Sakura rolled her eyes at Ino "ugh! I'll think about!," groaned Sakura.
Ino pumped her fist in the air "hell yeah! Next time we go to the hot spring Yakumo, Tenten, and Hinata will be here!" cheered Ino.
"Isn't that too much people?" asked Karui.
"Nope! Not at all! We kunoichi gotta stick together!" exclaimed Ino.
Later, Kin drags her feet to her bed and falls head first into pillows she then rolls on her back staring at the ceiling with a content smile her smile then becomes saddened and drops her arm over her face she then bites her her lip "I-I-I can't do it! I just can't! I don't want this place to end up like home." thought Kin with an almost broken look she then remembers the various missions Kin sent her own to espionage, to assiassination, and she even torture people for Orochimaru.
Back then she always told her it was them or her. While, Dosu and Zaku took a sick pleasure in harming and hunting. She never enjoyed it like them she just saw it as a necessity of the shinobi life she always saw the dark side of shinobi. But she was tired living in the underworld of the shinobi life.
Suddenly a puff of smoke appeared in the middle of the room Kin pulls out her senbon and gets in a defense stance. As the smoke cleared a wolf cub appears the wolf has light blue fur, a white underside, dark blue tiger stripes, magenta claws, dark blue-tipped blades, and a very curly tail. The wolf title his head in a cute manner "are you Kin Tsuchi?" asked the wolf pup.
"Yes," said Kin in a cautious tone.
She watches as the wolf's tail began to wag "hi, my name is Garuru I have a message from Naruto-sama!" said Garuru with a prideful tone.
"A message? What kind of message?" asked Kin with a curious look through she shouldn't she be so surprised since knowing Naruto and Menma can summon wolves.
"He wanted to know if you wanted to meet up with him at seven?" said Garuru Kin who has a deep scarlet blush across her face she nods her but she knew she had to be honest with herself her loyalty to Orochimaru or her feelings for the boy she likes and her new friends. "That's great! Hey do you have a treat?" asked the wolf pup bouncing on his paws.
Kin searches through her room and finds a box o d cherry blossom mochi "she picks up the box and shows It to the pup "umm, will this do?" asked Kin she watches with a shock and bewilderment look as the wolf dives head first in the box all Kin can do is watch.

After Garuru had went back to his home Kin walks over to the clock and it read 2:40 she believed this was enough time to take a quick little nap as she lays in her bed snuggling with her Naruto Plushie she got at the Festival as her eyes began to drop feeling heavy she mutters Naruto-kun before entering the world of dreams.
She looked around the burnt and destroyed village at first she thought it was her home the Land of Sea until she the academy destroyed turned to rubble and various of gigantic snake slithering around the place. She knew this was Konoha the ground being covered in the dead bodies of Konoha shinobi even the Hokage monument was in ruin each face shattered. This dream or vision felt so vivid, even the best from the sun felt so real.
"K-K-Kin!" gasp a raspy voice Kin looks down and finds a bloody kunai in her hand as she looks down at herself she realize she's covered in blood. She noticed she isn't wearing her usual active attire instead it looks like a Sound Four clothes. Her eyes shift to the ground and she can do nothing but stare at the bloodied and broken body of Naruto not far away from his layed his tanto broken.
it wasn't just Naruto that lies on the ground broken and dead but was his brother Menma who looked like he was stabbed in the heart with his now broken and his arm twisted in an unnatural manner. Others like Ino, and Karui lied dead with each of them having a look of betrayal on their faces. A large white serpent coiled itself around her a cold shiver runs down her back as she hears a familiar snicker as she turns around and sees Orochimaru piercing serpentine eyes staring into her very soul with his usual smirk.
"Kukuku, very good Kin you made me very proud!" said the Sannin with a dark pleaded look she watches as Orochimaru kicks Hiruzen off his sword the pale skinned man grins at the down body of Hiruzen.
"He's right! Orochimaru-sama plan has finally became reality! All thanks to you!" said Kabuto grinning to himself and cleaning off the blood off his scalpel blade. Kabuto looks at her with his usual condescending grin looking at her like she was something to be dissected. Kabuto had always made her felt uneasy he reminded her of everything a medic isn't he seemed far more interested in inflicting pain instead healing.
