HIS LIFE AND CAREER
He was born in Bethesda Maryland on September 13 1978 to the parents of the father with military background and unknown mother he also had a younger sister he spent his childhood in Alameda California since his father was a naval officer stationed in the NAS (Naval Air Station) his father was part of the United States Navy during college he went to John Hopkins University he took clinical engineering and medical engineering and tech classes he earn himself Master Science Degree in computer forensics in MIT after 2 years and earning himself Bachelor Science Degree in BME (Biomedical Engineering) he was highly skilled and independent at both it took 4 years to complete his college GPA was 3.9 strong academic performance
In 2000 he moved out to Virginia where the Naval Norfolk Base were it has never been been confirmed in the tv series which rank he was stationed there began working at the NCIS field office he was an NCIS beginner and computer forensics began as probational rookie officer he was sent duty assignments one of them lead him into the NCIS field office located in the Washington Navy Yard going to the crime scene he saw corpse shoved in the barrel the stench and look caused him to eject vomit from his mouth into the brown paper bag he worked with 10 to 13 cases with the unit MCRT he serve as the computer consultant he fixes the malfunctions use of computer and technology and often helped Loner Chief Forensic Specialist in the lab and was assigned to the SFA member while he was timid and expirence even though he became assigned to the Washington Navy Yard the transfer became permentant in September 2004
During his time there he became part of MCRT finding himself he did the same career expirence helped out in the lab and was the backup agent for the special agents despite the social issues with his teammates most of the team were special agents who either made fun of him or told him what to do even if he did not like doing it he was working with this dysfunctional team it reminded him the supervisory remind him of his own father uncaring and strict the senior field agent was someone who get restraining orders and bully the junior field agent who shows her standing up for her rights and tough as nails behavior the 2 other allies were not dysfunctional and were nice in the 2 weeks of his life he expirenced something that put the lasting effect for the team after the bubonic plague incident that affected 2 team members both special agents 1 rarely expirencing symptoms and the other one expirencing deadly symptoms being put on medical leave he later return until the loss of one of their own members leaded to him having more time out in the field after avenging one of their own murdered by the most hated terrorist the team attending memorial service to say their goodbyes before she was buried he was no longer the new member October 2005 the new member join the team n disliking the replacement for himself kept quiet and didn't have no opinion on how he felt most of the time he found his job the same usual day the same orders the same lab music the same talking to dead bodies what was different for was the profiler agent was no longer with them he ended up killing someone with the team fighting his innocence he thought the undercover DC Metro Police Officer was this drug dealer with the team fighting his innocence
During his career he was ranked up to Senior Field Agent after his colleague left to take care of his daughter he never knew about now it felt only him and his boss were the only longest federal agents left now the allies were still there he did not know how long they were there it could have been in the 90s while getting used to this the 2 members undercover agent and senior field agent who trained previous NCIS agents officially he felt he needed to take on the role of second in command very seriously he ordered and commanded the newcomers of NCIS it did not work out well he ended up developing special brotherly bond with the undercover agent
in the spring of 2017 he got married to his disabled wife with the team attending at his apartment they clap and cheer for him he completed his goal becoming husband and now he was going to become the father later NCIS investigates a case that leads them to Paraguay Agent McGee ran to the helicopter saving injured Navy SEAL member his colleague came onboard the helicopter was taking off he jumped out of the helicopter much to his partners anger why did he jump off the helicopter was he going to get himself killed by these violent rebels in the line of fire he was shooting and fighting the violent rebels there was no turning back for him they were completely cornering him and his supervisor who never stopped shooting at the violent rebels the helicopter was gone he felt he just risked his safety the thing he only did it to fight the rebels him and his supervisor held captive in treated like prisoners subjected to abuse and torture the 2 agents fight for their freedom were able to contact the team hope came after 2 months of horrific treatment he was finally reunited first time 2 months saw the outside world later he would become a father to twins and loving husband to his disabled wife naming his twins after his father who died from cancer and security guard who was shot and killed left him devastated but in bittersweet he got to be there for his wife and seeing his twins the first time he held onto one of the twins thru out the 4 years the team went thru so many challenges and obstacles together this team gone through were they this team of special agents, forensics and medical examiners
