Chapter 15: Beach Blowout
A couple of days have passed, and Night Corp's AI brainwashing project has been exposed with the help of the Dove Faction of Arasaka. Jefferson and Michiko were at a press conference talking with the people of Night City. Night Corp has been booted out and many of its assets were transferred into the government of Night City under Jefferson's control upending Night City's core once again.
V looks at the TV to see his boss Michiko talking with the people of Night City to ensure she maintains its independence against the NUSA. "Gee, Night City is going down a different path," V said as Ayaka walked from the kitchen to hold a bowl of grapes.
"All thanks to us. The Dove Faction has managed to gain favor with Night City. Supplanting Saburo and Hanako allowing us to take control," Ayaka said.
"We did good," V said.
"Yes, we did Vincent. Well, we should take a little vacation to San Francisco to go to the beach," Ayaka said.
