The Cooper Gang broke into the Cairo Museum of Natural History in order to steal the Clockwerk Parts. They are caught by Inspector Carmelita Fox and Constable Neyla,who mentioned that the parts have already been stole by the Klaww Gang. The Cooper Gang escape and track down one of the Klaww Gang members,Dimitri Lousteau in Paris. Sly was confronted by Neyla,who claimed that she wanted to help them collect the parts. After Sly defeats Dimitri,He collected the Clockwerk tail feathers.
The Cooper Gang arrived in India,planning on stealing the Clockwerk Wings. Sly quietly took a look at the Ballroom without being spotted. He sees the Klaww Gang Leader,Arpeggio and two other members,Jean Bison and Rajan,who is the producer of the illegal spice. Carmelita,Neyla,and another INTERPOL Officer,The Contessa. Sly puts on Tuxedo without being recognized. Sly dances with Neyla to make Carmelita jealous,which therefore caused her to accept his offer for a dance. While Sly and Carmelita dance,Murray quietly steals the Clockwerk Wings. The Cooper Gang pursues Rajan in the jungle where they manage to steal the Clockwerk Heart. After Rajan gets defeated,The Cooper Gang are double-crossed by Neyla,who framed Carmelita.
Bentley manage to escape and travels to Prague to free Sly,Murray,and Carmelita. The Cooper Gang defeats the Contessa,stole the Clockwerk eyes and fled with Carmelita. While tracking down Jean Bison in Canada,They make a stop at the Cabin where Cooper joined Carmelita in the Hot Tub. While in the water,Cooper and Carmelita begun having a romantic moment.
Next Morning,The Cooper Gang gets captured by Jean Bison,who sold all the Clockwerk Parts,including the lungs,stomach,and talons. After the Trio defeats him,They snuck aboard Arpeggio's blimp to confront Arpeggio and Neyla,who has been working with him this whole time. Arpeggio was about to merge with Clockwerk's Body,Neyla double-crossed him and merge instead. Dubbing herself Clock-La,she killed Arpeggio and out of the blimp.
Carmelita helps the Cooper Gang getting the mechanical hybrid to crash down. Bentley manage to grab Clock-La's Hate Chip,but his legs were crushed. Murray frees him before Clock-La exploded. Carmelita crushed the Hate Chip,killing Neyla and ending Clockwerk's reign of terror on the Cooper Clan.
Sly gives himself up in exchange for letting Bentley and Murray go. Carmelita,who was given a promotion by her boss,James Barkley,took Sly on board a helicopter. Sly and Carmelita realized a short journey has taken over two hours. Sly learned that Bentley and Murray left him with a parting gift by rigging the helicopter to fly in circles. He escape by paragliding out of the helicopter. Carmelita remarked that she would see him again.