the team members was in the past completely unable to continue working for NCIS they had to move on carry on someone's else legacy currently ever since the absence of 3 members psychologist who helped the team out, NSA analyst sharing traits with each other, father figure who gave advices without the 3 it was hard and struggling the colleague gave him this cold stare and the job weighing so much pressure on him he nearly lost his patietence once first starting out as probationary at age 25 ranked up to senior field agent age 37 the 13 long lasting years he finally became second in command until becoming temporary special agent in charge until further notice he saw his good colleagues and partners come and go his colleagues either transfer or retire temporary that can return but worse badly injured and killed in the line of duty now the 3 NCIS members left NCIS for good means they are done with NCIS 43 years of his life growing up to military background to now commanding a team that is now consider his own everyone knew who McGee was technology interest book publisher loyal technical smart never good at hand to hand combat failed relationships with people the father of the late Admiral John McGee out of anyone he was the one with growth and expirence to younger brother to older brother to the team looking out for his wife, children, sister and the team he considers his family no matter whatever happens to them he always will be there
6:00AM CRIME SCENE
the NCIS dodge charger LD 4 door veichle driving and heading to the area or place on an cold chilly morning going thru multiple stoplights and lighter traffic to get to the place he was dispatched to he helds onto the gripping wheel focusing on the road he felt the bumpy roads thru the windshield he sees black and white radio motor control veichle already parked on the empty near cracked sidewalk tires changing directions his green pupil eyes shifts to the center where 2 unnamed uniform clothing people both male who were standing there mouths moving they stopped speaking and turned around only to see unseen veichle coming the dodge charger was speeding slowing it parked the lights turn off along with the full power engine the dodge charger parked behind the radio motor control car the driver side shifts open the black shoe steps on the pavement there were only 3 members in the NCIS blue veichle they were getting out of the unmarked federal car walking to the back trunk snatching their gears black backpacks hoisted over their shoulders adjusting their NCIS symbol hats pulling on blue latex gloves zipping up their jacket
The team they were ready and prepared for this but ended up waiting for someone who was talking on the phone to someone he saw they were waiting for him he needed hang up the phone immediately he did shutting the driver side door catching up with dare not say anything about why he was on the phone with someone the 3rd special agent carried out orders to the 2 special agents "both of you talk to the witnesses (pointing his finger) the other 2 over there" Knight and Torres nodded their heads in response giving out no single word turning around to the right direction where the other 2 were sitting on the grass doing nothing one of them was talking on the phone to unknown caller McGee stared for the moment at the 2 members before turning his head around went back kneeling to the ground next to the one and only non special agent rounded circle glasses he did not have his trademark symbol clothing outfit instead wearing the buttoned up suit and tie like he was going to the job interview McGee decided to not question about his outfit why he was not in his usual uniform instead focus on him examining the corpse and given answers on who this laying victim the victim age early 21 to late 38 height estimated to be 6ft tall 2 inches weight 76 pounds to 99 pounds the description and details wearing white t-shirt under his brown leather jacket with 2 upper pockets blue pants black waterproof shoes he continue to stare into his eyes he got the device in his hand he used to access the fingerprints to scan to see who this victim was he looked closely into the victims hands "McGee" he looked up he heard his name he saw the medical examiner quickly looked up to him before looking down examining the dead victim "The Time of Death and Cause of Death" McGee questioned "The time of death is between 3 to 8 hours meaning 10:00pm to 6:00am the body is still fresh warm and stiff he sustained repeated blow to the head" Agent McGee stands up raising the camera started taking photos of the dead victim multiple times

The both special agents were speaking to the 2 men who were standing both facing the 2 members with direct eye contact both men in their 20s to 30s they were speaking to the special agents about what happened this morning Police Officer Thompson and Security Guard told them what truly happened "I was finishing up paperwork for the police department got off of work 1 hour ago after exhausting paperwork heading straight for home to get some sleep when I was dispatched...had to turn my car around immediately" Thompson stated except he felt something vibrating against his thigh

The NCIS car and PD veichle arrived there the 2 federal cars stopped parking in the neighborhood suburban street area the doors all sealed open both to federal cars the police officer and security guard were hurriedly exiting out of their cruisers along with the special agents there was the dark blue van parked not farway from there Agent McGee turned his head seeing the coroner he was hoping this was not dead body the police lead them to and located the dark blue uniformed officers and the white uniformed young looking security guard were already running the figure was coming out of the house he turned his head around the right sight gets the glimpse on the black and white veichle started to without warning for himself needed to get himself storming off the porch his shoes turned to the left he turned around to see the doors sealing open needed to see what was going on but he couldn't he heard overall yelling and shouting engines starting up the officers were rushing real quickly direct to his eardrums heard yelling and shouting to him sounded like screaming the sole of his shoe slips to the pavement both hands pressed to the pavement he was running needed to run start increasing speed
"We got a 10-80 I repeat 10-80!"