"You should be fuckin' proud Kin! We wasted this fuckin' shithole of a village!" grins Tayuya with a dark grin. The redhaired teen grins as she smashed her foot on top of the head of Ino she grins viciously as her foot caves in the platinum blonde's head Kin can just watch as Ino's head quickly becomes to much she cringed at the sound of her skull being crushed under Tayuya's foot.
"She's right! Welcome to the Sound Four or should we say Sound Five!" grinned Sakon with a grin the rest of the Sound Four grin on response. While each one of them took a sick and sadist pleasure in absolute destruction all she felt was an emptiness in her body she felt so cold as if she just spend hours in ice cold waters. She didn't want this she didn't want this carnage she wasn't like the others she didn't joy the suffering of others.
Kin then shots up from her bed gasping for air she hugs her knees while trying to control her erratic breathing. She wiped the sweat from her forehead and groans from her sleep "ugh, what the hell was that! A nightmare?" muttered Kin she tried to was a away the images from her nightmare she then gains a cold shiver as the image of a dead Naruto and a proud Orochimaru.
Kin runs a hand through her hair "me a member of the Sound Four? Yeah, right!" exclaimed Kin before she would probably sell out Dosu and Zaku just so she can join the Sound Four but now she can't imagine herself being in the group each of them were as loyal as Kabuto was and that man would probably burn down an orphanage if Orochimaru told him too.
While members of the Sound Four were some of the most skilled ninjas that serve Orochimaru and sure you get the infamous cursed mark which gives you power but you were expected to throw your life away for Orochimaru and She's just can't do it. To become one of Orochimaru's Sound was to for forfeit your life and ambitions she'd seen how loyal Kimimaro is the man doesn't even care his body his body is failing him the only thing that seemed to matter was pursuing whatever orders Orochimaru had given.
As Kin went over to the clock check the time her frown that has adorned her face was replaced with a smile as she realize the time is 5:20 meaning she still has time to meet Naruto. Kin removes her forehead protector and stares down at the metal plate with a frown, the sound note was a symbol of loyalty but not to the village but to the snake Sannin. She didn't want to live her life for Orochimaru a person who would kill her once she outlived her purpose for him.
She didn't want that to serve someone who would kill her the moment she fails to meet his impossible expectations. Everyone in Otogakure knew Orochimaru didn't care for them he just cared how useful they can be for his plan. The reason for Otogakure and its other bases were for Orochimaru to study his many experiments and Kin didn't want to be like Tayuya serving someone who would kill her at a drop of a hat she was positive that curse mark had influenced her friend.
While Tayuya still acted rude and foul mouth since the day she met the tomboy but the girl had become extremely loyal to the man since she had gotten that curse mark. She and the other Sound Four members were as loyal to Orochimaru like Kabuto which was a disturbing notion. She sighs to herself and grumbles about a guilty conscious she lets out a hollow laugh as she looks down at her feet "I can't do it! I can't shirt them!" thought Kin as her new friends come to her mind she didn't know if the nightmare she had was her consciousness playing a trick on her but she knew this war wasn't what she wanted she didn't want all this death on her hands.
These people didn't deserve to have their lives ruined nor doesn't Naruto his brother who have been nice to her since she had met them. She didn't want to see Naruto hurt she cares for him. She then feels a deep blush growing on her face as she thinks about their kiss she then gains a goofy smile as her fingers run across her lips. The more she thought about that night the more he invades her mind the thought of hurting him had made her feel unsettled she really likes him.
Her face becomes atomic red as it finally dawn on her, she Kin Tsuchi had fallen for Naruto Uzumaki! All those times her stomach felt like doing backflips was all because she was attracted to Naruto she honestly felt so dumb how could she not realize it all these strange feelings towards Naruto was simply because she liked him. "I like him! I like Naruto Uzumaki." exclaimed Kin feeling weightless but this also made things harder the the boy she like was in great danger but she needed to tell him.
She doesn't know how he would react but she knew he hated traitors and those that are a threat to the village she hopes she can convince him she isn't a threat. "Way to go Kin the first boy you like and he's from the village you're helping to destroy!" muttered Kin but she couldn't stop herself from smiling. Their shared kiss is still fresh in her mind she wonders if she could kiss the blonde again.
