Chapter II
Three hours, three fucking hours, thats how long Team Seven had been waiting for their Jonin Squad Leader. Sasuke was sitting in her usual seat staring out the window. Hinata was watching Naruto with a blush on her face. She couldn't believe she was on the same team as Naruto. And Naruto, being Naruto, was at the door of the classroom setting up a spring loaded trap so that the next person to walk through the door was getting a face full of paint, courtesy of a paint balloon in the trap.
Just as Naruto finished his trap and walked over to sit next to Sasuke he looked at his long time friend. "So you going to drop that stupid seal that hides your gender?" Naruto asked.
"Now that we're out of the academy and it has served its purpose most likely." Sasuke replied.
"Good, rather you enjoy your life than always having to hide behind a seal just so you can avoid the male populace who think more with their dick than their brain." Naruto said. "Besides, none of the boys in our class are good enough for you."
Sasuke smirked as she knew Naruto was protective of her and though she wouldn't admit it she wanted to lay claim to the blonde Uzumaki. "What are you worried I might marry the wrong guy Naruto-kun."
Sasuke added the kun just to mess with Naruto she never used honorifics. Naruto smirked at Sasuke and sighed.
"If I was worried about that I wouldn't tell you to use your real gender now would I?" Naruto said.
"True." Sasuke agreed. "So have you learned anything about your mom?"
Naruto frowned. "Not yet. I know her name was Uzumaki Kushina but beyond that I know nothing. There isn't any information on her anywhere."
Just then the door of the classroom slid open, setting off Naruto's trap. The man saw the balloon and cursed to himself as the balloon hit him in the face.
"My first impression of you three is interesting." the man said. "Be on the roof in five minutes. I need to wash this paint off my face."
Naruto smirked as he used a washable paint but he knew that the man would be on the roof lest he have a repeat meeting with Naruto's pranks. Five minutes later Team Seven were on the roof with their new Jonin Squad Leader. Sasuke had also ditched her seal and was sitting on the bench on the roof.
Sasuke in her female form was shorter than most her age with a sizable bust rocking an impressive 36c cup. Her hair was also longer reaching the middle of her back which she had tied together with a red ribbon with her clan symbol as a metal clasp on it, a gift to her from Naruto.
"Ok so, how about some introductions. Tell me your names, likes, dislikes, hobbies, and dreams for the future." the man said. "Blondie you first."
"My name is Uzumaki Naruto. I like ramen, my friends, Iruka-sensei, and Hokage-jiji. I dislike ignorance and those who judge you before they even know you. As far as hobbies go I enjoy training and tending my garden, oh and working on seals. And my dream for the future is to surpass the Hokage and become some the village can't ignore."
'That was a lot more informative than I thought the files said Naruto was the dead last of his class was he faking or was his education sabotaged.' Kakashi thought to himself before speaking out loud. "Little miss broody you're next."
"Tch troublesome." the raven haired Uchiha said as somewhere in Konoha Shikamaru sneezed. "My name is Uchiha Sasuke. I don't like anything in particular and dislike a great many things. As far as hobbies go, I like training and reading. And I don't have a dream for the future because I will make it a reality. I will kill a certain man and revive my clan."
'Seems she really resents Itachi for killing their clan. But maybe with some guidance she can be saved from her crusade of vengeance.' Kakashi thought. "And lastly our team's resident Hyuga."
"M-my name is H-Hyuga H-Hinata. I like Flowers and a c-certain s-someone. My h-hobbies are fl-flower pressing and t-training with Hinabi." Hinata said. "A-as far as a dream I-I would like to marry that certain someone s-some day."
'Interesting she is timid but she is a great kunoichi. Maybe this team will bring her out of her shell and into a full fledged force to be reckoned with.' Kakashi thought to himself before saying. "Now that I know who you all are I have to be honest none of you are genin yet. You all have one more test before you earn the title of Genin. I should warn you though this test has a sixty-six percent failure rating. I want you all to meet me at Training Ground Three at four in the morning. Oh and I'd skip breakfast unless you enjoy puking."
Kakashi stood up from his leaning spot against the railing he had been leaning on and disappeared in a swirl of leaves.
"So we are eating breakfast in the morning right?" Naruto asked knowing one should never skip a meal and having a hunch that Kakashi would pull the same stunt of being late again in the morning.
"That goes without saying dobe." Sasuke said.
"W-we should n-never skip meals Naruto-kun." Hinata said a blush on her cheeks as she addressed Naruto.
"Well I'm off to do some study at the Library. I'm close to a breakthrough on my latest seal." Naruto said as he vanished in a puff of smoke.
"N-Naruto-kun can use seals?" Hinata asked.
"Yeah he can. He may be an idiot and not the best in other areas of the shinobi arts but if there is one thing Naruto knows it's seals." Sasuke replied.

Naruto was in the corner of one section of the library with a book on space-time ninjutsu. He was working on a seal that would let him teleport around the battlefield like his idol, the Yondaime Hokage Namikaze Minato. The seal he was working on was the Hiraishin and he was close to a breakthrough he just needed to get his formula right. Without having access to the Yondaime's or the Nidaime's notes on the seal meant he had to make his own seal.
With Naruto's latest seal finally ready he made his way to a training ground to practice. He would need a stable seal before applying it to something like a kunai but first he had to make sure it was ready to use.
Once at the Training Grounds Naruto found a secluded place to do his training. He started out by making a seal on the ground then made a single hand seal to channel his chakra then teleported from where he was a good ten feet from the seal into the center of the seal. Naruto was ecstatic and tried a few more times and each time was successful. He had recreated the Hiraishin.
Unbeknownst to him however, he was being spied on by Kakashi.
'So he recreated sensei's jutsu. I wonder what else he can do.' Kakashi thought.
Naruto never claimed to be the smartest person in his class hell most of the time he was barely able to grasp the material when he actually paid attention. Hell he was lucky to have been in Iruka's class otherwise he would have suffered even more in the academy. However Naruto knew seals and when driven he was rather intelligent when given the chance.
Team Seven would go far…
