MK was absentmindedly mopping the floor with a solemn look on her face. It was only a few days since Monkey King and Macaque left and she was beginning to worry.

She was snapped out of her depressed thoughts by Mei and the twins snapping pictures of her. "Hey you guys, quit it I'm trying to mop! At least get my good side!" She tried to act serious, but couldn't resist but laugh and pose for the camera.

Suddenly, a wave of energy hit her and MK fell to her knees, gasping loudly. Pigsy looked over with slight concern, "MK? You alright?"

"Hey bud, do you hear me, hello?"

"You feeling alright kid?" Tang asked looking at her in concern. "I don't know I think I'm," MK tried to say looking around the shop to where the voice was coming from, blinking rapidly as her eyes were flashing gold.

"Monkie Kid!" The voice called out, the a gold projection of Monkey King appeared right next to Tang and Mei.

"Monkey King?!"

"Really, Where?" Mei said looking around along. "Here's right there, can't you guys see him?" the teen said pointing to where he's standing.

"Uh, kid I don't see anything?" Pigsy said raising an eyebrow.

"Hey there Princess!" Macaque's voice called out in the background.

"Macaque? Wait, are you guys actually here, or some kind of ghosts?" MK asked frantically and dropped to her knees, confused and a little scared. "Am I dead!?"

"Relax bud, a little Astral Projection never hurt anyone." Monkey King teased, rolling his eyes.

"Sweetheart, what's going on?" Tang asked, looking to see what she was talking about.

"Monkey King's using Astral Projection, and apparently I'm the only one that can see and hear him." MK informed.

"Ohhh, okay, makes sense." Mei, Pigsy, and Tang nodded, understanding the situation.

"So anyway, super glad that you're not dead yet." Monkey King said, rubbing the back of his head.

"WHAT?!"

"Well, you see bud." Monkey King trailed off, trying to explain.

"My idiotic husband f*d up!" Macaque sighed crossing his arms and giving him a look an irritating look.

"WHAT IS THAT?!"

Everyone rushed out as the woman pointed at the sky. A giant dumpling was hurling toward them, flaming hot and dangerously close.

"Monkey King, What the hell is that!" MK exclaimed.

"Okay, First off: Watch your mouth. Second it's a giant dumpling. Me and some giants got into a food fight, Don't worry I got something back home in my vault for this, anyway I gotta go, believe in yourself and you can do anything, okay byyyyeee!"

Then the projection vanished.

"Wait, Monkey King!" MK called out, but was too late.

Once the call ended, Monkey king's smile falls, turning into a frown. "Now where were we?" He turned around, the unconscious forms of other Celestial Giants lay, Macaque's clones sitting on top of them.

"I think there gonna tell us all about this, right?" Macaque replied, pulls out a scroll, opening it to reveal a demon with a skull. Looks of fear Dread and concern crawled underneath his skin at the sight.

"Oh, and do yourself a favor," Macaque growled, eyes flashing purple. "Don't drop any more food."

Meanwhile back on Earth, the giant dumpling was closing in. MK, Mei, Tang and Pigsy stared up at it, Mei having pulled out her phone.

"Alright. This will undoubtedly be our most perilous mission of all time. A journey to the room where Monkey King keeps all his junk to find, uh, something to stop the celestial dumpling from destroying the world."

"And there is only one person with the smarts, the bravery and the heroically awesome hair to be my wingman on this mission of death."

Mei has a smile on her lips, a look of expectation.

"I mean, it's me, right?" Tang asked with a wide smile.

MK pushed Mei aside and wrapped an arm around Tang's shoulders. "I mean, obviously." The two started laughing while Mei growled, furious.

Pigsy crossed his arms, raising a brow. "You're kidding, right?" He asked.

"No I am not my sweet, sweet Pigsy," Mk smiled. "Tangy and I are the experts on monkey king! So yeah, this makes sense."

"Aw c'mon! This is so obviously a mission for just you and me! I even got a sweet new jet!"

"Uhh...Mei?"

Mei gasped, seeing that MK and Tang were gone. "Sorry Mei! I can't hear you over my awesome new hover bike! Okay, bye!"

"Damn it, i'm gonna get you for this, MK!" Mei shouted angrily, flailing her arms.

Tang and MK were on their way to Flower Fruit Mountain. "You'll wanna hang a left and land up at the top of the mountain."

"Hmph. I'm pretty sure I know how to fly a futuristic hoverbike." Tang flies down, startling MK.

"Uh, Tangy! I said the top!" But it was too late as Tang crashed the bike into the beach, frightening nearby monkeys, who hooted and scurry away. Mk sat up, spitting sand from his mouth.

