"Knock me out? for wha-" DM's voice was interrupted by an injection on his neck.
DM winced in pain of the injection.
"Ah! It doesn't hurt- cough cough!" DM coughed blood, and his eye widen in shock.
"Chief... you're...bleeding" Penfold was stunned.
"I'm... internally bleeding..." DM collapsed after that and became unconscious.
"CHIEF!" Penfold shouted and ran to DM's side.
Penfold started to check his pulse, found it weak. checked his breathing, found it laboured. Penfold started to perform CPR on DM for his weak and faint pulse. pressing his chest tiredlessly but it didn't work. he decided to call 999.
He was pressing the numbers and waiting for a response.
"999, what's your emergency?" The responsor replied.
"Hello, please send me an ambulance, my friend DM is unconscious and internally bleeding." Penfold said shakily.
"Okay, right away." The responsor replied then hung up.
