Greetings, this is Stanford Pines. I have read the Axolotl's report on Bill's latest therapy session and I would like to take this opportunity to clarify something.
Despite what the other patient stated, Bill and I were never boyfriends, lovers, paramours, or whatever other terms you feel like applying to such a situation. There was merely a period of time during the late 1970s and early 1980s where we intellectually bonded on an intimate level. And yes, I may have complimented his appearance and kissed his hand the same way one does upon meeting a noblewoman, and admitted on multiple occasions he was the only one who made me feel special (AT THE TIME!) but those were in no way romantic gestures.
Alright, I'm glad we've cleared up this grave misconception.
What do you mean, you don't believe me?
I hope you enjoyed this fic! The Book of Bill was a great read and seeing the Core's cameo near the end was as Figment would say, one little spark of inspiration.
This little extra chapter was something I thought of after the general outline for this fic was made, but I couldn't help but make a BillFord joke.