She wonders if the blonde is thinking about her she walks over to her bed and hugs the Naruto plushie close to her chest. She knew Tayuya would mock her how she's acting like some dumb lovesick cunt but she didn't care what Tayuya would say but she knew she couldn't let Dosu or Zaku find out or they'll report it to Orochimaru she knew doing this would be a death sentence but she didn't care if she was betraying Orochimaru she was tired living in a hellhole.
Later, that evening Kin is waiting at their usual meet up spot. She was thinking about leaving her forehead protector behind but this would raise questions so, she left it on. Their meet up was in front of the academy she smiles as she watches various of citizens walk by. She wondered what the children in the academy were doing were they living their normal lives like normal children.
"Normal," mumbled Kin she lets out a hollow chuckle she wasn't sure what normal even was normal was never in her vocabulary from living in the Land of Sea to now her life was never normal. She wondered how her life would've been if someone kind had found her instead of Orochimaru but then she might have never met Naruto which was the only good thing about serving Orochimaru.
She smiles as she sees the blonde bouncing roof top to roof top the blonde jumps chakra into his feet and backflips in front of her. The ravenette smirked at him "show off! So, you wanted to hang out? Are we going to Ichiraku?" asked Kin.
"Nah, I have something else in my mind." said Naruto looking at the Hokage monument he extends his hand out and she takes it without a second thought she smiles and laughs as they jump building to building many people watch the blonde and ravenette duo some whispered but neither cared.
The two glances at each other and smiles warmly "you sure know how to treat a girl!" exclaimed Kin with a smirk.
"If you like this just wait!" said Naruto he then scoops her up bridal style making the Sound kunoichi blush up she quickly wrapped her arms around him and snuggles into his chest before she knew they were on top of Hokage Monument more importantly on the head of Minato Namikaze, the Yondaime Hokage. She was left speechless as the sunset hitting the village "so, what do you think?" asked Naruto with a smirk on his face.q
"It's beautiful! This is amazing but I have to ask do you bring all the girls up here?" asked Kin with a half smirk.
"No, you're honestly the only person I brought up here. This is where Menma and I go whenever we need somewhere to think of just want to be alone. This place is special to the both of us for some reason we always feel at ease." said Naruto this was also the place where he and Menma had declared their dreams of becoming Hokage and God of Shinobi.
Kin with an embarrassed look stares down at her feet while her whole body feels light "then why bring me here Naruto?" asked a blushing Kin.
Naruto place his finger on her chin Kin looks up at the blonde with a shy expression "because you're one of my precious people, Kin." said Naruto he then leans towards her and placed a gentle kids on her lips. The two pull apart staring into each other eyes Kiss then wrapped her arms around Naruto smashed her lips against his own enjoying the taste from him she moans into the kiss as Naruto being her closer the two pull away needing to breath as the two of them pant heavily Kin leans her head against Naruto.
"Thank You, Naruto-kun for showing me this and everything," says Kin she then takes a step, back and placed her hand over his chest "but there is something I must tell you!" said Kin in frightened tone causing the blonde to look at the ravenette with a worried expression. She holds on to his hands "promise me you'll hear me out first!" exclaimed Kin in an distressed look the only thing he could do was nod his head.
She runs her hand over his whiskered face before leaning towards him and giving the Uzumaki a chaste kiss. She then explains everything telling him it was Orochimaru who found her enticed her with lies and false promises. All the things she's done to prove her loyalty to the snake man, she told him the reason why they attacked Team 7 was because Orochimaru ordered them to, she explained everything even about the curse mark, she told him about Otogakure and how each base function even though she had only been to the one in The Land of Rice, she stuttered as she told him about Orochimaru wanting her to spy and kill him.
Naruto stares at her with a shell shocked expression as Kin stares down at her feet finding them the most interesting thing. "But I don't want to do it! I don't want to help that monster! I'm tired of living in fear just hoping one day him and Kabuto don't use me for some experiment! " said Kin with tears rolling down her face she then untied the forehead protector allowing it to hit the ground.
