Later at lunch, Marinette, Alya, Adrien, and Nino had snuck off to the boiler room to talk about their situation.
"This is the worst day ever," said Nino.
"Hey, be glad that my dad was able to give us some clothes that fit us before we left my house this morning," said Adrien while leaning against a wall.
"If it makes you feel better I think you look really cute," said Alya as she walked up behind Nino and hugged him.
"No, that does not make me feel better!" said Nino.
"I want my girlfriend to call me handsome, not cute," he said while pouting.
"But you really are just so cute!" said Alya while hugging him even tighter than she had been before.
"You two are sure this can be fixed?" asked Adrien while looking at Tikki and Plagg who were sitting on a box nearby.
"It's an effect from an Akuma so as long as you use Miraculous Ladybug on the next one then everything should be fine because we have dealt with similar situations in the past," said Tikki.
"Can't believe we're begging for another Akuma," said Nino.
"But why would Shadow Moth even do this?" asked Adrien.
"To throw us off," said Marinette.
"What do you mean?" asked Alya.
"We're not used to these bodies; just how much force can we use, how quickly can we react in a fight, there are many things that we don't know about them," said Marinette.
"Just walking feels strange, plus there is also the embracement to deal with that comes with this," said Nino.
"So it's not just a physical attack but mental and emotional as well," said Alya.
"Shadow Moth attacked us from all sides with this one," said Marinette.