"Like I said, I know how to fly," Tang scoffed. "Anyway, I presume it's this way?" MK blinked, following after Tang. "You know, maybe I should've brought Mei instead." She grumbled.

"Don't be silly, sweetie. Who else would know the difference between the legendary Ozula and your average nine dragon trident? Come now, onward to the peak of Mount Huaguo! That's where monkey king's cave is, by the way." Tang exclaimed running along.

MK sighed, following behind him.

Unknown to them that an unknown assailant was heading in their direction.

Meanwhile at the peak of the mountain, One of Spider Queen's lackeys, Huntsman, stood on a rock, standing in front of waterfall. "It's close, I can smell it." He glanced down to his hologram map. He tried to go through the waterfall, but it was protected by a golden barrier, and it sent him flying. "It ain't never easy." he growls in frustration.

Voices increased behind him, and the spider demon quickly hid. MK pants as she was carrying Tang bridal style. "Thank you, my baby girl. I thought we were done for back there when my weak ankles began to give me trouble."

"Sure, no problem." She rolled her eyes, with a deadpanned expression on her face.

Tang shrugged his shoulders and climbed off hers. "Childhood injuries pick up on inconvenient times do they not?" Tang pinches her cheek, making her blush, MK only frowning at him in irritation.

Tang suddenly lit up and jumped forward, staring in awe at the waterfall, "WOW!! Shuilian Cave!" He squealed in excitement.

Okay, so maybe MK should've warned Tang about touching it, buuuuut...

The brunette watched smugly as Tang was sent flying back after trying to touch the entrance. "I-I knew that would happen!" MK stared at him before wordlessly putting her hand above the flowing water.

A golden symbol appeared, opening the waterfall with a stunning display of power. Tang immediately ran inside and MK slowly followed, "Wow, not even a thanks..?"

'Huh. Makes things easier for me.' Huntsman smirked, sneaking inside before the parted water could close.

Tang awed, eyes sparkling, staring at the cave. "So, what do you think we should be looking for?" He asked.

MK looked around, digging through the endless artifacts. "A vase. Like the one Guanyin had that fonts pure water, strong enough to flood a whole mountain range. It seems logical that we should use that to suck up the soup and save the world from third degree burns." MK informed him.

"Aww, you've been paying attention after all. I'm so proud of you~" he cooed, pinching her cheeks again.

MK groans, cheeks turned pink in embarrassment and slaps his hand away, "Ow, Bàba stop!" MK gasped, covering her mouth.

Tang stood there speechless, eyes widened in shock at what she said. "MK I-"

"Uhh, w-we better hurry and find that vase! Don't want those third degree burns." She stammered, hurrying along. The scholar sighed and smiled, following behind.

MK approached the door, placing her hand on it pushing them open. Inside was a clutter of trinkets, books, weapons, etc. MK in frustration, tugging at her hair as Tang merely stared in awe.

"Oh c'mon this vault is a dang mess!" She yelled, pinching her nose. "I didn't think The Great Monkey King was a damn hoarder."

"This could take a while sweetheart!" Tang called out, searching around.

"Yeah well, we don't have a while! So let's get digging!" And with that, she dove into the pile. as she dug around, she knocked over the demon revealing mirror. Unknown to the two, Huntsman sneakily makes his way down a pile, heading for the mirror. MK lifts a box and was surprised to find a spider underneath it, gagging, she placed it back before it came crashing down.

"He just looked tiny because he was far away!" She yelled. Huntsman noticed the mirror on the ground behind MK as it gleamed and he smirked, throwing his webs at it.

MK was quick, using the fire-tipped spear to grab the mirror. Huntsman growled, running at MK and punching her in the stomach, sending her crashing into a junk pile. Huntsman grabbed the mirror, only to look up with wide eyes, as the pile fell over him.

Tang, who had been looking for the vase, jumps at the crash. MK groans, popping out of the pile.

"MK! I can't find the vase anywhere!" MK panicked for a second before activating her gold vision. "It's there! Right in that crate!"

"Why didn't you do that sooner?!" Tang cried out.

"I was kinda busy, okay?!" She exclaimed. There was a crash behind her, Huntsman appearing. He grabs a fallen sword with his web, swinging it at the two. MK spun the spear, blocking the attacks.

Her eyes widened, noticing the sword was headed towards the scholar. "Tang look out!" MK quickly pushed Tang out of the way, sending him crashing into the crates with a groan. The vases were all sprawled out on the floor and Tang laughs nervously.

