Hey there, DM and Gx fans!

Now giving you guys a little update and why I'm unloading a couple of stories. On the 23, I'll be getting a hip replacement surgery (look it up on YouTube what I need to endure) and I think I will be out for a couple of days.

Well, that's all said and done, here is the new update for ya! Enjoy!

After solving who stolen the golden egg sandwiches, which turned out to be a former Obelisk blue student that supposedly went missing, but really was around the academy, training in the elements of nature.

But it was for not as Kaida took him down in a matter of three turns, he lost big time against her ace card, Blue-Eyes White dragon.

The Obelisk student returned to the academy and of course, they called his parents to tell him that he was found and continued to attend the academy.

After a week, Vante and Nagisa were walking through the hallway before spotting a bunch of students in front of the card shop.

That's when they spotted their fellow friend, Misawa, among the crowd.

"Oi, mate, what's going on?" Vante asked.

Misawa smiled, "Take a look yourself."

Vante and Nagisa looked confused before looking up ahead.

"Okay…" Vante walked in front of the crowd, "Wha? A duel? Who's that?"

"Oh! Is that Kagurazaka from Ra Yellow, Misawa?" Nagisa asked.

Before Misawa could answer, Vante turned his to his right and gasped.

"Sho! What are you doing?"

"What does it look like? Besides the obvious point, look at that," Sho pointed towards the top of the counter.

"Mm – What?! No bloody way!" Vante said, dramatically.

Nagisa smiled, "Duel Academy is having a special showing off the deck of the Duel King, Yugi Muto?! So that means that Yugi's deck is coming to our school?"

"That's right, Isa."

Vante and Nagisa looked back down to see Jaden standing next to Tome and the young assistant by the register counter.

"The deck that the Duel King used in Duelist Kingdom and defeated Pegasus, the creator of duel monsters," started Sho.

"Don't forget Battle City, where he defeated Seto Kaiba and Marik…with the God cards on hand, he reigns over all duelists," finished Misawa.

"Well, the God cards wouldn't be in the deck, but there will be the Dark Magician and Dark Magician Girl," stated Jaden.

"Okay. So, what does that have to do with what's happening right now?" Vante asked.

"The store is giving out numbered tickets to determine who can see it first tomorrow," said Tome before taking out a single ticket. "This is the last one, so they've decided to settle it with a duel."

Vante blinked his eyes before looking annoyed, "Is that so?"

"Um, what's wrong?" Sho asked before taking out his ticket. "I'm trying to win that ticket for you. I have mine right here, and I know for a fact that Kaida got hers and Nagisa's on her free period."

"What?!" Vante turned to Nagisa who had her tongue out a bit, "When were you guys going to tell me?!"

"Um, I forgot?" Nagisa said before hiding behind Misawa. "Don't blame me! I blame those blasted reports that those professors assigned us!"

"Jay?" Vante had a straight face.

"Hey, you know I was busy this week as well," countered Jaden before smiling sheepishly, "Though I thought that the others might have told you, sorry."

"Payback will come to you soon, Jay," murmured Vante before turning his attention to his small friend, "Right, then! Do your best, Sho!"

Sho nodded before returning to his previous position, "Resume duel!"

Kagurazaka nodded, "My turn, draw. The spell card, Heavy Storm. This card destroys all spell and trap cards on the field."

Vante blinked his eyes, "I'm…getting a weird sense of déjà vu here…"

"Kagurazaka is using a copy of Chronos-Sensei's deck," said Misawa.

"Oh," murmured Vante.

Two set cards that where on Kagurazaka's field were destroyed, revealing two familiar golden statues tokens.

"I now tribute two tokens, to summon my Ancient Gear Golem!" Kagurazaka said. "Go, Ancient Gear Golem!"

"I activate Jetroid's effect! When this card is targeted in battle, I can activate a trap from my hand," Sho picked a card, "Magic Cylinder! I turn your attack right back on you!"

"What?" Kagurazaka said.

The attack that headed towards the machine turned around and went to Kagurazaka instead. With that attack, the Ra Yellow student lost all his life points.

"Alright! I win!" Sho said, happily.

"Great work, Sho," praised Jaden.

Sho walked over to the counter, "I just remembered your duel against Chronos-Sensei, so I made sure to build a counter for it."

