This setting would usually start in fairytale land but Esme Shroud lives in a modern world with her sister along with her soulmates though her sister Emilia lives in a different place than she does

Esme was sandwiched in between her soulmates she slowly woke up and sat up in her bed and leaned over to reach for her glasses putting them on and rubbing her brows tiredly
Esme got out of bed and started with her morning routine stretching her arms and legs, cracking her knuckles and neck with a satisfying sound
Esme pulled out some clothes and put them on along with a light blue turtleneck sweater she passed by a mirror after getting herself a cup of coffee only to stop after noticing something on her neck
She pulled down the neck part of her sweater and saw a mess of hickeys "those possessive bastards" Esme said sounding pretty annoyed Rose had seen it too after appearing out of nowhere
"Wow, that is a lot of hickeys" Rose said making Esme cover up her hickeys with her turtleneck sweater "you came a lot earlier than expected" Esme said calmly Rose expected this reaction knowing Esme doesn't scare easily
"Do you know why I'm here?" Rose said with a grin "you want me to read the story right?" Esme said sipping her coffee "you heard this from Kat and Corrine didn't you" Rose deadpanned
"Corrine also told me you actually cried for her when she Overblot in the story" Esme said pushing in her glasses to fit her nose "can you blame me for being so emotional" Rose said with a pout
"Where's Boyd?" Esme said with a raised eyebrow "oh Boyd didn't want to go where he's not in the story so I just came alone" Rose said "Ezzy? What's going on" Raphunzel said tiredly walking through to hug Esme from behind
"Good morning Raph" Esme said sipping her coffee Elias walked over looking well rested "oh I didn't know your cousin Rose was coming for a visit" Elias said raising an eyebrow
"I knew" Esme said sipping her coffee before continuing to speak "she wants me to read the story of how I met you two" Esme said Raphunzel woke up hearing this
"Really? Who made the book how did they know what happened?!" Raphunzel said curiously "magic" Esme and Rose said making Raphunzel pout childishly
"Don't tell me you guys actually want to hear me read this" Esme said "why are you being asked to read it?" Elias asked confused "I'm going to record it for the kids" Rose said holding up a camera
"I'll leave you be after your finished reading I won't be a nuisance, scouts honor" Rose said making Esme roll her eyes "ok let's quickly have breakfast then we'll read" Esme said "yay" Rose cheered
Time skip to After breakfast...
Esme sat on the sofa leaning against Elias and Raphunzel Esme opened the book skimming through it "yeah seems legit" Esme said with a sigh and cleared her throat
"Just to give you clear warning I do Overblot in this story" Esme said "what! You do!" Rose said in worry "calm down I'm obviously fine now so don't make such a fuss" Esme said making Rose calm down instantly
