Sanemi kept screaming even though Muzan was long gone. He was frustrated that he hadn't saved Giyuu. And then why bastard of Muzan was still alive!
Sanemi looked at Yushiro who was looking at the ground near Giyuu's bed and noticed a small drop of blood which he took to analyze it.
(I remind you that Muzan had come out of Giyuu's body and he made it through the veins of Giyuu's remaining right arm. It was cut by Muzan in the manga during the end fight)
After analyzing it carefully he discovered that this blood was Giyuu's but it had a trace of Muzan's flesh which was not even mixed.
Yushiro returns to Sanemi who is still upset, to tell him of his discovery.
Yushiro: We know Muzan can survive as long as he has some of his flesh left, and I found a tiny lump on Giyuu's blood.
Sanemi replied: Wait Giyuu should have had his blood altered if so why...
Yushiro interrupted him: Muzan made sure not to alter Giyuu's blood by just hiding in his organism so that we wouldn't find out that he was still alive.
Sanemi was outraged by the news. It means that this Asshole Muzan has been hiding in Giyuu's body all along!
Yushiro finished his presentation: And I think that the pains and the sudden coma are due to the fact that Muzan was gradually beginning to regain his strength.
It was too much for Sanemi who hit a coffee table which broke in the process (RIP the coffee table)
There Muzan went too far! He swears to get Giyuu back from his filthy paws!