Tome smiled, "Well, here's your win. Alright, everyone that's the end. Go back to your dorms."

"Thanks," said Sho, grabbing the last ticket before handing it to Vante.

The crowd of students started to walk away from the store and started talking among themselves.

"What's wrong with Kagurazaka?"

"Seeing a Ra Yellow lost to someone that far below his level…"

"He's always been all theory, but no actual combat skill."

"You said it."

"I wonder if he'll be downgraded soon…"

Once everyone left, Misawa, Nagisa, and Jaden walked over to him.

"Hey, don't sweat it," started Nagisa.

"We all get unlucky sometimes," said Misawa.

Kagurazaka got up from the floor, "Shut up! You can go to Obelisk Blue whenever you want, Misawa! Even Ishtar and Yuki can be promoted to Obelisk Blue!"

Nagisa frowned, "Hey! Don't lash out on us! We are just trying to cheer you up."

Kagurazaka gritted his teeth, "Whatever. How could you three understand."

With that, the Ra Yellow student ran out from the card store, but Jaden was having a bad feeling something was about to happen.

-Ra dorm, night-

"Damn it! Why… Why can't I win?" Kagurazaka tossed his books onto the floor. He gritted his teeth, "Yugi Muto, Seto Kaiba, Kaiser Ryo… and Chronos… I've researched all the decks belonging to the most famous duelists. I've memorized all their duel data," he clenched his hands into fists, "and yet…why can't I win!?"

That's when a poster of Yugi Muto fell in front of him.

"I see, what I'm doing wrong," said Kagurazaka before leaving his room.

Meanwhile at the Red dorm, Vante was looking at the night sky, thinking about Yugi's deck. Jaden and himself would look over at his deck when they were children and sometimes would have a duel against Yugi, but of course, they lost but they had fun.

'Mm, I wonder if Jay is able to beat his dad someday,' thought Vante.

"Man, that felt so good," said Sho, happily. "Winning a duel with a guy who outranks me to boot! Nii-san told me I'm getting better!"

Hayato simply nodded.

"Hey," Vante said.

Sho and Hayato turned their heads to him.

"What do you say if we go to the exhibition hall, right now?" Vante asked.

"Huh? Wha?!" Sho said while Hayato widened his eyes.

Vante got up from his bed, "The hall opens tomorrow at 9 am, right? Meaning, the deck will be put on display tonight. So, if we're careful, we can sneak into the hall and take a quick peek."

Hayato got up from his bed, "That isn't a bad idea! It'll be crowded tomorrow, and I don't like crowds."

"Does that mean we won't be using the tickets I got?" Sho asked.

Vante waved his hand, "That's a separate issue. We'll go see it tomorrow morning, too."

Sho made a face while Vante poked at his cheek with a grin on his face.

"Come on, little mate. You know you want to," said Vante.

Sho sighed, "You're hopeless, Vante…"

-Exhibition hall-

"The display case is all set up, so I'll return the display case keys to you," said the guard, handing Chronos the keys. "Thanks for handling security tonight. We haven't seen anyone suspicious wandering around, so we'll be heading back to the lodging house. See you tomorrow."

Then the guards left.

Chronos waved, "Thank you for your hard work," before chuckling to himself, "I shall be allowed to see Signor Yugi's deck before anyone. Such are the perks of the teaching profession."

He opened the doors with excitement, "Open sesame to me," before noticing the broken glass, "What is this?"

Back at the hallway as the guards were walking away, Vante and his friends dashed towards the exhibition hall.

Hayato huffed, "Wait for me."

"Hurry Hayato," said Sho.

"Will the two of you stay quiet!" Vante whispered.

Just as they were about to go left, Vante spotted Jaden, Misawa and Nagisa.

"Jay, Isa, Misawa, what are you guys doing here?" Vante asked.

Misawa laughed, "Well, I want to pay my respects to the King's deck."

Jaden was about to reply next when they all heard someone shouting.

"Merlin! What was that?" Vante said.

"That voice…" said Sho.

"It's Chronos-Sensei!" Nagisa and Hayato said.

"Come on!" Jaden said as he and his friends followed him into the hall. Upon opening the door, they saw their professor standing in front of a broken display case.

"The display case…" said Nagisa.

"The King's deck is missing!" Sho said.

