This is Avatar: The Last Airbender and Kitchen Nightmares crossover story with Ozai in the role of Gordon Ramsay. That's the story. I don't know what else you want me to say. (Obviously, the story is a bit more than that. It's mostly about Katara and Sokka trying to run a family restaurant and not being very good at it. So, it's basically crack treated kind of seriously.)

Despite balance being restored, and peace mostly established, Fire Lord Zuko has resistance factions, and trouble in the colonies to deal with. With the Avatar, their friends, and a mysterious addition in the form of a palace guard, he will attempt to become the leader of a truly great, prosperous and compassionate Fire Nation, and find new love on the way.

After the aftermath of Aang losing his memories, Katara has no choice but to steer through life without him while single-handedly raising their child. She's finally ready to move on with someone new, but destiny has a way in making their paths cross again.
