella realized Angela was watching her with soft eyes, her hand resting over Bella's comfortingly.
There were tears coming down Bella's face. "What am I supposed to do, Ange?" Angela could only offer a soft squeeze of the hand she was holding; her words failing her.
"I don't know Bella," Angela started to say, her tone the same soft tone. She pulled her hat off of her head, placing it on the table next to them. "It's hard. You and Edward were together so long... But you seem more like a kid who's afraid to tell their dad they screwed something up right now than anything..." Angela's voice trailed off as she realized Bella was no longer listening, her eyes focused over Angela's shoulder.
Angela moved her hand from Bella's to turn around and see what it was that had drawn her friend's attention. She hadn't realized that without her wide brimmed hat, many of the tables behind Angela has been exposed to Bella's vision. Whatever Bella saw there had dried to tears from her eyes, leaving only the tears still on her cheeks and chin, and knotted her stomach painfully.
Leisurely poised at a table several away from them, in a chair facing their direction, sat the blue-eyed coquet from the night before. He had been reading the menu, giving his order to the waiter and laughing at something the man had said.
Finally at his table alone, Bella watched as Damon fixed his eyes on her face. She knew he was too far to see the tears on it, however she wiped them anyway and pointedly fixed her eyes back on Angela- who had by now turned back around to stare wide eyed at Bella.
Isabella, I'll have you know I love a good chase. His words from hours ago came to the forefront of her mind. She felt a familiar warmth spreading over her face as they finished their food, felt her heart stop momentarily before continuing it's beating. "We should get more drinks. And some shots." Was all she said as someone came to take their plates and ask if they wanted anything else.
"Two Margaritas, and Three shots of Clase Azul." Came a now familiar voice from behind Angela. Damon pulled an empty chair, that sat to Bella's right and Angela's left, out. He plopped himself down as Angela nodded in confirmation and gave a quiet 'it's alright' to the waiter who was worried he may have to call security on the gentleman who had invited himself over.
Angela looked between the two as the waiter walked away. Worried Bella might bite a hole in her cheek from the way she was gnawing on it.
For those of you wondering, in my version of events; Bella's still human at 21, Edwards been trying to placate her for as long as he can. Saving her soul, blah blah blah.
Damon left to give Stelena space to be a couple and because he wasn't quite over her; despite convincing them he was. Think... End of season 3 when she basically rips out his heart when Stefan is back.
We all know how much Elena always decides she NEEDS both boys with her though, so we will see how she takes the marriage.
Also, I know that Bella and Elena look similar in regards to their features but not really like twins. Damon is still convinced he's in love with Elena, and so of course all he sees right now in Bella are the similarities. He WILL eventually see how he couldn't be anymore wrong.