"Chronos-Sensei, did you…" Hayato said.

Chronos had a panicked look on his face and shook his head, negatively.

"We need to let everyone know," said Vante.

"Wait!" Chronos said, jumping on top of them minus Jaden whose face was covered with his bangs. "I didn't steal the deck! Honest!"

"Oh really," started Vante but Jaden stopped him.

"No. He's telling the truth," Jaden lifts his face, gritting his teeth, "He wouldn't need to break the glass case if he has the key."

Chronos showed them the key, "Yes, that's right."

"But if he didn't take it, then who did," wondered Nagisa.

"I can guess who," murmured Jaden, darkly. He looked at his watch, "Not much time has passed. We can still find who's behind this."

Vante and the others nodded.

Chronos was biting down his handkerchief while sobbing before looking relieved. He smiled, "Thank you! I'm counting on you, Signore Judai!"

"Let's split up. Sho and Vante; Misawa and Hayato; me and Nagisa," said Jaden.

His friends agreed before dashing out of the hall.

Meanwhile by the rocky shore, Kagurazaka was staring at Yugi's cards with awe.

"Incredible! Holding these legendary cards in my hands," said Kagurazaka before smirking as Sho and Vante walked to him from behind.

"Oi! Are you the one who stole Yugi's deck?" Vante asked.

Kagurazaka turned around, "McKnight? Marufuji?"

He took out an extra duel disk, "Perfect timing. I was just thinking how much I'd like to try this deck out!" He threw the duel disk to Sho, "Do you have your deck with you?"

Sho caught the duel disk, "Yes… Vante, go and get the others."

Vante nodded before running away as the duel started.

Meanwhile, Jaden and the others were looking around until they met up near a bridge by the docks with no results.

"We didn't see anyone suspicious," said Hayato as Misawa nodded.

"Do you have any idea who did it?" Nagisa asked Jaden.

Before the brunette could reply, they heard a scream and spotted Vante running to them.

Vante panted, "We…found…who took…the deck."

"Where?!" Jaden asked a bit harshly.

"This way," said Vante.

He led them to where they heard the scream was coming from.

At the rocky shore, Sho was on his back on the ground while Kagurazaka was grinning with delight.

"Amazing…. look how strong I am!" Kagurazaka said. He started to laugh as Jaden and the others dashed over to Sho.

"You alright, little mate?" Vante asked.

"Vante… Aniki," Sho slowly got up from the ground, "I didn't stand a chance. He…"

Jaden and the others looked up to see Kagurazaka who was smirking at them.

"Kagu! What the heck are you doing!?" Nagisa snapped.

"I knew it," murmured Jaden before jumping onto the boulder. His eyes slightly turned gold before returning to brown, "Return back that deck!"

"And if I refuse?" Kagurazaka asked.

"What do you mean? You can't refuse!? That's not your freaking deck!" Vante snapped.

Kagurazaka smirked, "This is the ultimate deck I've been searching for! And since I've researched Yugi Muto's duels, I can recreate them hundred percent! I won't lose to anyone ever again! Not Chronos… not thy Kaiser – not anyone!"

"Sho… toss me that duel disk, now," demanded Jaden, darkly.

The small bluenette was taken aback by the brunette's dark tone before throwing the duel disk to him.

Jaden caught it and placed his deck into the slot and pointed his finger at Kagurazaka. He gritted his teeth, "If you think you can beat anyone, then duel me! And if you lose, you must return Yugi's deck!"

Kagurazaka smirked, "You really think you can beat me?"

Jaden narrowed his eyes, "I don't think, I know I'll beat you!"

"Very well. Let's duel and show you how strong I am now!" Kagurazaka said.

"Duel!"

Jaden: 4000 / Kagu: 4000

"I'll go first! Draw!" Kagu looked at his hand, "I fuse Gazelle the King of Mythical Beasts and Berfomet in my hand! Come forth, Chimera the Flying Mythical Beast (2100/1800)!"

Sho widened his eyes, "Right of the bat with 2100 attack points!"

"Sho, you fought him, have any advice for Judai?" Hayato asked.

Sho smiled sheepishly, "Actually, I got beaten by Chimera."

"But you beat him in the card store. So, Judai should be okay," said Nagisa.

Misawa narrowed his eyes, "Are you sure about that?"