"But I don't want to hurt you, Naruto-kun! Meeting you in the Chunin Exam has been the best moments of my life you've showed me so many things in such a short time. I've never known such kindness you and these people don't deserve what happened to my home. Sure the people might be oblivious living in their little world but they don't deserve it!" said Kin crying her eyes all try as she does the tears refuse to stop.
"Was it real? Or was it just a mission" asked Naruto he felt angry but also confused a part of him told him to either blow her to kingdom come and to simply hear Kin out.
Kin nods her head with a wide smile "yes, it was real every minute of it was. I tried telling myself it was all for the mission but I was just lying to myself." said Kin we palm rests on his whiskered face apart of Naruto wanted to pull away from the ravenette but he stood still enjoying the warm from her hand. "Being with you these last week's have been the best moments of my life." said Kin leaning her head against his own.
"But do you know what your saying?" asked Naruto.
"Yes, I'm willing to betray Otogakure I know what this means and the consequences that will follow but this is something I must do. Otogakure and Sunagakure can't be allowed to destroy Konohagakure!" exclaimed Kin staring at the blonde with conviction.
Naruto nods his head this information was important he knew Sandaime had to know he just didn't trust the old man or anyone in his inner circle. Naruto runs his hand through her raven locks "but Sarutobi would take you to Konoha Torture and Interrogation Force! You do know that right?" asked Naruto she nods her head an image of the scarred Ibiki being in charge of T&I.
She looks down before looking at him giving him a small kiss she then smiles at him "then I'll go." said Kin.
"I don't trust him Sarutobi would try to use this to work for him and probably sent you T&I or worse the Anbu will outright kill you because you served Orochimaru." said Naruto the truth to the fact he didn't trust anyone loyal to Sarutobi especially his anbu.
"Then what do you suggest?" asked Kin.
"He'll do anything for this information so, I say we bargain. We do it on our terms not his at least this way you'll have a better chance at surviving." said Naruto.
"But what if he ordered his anbu to kill me?" asked Kin.
"Then I'll blow their asses apart!" grinned Naruto he then grabs her hands marvelling at her beauty. She then looks at him shyly with a small smile the two then huh each other she smiles warmly as his hands run down her back after some more silence between the two Naruto suggested she come to his place.
"Y-y-your place! Aren't we moving too fast?" asked a blushing Kin Naruto soon followed his own blushed face matching her own.
"Th-That isn't what I meant! I only said it because won't you feel safer than being in a hotel with those idiots! I mean if you d-ooof!" exclaimed Naruto as Kin had jumped on him bringing the two to the ground she mutters thank you after thank while nuzzling her face into his chest.
Timeskip
Hiruzen stood surprised not much has surprised the aged man he was seen many things in his time But he didn't expect to see Naruto, Menma, and Kin in his office. The two never see him unless it was important he mentally sighed knowing the chances of him reading Makeout Paradise were shot to zero. "Naruto, Menma, and young Kin what a surprise! What can I do for the three of you?" asked Hiruzen in his grandfather like tone but watches Naruto and Menma survey the room he glances at Kin who shifts in place nervously.
"We need to speak with you Sarutobi!" said Naruto.
"Alone, tell your anbu to leave! This is important and only you alone should hear this." said Menma Hiruzen looked at the two with a raised eyebrow before nodding his head the old man waves his hand and each anbu vanished from site.
"Okay! We're alone so what do you children need to talk about?" asked Hiruzen the man begins to light his pipe and enjoys the taste of tobacco.
"Orochimaru," said Kin hearing the name of his rogued student caused Hiruzen's eyes to wide with shock the man puts his pipe down shaving his whole attention she then tells them about Orochimaru placing the curse mark on Sasuke and her own secret mission.
"That is very serious." said Hiruzen in a grave tone.
"But that's not all." said Menma.
"There's also a hole lot more but before we tell you everything we want something." said Naruto.
"You're really trying to bargain! But this could be important!" exclaimed Hiruzen.
"Yes, we are Sarutobi! In the pass you've shown yourself to be not trusted were just taking measures after all a real ninja looks underneath. Besides how do we know after Kin tells you everything you won't just kill her?" questioned Naruto Hiruzen honestly felt bad at how their relationship was so distant though he had to be honest he was proud of the two they obviously thought about this.
