Chapter 1: Scorpion
"Which character should I play as first, guys," asked Luz. Amity then saw one that caught her eye. "How about Scorpion," she said curiously. "Okay, let's go with Scorpion," said Luz as everyone agreed.
Luz then chose to play as Scorpion, which was when Willow started to read up on the origin of Scorpion. "Huh, says here that the original Scorpion's real name is Hanzo Hasashi," said Willow.
"Original?" said Edric, confused. "Yeah, it says here that there are different timelines," said Willow. "It also says that he's part of the Shirai Ryu ninja clan," added Willow. This made the witch kids confused as they didn't know what a ninja was.
One ninja explanation later.
"It says that he's called Scorpion because of his blindingly fast fighting skills," said Willow. "It also says here that he's driven by revenge for the murder of his clan at the hands of the Lin Kuei ninja clan and their member Sub-Zero," said Willow.
The others were shocked by what they had just heard. That was when a sign appeared on the screen that said 'Finish Him,' as the opponent grew dizzy. "What does it mean by 'Finish Him,' does that mean something," said Emira. "It means this," said Luz as she put in a command into the controller.
Just then, Scorpion had swung his katana bisecting his opponent, he then swung his katana cutting off his opponents head, he then kicked the upper half of his opponents body as the head went flying, Scorpion then cut the head in half as he posed looking at the camera(Fatality 1).
"Scorpion wins, Fatality," said the game.
This made almost everyone, but Luz screamed in terror. "What did we just witness," said Gus. "That, my dear Gus, is what happens when you win? You kill your opponent," said Luz. To say that everyone was shocked would be an understatement they didn't expect that you would have to kill your opponent.
Just then Luz replayed the fight and when the screen said 'Finish Him,' Luz put in a different command into the controller.
Just then Scorpion pulled out a kunai and stabbed it into his opponent, as he wrapped it around his opponent's neck he opened a portal and pushed him through, as another portal opened above Scorpion the charred remains of his opponent was hanging from the chained kunai(Fatality 2).
"That was brutally intense," said Amity. "Okay, let's do another character," said Luz.