Vante, Nagisa, Hayato and Sho looked over at Misawa.

"Kagurazaka's memory is too good, so the decks he builds himself unconsciously start to resemble other people's decks. People use that against him, which is why he always loses his duels," Misawa looked over at his fellow dorm mate, "But mimicking other decks means that he can read the features of someone else's deck in an instant. He even can read the character of the duelist who created a deck, and then recreate their tactics. If the deck he's holding really is the ultimate deck, then right now, he's an invincible duelist."

Sho and Hayato gasped while Vante and Nagisa stayed silent.

"My turn!" Jaden looked at his hand, "Well, if you want to start off like that, then I'll do the same! I fuse Elemental Heros Sparkman and Clayman from my hand to fusion summon Thunder Giant (2400)! Next, I activate Thunder Giant's effect! It destroys one monster whose original attack points are lower than its own. Vapor Spark!"

The lightning warrior sent lightning to the winged beast, destroying it instantly.

"I activate Chimera's effect! When this card is destroyed, I can special summon Berfomet or Gazelle from my graveyard. Be reborn, Berfomet (1800)!"

Jaden narrowed his eyes, "I still have an attack, Thunder Giant – Voltic Thunder!"

The lightning warrior destroyed the defensive beast.

'Uncle Yugi's deck is built very well. It was made for defensive and offense,' thought Vante.

"My turn," Kagu looked at his hand, "I set one card. And I activate my spell card, Monster Reincarnation from my hand. By discarding one card, I can add one monster from the graveyard to my hand. I add Gazelle the King of Mythical Beasts to my hand and summon it. Next, I activate my spell card, Swords of Revealing Light!"

Suddenly, swords of light came down to Jaden's field.

Jaden gritted his teeth, 'Not this card…'

"Now your monsters can't attack for three turns," explained Kagu.

'I need to find a way to destroy it,' thought Jaden, drawing his card. "My turn! I summon Dark Catapulter (1500) in defense mode."

"Nice Judai," said Hayato.

Sho and Nagisa looked at him with confusion.

"Dark Catapulter's effect can destroy one spell card next turn," explained Vante.

Nagisa snapped her fingers, "Then Judai will be able to destroy the Swords of Revealing Light."

Kagu smirked, "You sure? I was waiting for you to summon a new monster. I activate my trap card, Dark Renewal! When you summon a monster, I can trade that monster and one of my own, to revive one spellcaster type monster in my graveyard."

Nagisa blinked her eyes, "A spellcaster in his graveyard? But if memory serves me right, he only has Chimera and Berfomet."

Jaden gritted his teeth, "Think again."

"That's right. When I used Monster Reincarnation, I sent one card from my hand to the graveyard," said Kagu.

"Oh right," murmured Nagisa.

"But what spellcaster is he going to bring back?" Sho wondered.

Vante narrowed his eyes, 'I could think of one.'

"I tribute Gazelle and Dark Catapulter," said Kagu as the two monsters disappeared into the dark coffin. "Come forth, Dark Magician (2500) in attack mode!"

'Know it,' thought Jaden.

"Dark Magician! It's basically the symbol of Yugi's deck!" Sho said in awe.

"I've never seen the real thing before," said Hayato.

Misawa nodded, 'Well done, Kagurazaka. You wasted no moves between the duel's start and the play of Dark Renewal. You only had a short time to look at that deck, yet you can already play at this level,' he then looked over at Jaden, 'How is he going to counter this one? And… why was he so mad about Yugi's deck being stolen?'

"I switch Thunder Giant (1500) to defense mode. I end my turn," said Jaden.

"My turn. I activate my spell card, Thousand Knives," said Kagu as a couple of knives appeared by Dark Magician. "When Dark Magician is on the field, I can use this card to destroy one of your monsters!"

With a bit of hesitation, Dark Magician sent out the knives towards Thunder Giant, destroying it.

"Amazing! That card destroyed Aniki's Thunder Giant in an instant!" Sho said.

Hayato sighed, "This is not time to be admiring it…"

Nagisa pouted, "Too bad there is no magic card designed for my spellcasters."

"Now there are no more monsters on your side of the field – Dark Magician, direct attack! Black Magic!" Kagu said.

The magician gave a look to Jaden before sending his attack to Jaden who loses 2500 life points.

