The name Fairy Tail was recognised throughout the continent. Anyone with half a brain knew the name, whether they were a wizard or not. They were the number 1 guild in the year x784, known for battling Deliora, going to war with Phantom Menace, and teaming up with other guilds to defeat oracion Seis. They then lost their number 1 status after the Tenrou incident which gained them fame for the wrong reasons, and became one of the lowest ranking guilds. Then in x791, Fairy Tail became famous once again, with news of the missing mages coming back. Fairy Tail soon made a big comeback becoming number 1 once again at the Magic Games, quickly becoming a favourite of the king and robes of Fiore. Yes, the name Fairy Tail was famous.

Because of how famous the name was, the guild members were also just as famous. If you didn't know who they were, you were living under a rock. It stands to reason that the celebration of two Fairy Tail wizards, and not just any Fairy Tail wizards, but two of the Magic Games competitors, coming together would be one of the biggest events of the year. Anyone who was anyone wanted an invite to the event.

In the Fairy Tail guild, sitting at a table was the popular journalist, Jason, from Sorcerer's Magazine. He was seated with the two wizards that had everyone buzzing.

"So, when did you realize you were in love?" Jason asked, with his notepad out and pen in hand. He looked intently at the ice mage in front of him.

"Uh… that's a bit of a tricky question…" Gray replied, scratching his head with his right hand, while his left hand held the hand of a certain blue-haired water mage.

"Juvia was in love from the moment we met! Even though we were enemies, he showed Juvia how to live with a brighter future. It also didn't hurt that he was the hottest thing Juvia had ever seen!" Juvia replied, a big smile on her face. Gray blushed at the praise.

"So cool!" Jason commented as he scribbled down notes. Because the wedding was the biggest event of the year, it was natural that Sorcerer's Magazine wanted an exclusive interview with the couple.

Originally, Gray refused to do an interview with Jason, but Jason was persistent. He came to the guild every day for two weeks before Gray gave in. It didn't help that the master was also trying to convince him, as he wanted to boost the guild's reputation even more.

Jason looked toward Gray, hoping to still get a proper answer to his question.

"It wasn't really love at first sight for me, but somewhere along the way, she became one of the most important people in my life, even though I didn't realize it until later. Juvia is the kindest and most selfless person I know. She protected me before she had officially joined our guild. Juvia stood up for me when everyone thought I had abandoned the guild. She helped give my father peace when I couldn't. Juvia saved my life by sacrificing hers. I realized I wanted to protect her, I wanted to look out for her. During our Fairy Tail race, I didn't realize it at the time, but I was worried when I didn't see her. During the Tenrou incident, I couldn't help feeling protective over her. And then, of course, seeing Lyon around her just made me angry, and I didn't know why. Whenever Juvia got hurt, I found myself worrying for her, calling out to her, and something in me just wanted to beat the shit out of whoever hurt her. When Acnologia attacked the ships at Hargeon, my first instinct was to grab Juvia and protect her. Juvia was slowly taking over my heart; I just didn't know it," Gray responded, trying not to look at Juvia. His face was as red as Erza's hair. Jason was so excited by Gray's response that he furiously continued scribbling on his notepad.

"The 100-year quest made me realize how much I wanted a future with Juvia," Gray added, squeezing Juvia's hand. He remembered how he was caught in an illusion during the quest, where he was happily married to Juvia and they had a son, Greige.

Juvia looked at Gray in amazement. This was the first time she had heard Gray talk in such depth about how he felt.

"Gray-sama," she whispered in awe.

The other guild members, who were listening to the interview, sat there speechless. They had never heard Gray open up so much. It was out of character for him to share his feelings.

Erza stood by the bar with Mirajane behind it, and they both smiled at Gray's response. They had both seen Gray develop his feelings over the years toward the water mage and knew that even though he hadn't realized it back then, he had been falling in love with her from the beginning.

At that moment, Mirajane called out, "She's his power to live!" Everyone cracked up laughing, while Gray's face turned red once again with embarrassment, remembering when he had yelled that line out while battling the Wood Dragon God.

"So cool! Can I use that as my headline?" Jason asked.

A couple of weeks later, when the Sorcerer's Magazine came out, the front cover featured a picture of Gray without a shirt and Juvia wearing her green camisole and skirt. Gray was leaning on the handrail of a stone staircase, one arm around Juvia and the other resting on the handrail. Juvia's body was pressed against Gray's, with her left hand on his chest, displaying her engagement ring on her fourth finger. Her hair was down, flowing over her shoulder. In a rare moment, Juvia wasn't wearing her signature hat. Both Gray and Juvia were looking at the camera with sultry eyes and smirks on their faces.

The ring on Juvia's finger was made of white gold and featured a large light blue oval-cut sapphire with two diamonds on either side of it.

The headline across the picture read, "She's his power to live!"

In the middle of the magazine were centerfolds of both Gray and Juvia. One centerfold showed them together on the beach, with Juvia in a dark blue bikini and Gray in just a pair of shorts, looking at each other as they lay in a hammock together. There were two more centerfolds: one of Juvia alone, in the same bikini, lying on a beach towel and staring up at the camera with her hands above her head; the other of a shirtless Gray sitting on a motorcycle parked next to the beach.

The issue became the magazine's biggest seller. Unfortunately for Gray, to his dismay, the majority of the Fairy Tail men had a copy of the magazine featuring Juvia on the beach.

The Master made sure to have a copy of the magazine in the guild's library.