"Very well, what is it that you want?" asked Hiruzen he was wondering what the two could want knowing them it can a number of things. Maybe it was a Jutsu that they want or it was the knowledge of their parents. He knew the twins hated him for not telling them about their parents, clan, and their jinchuriki status.
"We want Kin to be a kunoichi of Konohagakure! We also want Jiraiya and Inoichi to be the ones to interrogate Kin. They are the only ones we trust to interrogate her besides with Anko she would probably outright kill Kin just because she served under Orochimaru! " said the blonde Kin looks at Naruto with a surprise look this was definitely something they hadn't talked about.
The old man felt like his hands were tied he let out a defeated sigh "Very well I agree with your terms but why Inoichi?" asked Hiruzen taking a puff from his pipe.
He won't allow his feelings get away with his duties as a shinobi and he's one of the best mind readers in the village and if someone like Anko were to interrogate her I'm sure Anko would probably end up killing her. And I'm hoping Kin and Ino's friendship will play apart in this. " said Naruto.
"And knowing how overprotective he is with Ino does play a part in it." said Menma with a smirk everyone in the village knew how much Inoichi cares and spoils his daughter and knew he would do anything in his power to make his daughter happy.
Naruto and Menma smirked at each other the two turned towards Kin and smirks at her who smiles at both of them Hiruzen smiles at this. "Jiraiya if your listening get Inoichi." ordered Hiruzen casting his gaze at the window within a few moments Jiraiya and Inoichi appeared in the room Kin looks at them nervously.
"Are you Kin Tsuchi?" asked Inoichi she nervously nods her head he smiles at the ravenette "Ino, my daughter talks about you." said Inoichi.
"Really, she does?" asked Kin.
He nods his head with a smile remembering since her lost in the Chunin Exam she's been training none stop "yes, meeting you had changed her for the better. I thank you for that! But don't worry this won't hurt I can promise you this won't hurt." said Inoichi with a gentle smile. Kin then turns towards the blonde Uzumaki and pulls him in for a hug both nuzzling against each other.
Time Skip
It was the day of the finale each of the contestants except for Sai were present, in the stands Ino look at Sakura with a concerned look "I don't see Sai! What's his he?" asked Ino Sakura shrugged her shoulders unsure where her teammate may be.
While Naruto wire his usual clothes his brother had changed his own clothes purple clothing including a large robe with a scrunched collar around the neck area, attached to each sleeve is a golden chain. The sleeves of his robe are slightly rolled up to reveal Menma has black arm guards both have the Uzumaki symbol on it, on each sleeve is an emblem of a wolf. Menma also wears matching shinobi pants, and black shinobi shoes.
Sasuke glares down at Naruto with a heated glare "I see Naruto but I don't see Sai or Kakashi! Where the hell are those two!" growled Sasuke he felt like it should be him down there.
Kin narrows her eyes "I don't see Dosu anywhere, what the hell did that idiot do!" said Kin in a low tone the two twins nod their head noticing two contestants aren't here which they found strange.
"Hey, stop looking around! In this main tournament, you guys are the stars!" said Genma getting of the young ninjas to pay attention to their surroundings.
Hiruzen turns towards his fellow ninja "You haven't found Sai het?" asked Hiruzen.
"We have a few Anbu Team looking around but..no luck where do you think they are? And no one has seen Kakashi either." said the shinobi.
Hiruzen sighs at this before smiling "oh..well, well Kazekage-dono, Raikage-dono. Their both of you must be tired from the journey." says Hiruzen.
"Not at all, good thing it's held here this time while you're still young, the trip may have been too much for you, Hokage-sama." said Kazekage.
"The travel wasn't too bad besides one of my subroutines told me about a ninja of yours and I'm curious to see him in action!" exclaimed Ay in his usual loud and boisterous tone Hiruzen chuckles at the Raikage who was always loud and was a man of action.
"Well now...let's begin. Thanks everyone for coming to The Hidden Leaf Chunin Selection Exam! We will now start the main tournament matches between the twelve participants who made it through the preliminaries. Please stay and watch until the end!" exclaimed Hiruzen.
"If its twelve one seems to be missing." said Kazekage Hiruzen glances at the Kazekage with narrowed eyes.