Jaden: 1500

Kagu laughed, "Someone like you will need a thousand years to beat me!"

Jaden narrowed his eyes as his eyes turned golden before brown again. He gritted his teeth, "Big words from a guy who's using someone else's deck."

'But it's hard to find a blind spot in my dad's deck. If this keeps up, I'll really be in trouble.'

"I summon Wroughtweiler (1200) in defense mode. I end my turn," said Jaden. 'For now, I'll just have to ride it out.'

"This isn't good," said Misawa.

Sho and Hayato looked worried while Vante and Nagisa just narrowed their eyes.

"You look helpless," Kagu said, "My turn. Dark Magician, destroy that monster! Black Magic!"

The magician destroyed Jaden's monster.

"I activate Wroughtweiler's effect! When he is sent to the graveyard, I add an Elemental Hero and Fusion from my graveyard to my hand," said Jaden.

"Clever. I end my turn," said Kagu.

"My turn. I summon Elemental Hero Burstinatrix (800) in defense mode. And set one card. I end my turn," said Jaden. He narrowed his eyes slightly, 'There are two monsters that can withstand Dark Magician in my deck,' he looked at his hand, 'Neos has the same attack points, but I would be able to protect Burstinatrix if I can summon him…'

"Right, the three turns have passed," said Misawa as the light of swords disappeared from the brunette's field.

"Great. Now aniki can go for the attack!" Sho said as Hayato nodded.

"That's assuming he makes it to his next turn. Dark Magician, attack his monster!" Kagu said.

"I've been waiting for that! I activate my trap card, A Hero Emerges! This trap activates when my opponent declares an attack! You choose one card at random from my hand. If it turns out to be a monster, I can special summon it. Now, choose!"

Kagu smirked, "Sneaky… I choose the far left!"

Jaden grinned, "Bingo! Come forth, Elemental Hero Neos (2500)!"

"But Neos has the same attack points as Dark Magician," pointed out Sho.

"True, but both of them will be destroyed in battle," said Vante.

"And with no God cards, Dark Magician is the ace monster of Yugi's deck," said Misawa. "If Judai can defeat it, he has a chance of winning."

Kagu started to laugh which confused Jaden and his friends.

"You think that minor monster is my ace! I could cry," said Kagu.

"What?!" Jaden said, angrily. 'He is my dad's ace monster. He's no minor monster at all. Are you going to do what I think you are going to do?'

Sho, Hayato and Misawa looked at Jaden with worry while Vante and Nagisa were glaring at Kagurazaka.

"I've filled the hole left by the God cards in ways far beyond what you could even imagine," continued Kagu. "I activate the spell card, Dedication through Light and Darkness! This card lets me sacrifice Dark Magician on my side of the field to summon Dark Magician of Chaos from my hand, graveyard, or deck!"

"Dark Magician…" started Sho.

"…of Chaos?" Hayato finished.

Misawa widened his eyes, "The legendary magician… one of the highest-level monsters."

Kagu smirked, "That's right. You're about to gaze upon a legend… Come forth, Dark Magician of Chaos! When I succeed in summoning this card, I can add one spell card from my graveyard to my hand! And Dark Magician of Chaos' attack points are even higher than Dark Magician's – 2800 attack points!"

Sho, Hayato, and Misawa gasped in shock.

Vante clenched his hands, 'That card… Uncle Yugi only uses him if need it, not to show he is stronger than Dark Magician.'

"Take this! Dark Magician of Chaos attack – Curse of Destruction!" Kagu said.

The chaos magician sent a dark blast towards the white jumpsuit warrior, destroying it and Jaden lost 300 life points.

Jaden: 1200

Kagu smirked, "I told you you'd need one thousand years to beat me!"

Jaden's eyes turned golden then brown again, 'He's not using that deck right. My dad respects all his cards. He doesn't care about strength, but the faith he places in them.'

"Aniki's ace card," said Sho, sadly.

"This isn't good," said Nagisa.

"You're right," Misawa narrowed his eyes, "On Kagurazaka's field, he has the Dark Magician of Chaos with 2800 attack points. He's also taken no damage. Given present circumstances, it will be difficult to beat him."

Yubel appeared next to the brunette, "Try to control your anger, Jaden or you'll faint again."