MK grunts, dodging Huntsman's attacks. "Oooh, I can smell your fear, little girl~ Huntsman cooed.

"It's actually my deodorant, creep!" MK yelled, The spear is thrown out of MK's hands, nearly missing Tang, MK hurriedly ran away, only to be pinned down by Huntsman.

"Mr Tang! Hurry!"

Tang looks around frantically, his eyes landing on a Shakujo, which seemed to be glowing. Instead, Tang picked up the fallen sword Huntsman used.

"Yeah, I can make this work." He grinned, glasses gleaming.

"You better hurry, Time's running out, little chimp," Huntsman grins. MK huffs in frustration.

"Hey! You know, if we don't stop that dumpling, you'll die too, right?"

"What?" Huntsman looked in confusion. All of a sudden there was a incoming sound, and Huntsman was quick to dodge an incoming blast. The mirror falls behind him, as he turns to look at Tang, who held a gun in hand, before it changed back into a sword. Since it was heavy it crashed onto the ground, Tang laughs nervously.

"Uh, yeah! And there's more where that came from! Now get out of here and let us save the world!" He exclaimed, trying to sound intimidated.

Huntsman turned his attention to the mirror behind him, looking back at the two. "You know, you've got a point." he grinned shrugging his shoulders. "How's about a truce. Just this one time?"

"Say what?"

"Why? What are you trying to do!" MK asked, narrowing her eyes, trying to figure out his plan.

"Oh nothing, just that I have bigger plans. The kind that has bigger plans than getting boiled to death by dumpling soup." Huntsman states. He shoots his web into the air, "Besides, I got what I came for." throwing his arm behind him and grabbing the mirror as he retreats. "Until we meet next time, Monkey Girl."

MK gasped when she saw he had the demon revealing mirror. "Wait, no!" She ran after him but was too late. "Ugh, Damn it!" She kicked the ground in anger.

"MK, I got the vase. Let's get going!" Tang called out to her. MK glanced up to where he escaped before turning her attention back to the scholar. "Okay!"

They make it back to the city, just in time to see the dumpling getting closer to the city, Pigsy and Mei watching in worry. "Guys, we're back!" The sound of MK' voice had the pair turning, right as the jet landed, them clumsy climbing out and rushing over.

"What took you two so long?!" The chef shouted.

"We kinda' ran into one of Spider Queen's goons," Tang grumbled.

"What?!" The Pig demon shrieked, Mei whined in disappointment as she missed the action.

"It's okay, We managed to drive him out!" MK was quick to ease their anger. "But...he got away with one of Monkey King's artifacts."

"Guys, hurry! It's almost here!" The dragon girl cried as the dumpling almost reached impact.

Tang and MK looked at the other, nodding in determination. They stood their ground, Mk uncapping the vase, holding it in front of the dumpling. A whirlpool of water bursts out, engulfing the dumpling, the wind knocking Tang back.

"Mr Tang!" MK panics, holding the vase and she starts sliding from the pressure. Pigsy came up behind her, putting his hands on MK's back, helping her keep his ground. "Don't worry kid, I gotcha!" Soon Mei and Tang were behind Pigsy.

A bright smile appeared, turning into a confident look, as the teen's head went back to face the nearly trapped food. With one final push, MK slammed the cork back onto the top, everyone slumping to the floor with a tired sigh.

"Alright, you did it! It wo-" Mei was cut off as the vase exploded, soup splattering all over the city. "Ewww~" Mei said in disgust, looking at her now ruined clothes.

"We probably should've grabbed more vases." Tang said.

MK nodded in agreement. "Yeah, probably."

Meanwhile down below in the sewers, a splotch of soup fell, splattering onto the hybrid's shoe. Syntax looked down and quickly shook his leg of the soup, grumbling in disgust.

The Spider Queen kept her gaze on the mech before her, smirking. "Ahem, My Queen." She turned to see Huntsman emerge from the shadows, grinning. "Well? Did you get it?" she asked.

Huntsman hops down, kneeling before her. "Oh course. One demon revealing mirror." As he said this, Huntsman turned his attention to syntax and gave him a prideful smirk, angering the hybrid.

He chuckles, lifting the mirror towards him. A sharp toothed skeleton reached for the mirror, making him gasp in shock. He looked back where the reflection was, only to see the girl in its place. He broke out in a nervous sweat as the girl reached for the mirror.

"May I?" she asked as she took it, her polite voice dripping with venom. She slowly walks towards the furnace, dropping the demon revealing mirror into the bright blue concoction brewing inside.