"There's something I'd like to tell you before the matches, look at this." said Henna showing the young ninjas a paper of the layout of their matches "there have been some minor changes to the tournament check once again to see who you're fighting." explained Genma.
"I had an extra first round? But what happen to Kin's teammate Dosu! Did that guy forfeit?" thought a confused Karui she turns towards Kin who just shrugged her shoulders not sure where Dosu but she had an idea.
"Alright guys, this is the final test the arena is different but the rules are these and as in the prelims, there are none! You fight until he me of you does it acknowledges defeat but if I determine that the fight is over I'll step in and stop it, you got it?" asked Genma each of them understood.
"Now, the first Menma Uzumaki, Neji Hyuga! Those two stay here while the rest off you go to the waiting room." ordered Genma while each of them left Naruto, Kin, and Karui have the redhaired a pat on the back.
"I can't wait to see that kid!" grinned Kotetsu he had to admit the redhaired male looked good in his new clothes.
"Yeah, this definitely will be an interesting though that Neji is far stronger than Kiba I wonder how Menma will do? "wondered Izumo he had been waiting for this match.
Both Menma and Neji stare down each other Neji smirks at the scowl on Menma's face "looks like you have something to say?" said Neji who looks at his opponent with complete confidence and arrogance.
Menma rubs the back of his neck " you're right! Before we start there's something I want to know? Why did you almost kill Hinata the both of you are from the same clan yet you nearly killed her, why?" ask Menma.
Neji narrowed his eyes at the Uzumaki he glances over to Hinata who flinched at his state before turning back to Menma "it is because of her I have suffered! She is a weakling a stain on the Hyuga household and just like her you Menma Uzumaki are destined to lose!" said Neji getting in his Gentle Fist stance.
"Is that is! I see so your just blaming Hinata for something they have no control over! Tsk, I hate those type of people! People like you should just drop dead!" sneered Menma both teens glare.
"Now, the first fight begin!" exclaimed Genma.
Menma vanished in a spark of static he then appears in front of him lands a left hand then follows up with a kick to the chest pushing him back catching everyone including Neji off guard. Neji glares at the smirking Menma "what the hell was that! You weren't this fast against Kiba!" exclaimed Neji he was also annoyed he hadn't caught Menma moved until it was too late.
"Tsk, how do you like my Storm Shunshin?" asked Menma with a sharp grin showing his fangs as lightning danced around his hands he knew Neji was a prodigy when it comes to Taijutsu he had to be fast and have long range lucky he had both in his arsenal.
Neji narrowed his eyes at Menma "Storm Shunshin? What Is that? Some advanced form I shunshin?" asked Neji staring at the Uzumaki with a wary expression.
"Yeah, you can say that by combining my Ranton with shunshin I'm traveling at the speed that surpasses the normal shunshin." said Menma with a grin this technique was difficult to master but he's glad it finally works.
Ay stares down at them with interest "so, that's the Shinobi Samui told me. The one who has Storm Release." thought Ay the large buff man.
Menma uses the Kage No Bushin creating several shadow clones each of them charge at Neji who smirks at the horde of clones two clones really charge at Neji who hope over the two from each side clones run at him with kunai in each hand. Neji then spins himself in mid air and performs a split kick nailing the step clones in the gut but the two clones grin and to Neji's shock they exploded in a burst electricity.
Throwing him back Menma stabs his staff into the ground two clones use the staff to launched themselves at Neji, the Hyuga ducks low and elbows and clone he open palms the other clone but before he can fly straight up to the sky the clone grabs onto Neji surprising him as a huge explosion of lighting goes off sending him sprawling to the ground.
Just as Neji gets up Menma throws him over his shoulder he then grabs the two remaining and girls the both of them at Neji punches the the clone in the chest instead of turning into lightning it turns into water holding right of Neji. He glares as He tries to remove his hand his eyes stare in surprised as the other clone jams him fist into the water clone a huge explosion of lighting goes off Neji screams in pain.
Tenten watches with a surprise look as Neji has been electrocuted she hate to admit but Menma was brilliant and his use of Storm Release was nothing to laugh about. Even his skill with his staff was amazing she can see the redhaired Uzumaki was dedicated to his craft.