Jaden took a deep breath, 'I know, but its… hard. I imagined facing my dad's deck when I'm ready, but not like this… that bastard…'

Yubel sighed, "And you will get it back. Stay calm, don't let your anger take control."

Jaden nodded and drew his card which was…

'Winged Kuriboh, you ready to fight my dad's deck?'

"Kuri! Kuri!"

Jaden smiled, "I summon Winged Kuriboh (200) in defense mode. Then I set one card and end my turn."

"Winged Kuriboh, eh? My turn, draw! Then I'll summon… Kuriboh (300)!" Kagu said.

Nagisa giggled, "Aw. Kuriboh vs Winged Kuriboh, who's the cutest? I pick – both!"

Vante had a straight face, "Isa…"

"Go, Dark Magician of Chaos! Attack Burstinatrix!" Kagu said. The chaos magician dashed towards the fire female warrior, but Jaden stopped him.

"I activate my trap card, Super Junior Confrontation. This will nullify the battle you declared, forcing your monster with the lowest attack points to fight my monster with the lowest defense points, then end battle," Jaden pointed to Kagu, "That means it's Kuriboh vs Winged Kuriboh!"

"It's a Kuriboh confrontation," murmured Sho.

"Know it!" Nagisa sang.

The small creature attacked his winged counterpart, destroying it.

"An interruption, eh? I set one card and end my turn," said Kagu.

'You managed to evade that attack, but he's still got you on the ropes, Judai,' thought Misawa.

"My turn! I activate my spell card, Pot of Greed!" Jaden drew two cards from his deck, "Let's get rid of your set card, I activate my spell card, Mystical Space Typhoon!"

Suddenly, a tornado came out from the card and destroyed Kagurazaka's set card, which was the spell card, Multiply.

"No!" Kagu said.

"Multiply?" Sho said, confused.

"If Jay attacked, he would've used it to multiply Kuriboh, prolonging the duel," explained Vante.

"In a way, Judai stopped Kagurazaka's defense in advance," said Misawa.

"Next, I activate Skyscraper!" Jaden said.

"What? High-rise buildings on the field," said Kagu as high tall buildings came out, surrounding them.

"Aniki's field!" Sho said, excitedly. "This field increases the attack of heroes by 1000 when they attack a stronger opponent!"

"Now, I fuse Burstinatrix and Avian from my hand to fusion summon Flame Wingman (2100)! Next, I activate my spell card, The Warrior Returning Alive! Come back, Neos (2500)!" Jaden grinned, "And thanks for Skyscraper's effect, it increases Flame Wingman's attack points by 1000 during battle!"

"Judai has both of his ace cards on the field!" Nagisa said, excitedly.

"Bloody awesome!" Vante said.

The winged beast warrior was standing on top of the skyscraper and his attack points increased up to…

"What?! 3100 attack points?!" Kagu said in disbelief.

"That means it has more attack points than Dark Magician of Chaos," said Hayato.

"Do it, Jay!" Vante said.

"Go! Skyscraper Shoot!" Jaden said as his brown eyes turned golden.

The winged warrior beast fire dashed to Dark Magician of Chaos, destroying it and Kagurazaka lost 300 life points.

Kagurazaka: 3700

"Don't forget about Flame Wingman's effect! You deal damage equal to the attack points of the monster it destroyed!" Jaden said.

The winged warrior beast appeared in front of Kagurazaka and set out a massive fireball, making Kagurazaka lose 2800 life points.

Kagurazaka: 3700 to 900

"Yeah! He beat Dark Magician of Chaos!" Hayato cheered.

"What an amazing turnaround, Aniki!" Sho said.

"That's how it's done! End this duel, Jay!" Vante said.

'Judai Yuki… he's incredible,' thought Misawa. 'It's true that he doesn't have any extremely powerful monsters, but his deck uses fusions to perfectly compensate for that drawback… as if the deck was built for this kind of situation…'

"This ends now! Go, Neos attack Kuriboh!" Jaden said.

The white jumpsuit warrior dashed towards the small creature, destroying it and making Kagurazaka lose all his remaining life points.

"I… I lost," murmured Kagu as he fell to his knees, "Even using a strong deck, I still can't win. Do I really have no talent at all?"

"No, I wouldn't say that."

Kagurazaka and the others turned their heads to see Kaida, Ryo and Asuka coming out from their hiding spot.

"Kaiser," murmured Kagurazaka.

"Nii-san," said Sho, softly.

"Kaida, what are you guys doing here?" Jaden asked as his golden eyes turned back to brown.

"Well, we wanted to see Yugi Muto's deck early as well," replied Ryo a bit sheepishly.

"We went to the exhibition hall and found the case broken and the deck gone," started Asuka.

"So, we began searching the area and found you," finished Kaida before glaring at the defeated Ra Yellow. "I can't believe you stole Yugi Muto's deck!"

"Be lucky that we were able to hold her off," said Ryo. "We thought about stopping you two, but it seemed like the kind of duel we would have regretted stopping."

"And… we weren't the only ones watching," said Kaida as she pointed up to the cliff.

Jaden tilted his head before looking up as well and saw almost all the students were standing by the cliff side.

Vante, Sho, Nagisa, and Misawa were in shock upon seeing the students at the cliff side.

"Wow! That was an incredible duel!"

"I'm glad I saw it. I learned so much!"

"Everyone," murmured Kagurazaka.

"I wouldn't forgive you for stealing Yugi's deck," said Kaida before sighing, "But everyone wanted to see the deck in action."

"Did you see how well he used the deck of the Duel King, Yugi Muto?"

"You're incredible, Kagurazaka!"

Kagurazaka looked down, sadly, "But I lost… why?"

"Easy. It's something I have, and you don't. It's the faith in your deck," replied Jaden.

"Faith in my deck?" Kagurazaka said, softly.

"True that the deck is strong, but it wasn't constructed from your own ideas. You can't win a duel with something like that," Jaden tapped his chin, "Let's see, how to put it…"

"You can only have faith, from the bottom of your heart, in a deck built with your own time and effort," said Kaida, kindly.

"And that trust gives the duelist a fighting spirit and can sway the outcome of a match that would otherwise be close," said Ryo. "If this duel had been against the real Yugi Muto, Judai would have lost due to the pressure."

"In the end, the only one who can bring out the real power of that deck is Yugi himself," said Jaden with a small smile.

Kagurazaka looked down with guilt in his eyes.

Jaden jumped off from the boulder, "Now, let's return Yugi's deck."

Kagurazaka stood up, "Right…"

By morning, the deck was returned, and the display case was replaced with a new one. The students were looking at the legendary deck while Vante and Hayato were watching at the side.

"Well, Yugi's deck made it back safe," said Vante.

"Yeah, Yugi Muto's deck is a treasure for all duelists to enjoy," said Hayato. "All that aside, Vante, what's that you've got?"

Vante grinned, unrolling a poster of Yugi Muto, "Oh, this? Nice, huh? Let's put it up in our room!" He then rerolled the poster.

"Jeez, where did you steal that from?" Hayato said.

"Oi! Watch whom you're accusing," snapped Vante a bit, "Miss Tome gave it to Jay, but Jay gave it to me."

That's when Sho and Nagisa came running in.

"Vante! Hayato! Bad news!" Sho said.

Vante frowned, "What is it this time, mate?"

"Judai has a doppelganger!" Nagisa replied.

"What?!"

Vante and Hayato followed Sho and Nagisa to where they found someone looking like the brunette. Somewhere in the forest, they spotted someone that indeed looked like Jaden from the back.

"I've been waiting."

The doppelganger turned around, and it was…

Vante made an annoyed face, "Kagurazaka! What the hell are you doing?"

"I've realized why I couldn't believe in my deck. It was because…I wasn't taking my impersonations seriously enough!" Kagurazaka replied.

Vante and his friends were in disbelief.

"This guy doesn't get it at all," murmured Nagisa with a straight face.

"I even rebuilt my deck to match Yuki's perfectly. I've become Yuki, both in mind and body. Now, let's test who's better!" Kagurazaka said as he tried to pose like Jaden. "Gotchu!"

"Oi! You're freaking got the pose and sound all wrong!" Vante said.

"Huh? How so?" Kagurazaka asked.

While Vante was correcting Kagurazaka, the others just stood there in disbelief.

"Hey, now…" Hayato said.

"This isn't dueling at all," murmured Sho.

"…the principle should send that guy to a mental hospital," murmured Nagisa.
