Planet Reach

It was finally done. Command had given authorization to use Spartans to find out the reasons for the cut communications and marines. To Tsunade it would be a waste of resources if it's just rebels causing the issue. If it wasn't rebels and you needed to send Spartans, then why only them and not a company of troops instead. Secure the whole area so it doesn't happen again. Reach is an important location for humanity. They should act more like it.

But if they won't act upon it, she will. Naruto was already on his way and should be here soon. She already started consolidating some spare forces around UMC territory both on the ground and in the air. She really wanted to get a hold of the Forerunner Dreadnoughts, but they were in use at the moment. Plans have been drawn up for creating their own dreadnoughts, but they haven't been pushed through yet. Too many projects were in the works, so it will take some time.

Looking at the pad in her hand she saw that she had a fleet above surrounding the space station and orbital elevator. There was also multiple units and a company of Spartan III on the ground here. To gain more, runs the risk of moving protection from the home sector.

A signal appeared on her pad showing that Noble Team went to the patrol base to be brief on the situation. Eight well trained Spartans for a simple mission. Which might not be so simple.

"SHIZUNE!" she called out startling the woman. "HAI!"

"Good grab your armor and gear. When Naruto arrives, you will go with him as an escort. Best to have expert eyes on the situation. A medic can't hurt either" she explained as the woman nodded and rushed off to go grab her stuff. 'And maybe she can finally stick a move with Naruto.'

UMC Nightshade

Kurenai was back in her chair when the ship came out of slipspace in front of the Planet Reach. She noticed the UNSC fleet to the side near their construction yards and different parts of the planet. The UMC fleet was consolidated towards the space station. From her chair's computer, she saw the notification showing that a pelican took off heading for the UMC base on the surface. Naruto was onboard that one. Her crew was to link up with the fleet until Naruto's work here is done. She will transport him again back. And maybe go another few rounds on that trip.

While Kurenai was moving her ship, Naruto aboard the pelican was looking over any updates Kora could provide him on the situation at Alpha Thessia. The Covenant had pulled back allowing for the sector to start being fully secured. Once that was done, they can move fleets out of there and be put on new assignments. That war held up a lot of tasks they wanted to do. They even had to hold up the plans of infiltrating the Covenant with the UNSC in the attempt to capture a High Prophet to force peace. We already offered a captured Covenant Frigate to them. They just needed certain troops and assets.

From what he could see from the information that was being provided to him, Hinata has full control of the situation. They already started accessing their technology and setting up the Asari to be slowly integrated with them. He wouldn't be surprised of he saw some of them on some of his ships soon. She also brought Anko onboard to help go through the information on the Otsutsuki. She couldn't go through all that information. She may have to ask for Tsunade's and Catherine's help in understanding them.

But it was strange. They have been talking about her people, but she hasn't spoken up in his mind. Either she doesn't care that they are looking into it, or she knows and wants him to learn more about them. It's something he would have to dig into more once the situation with Reach is handle.

He continued looking through the information as the pilots signal, they were landing and only stopped upon landing. Stepping off upon the doors landing, he walked straight to Tsunade who was waiting for him. Hugging her tight and giving her a deep kiss, much to her surprise before going through with it and deepening it more.

"Looks like someone misses me" laughed Tsunade releasing the kiss as he nodded. "It hurts that my family is so separated from me. I hate it so much and the second I can fix it by ending this war, it will be done" he stated kissing her again and walking them into the base.

"Once the UNSC mission gets the green light, I will be a part of it and personally force the prophets to end the war"

"Well hopefully its soon. Now, Noble Team is at the patrol base to get debrief so we have some time before you need to head off to catch up with them. Shizune will join you as well" she stated as he nodded. Seeing the door to her personal quarters coming up she made the sneak move of pushing him through them and sealing it behind her.

"Enough time for a quickie" she said clicking a button on her pad and a few secret buttons on his armor. To his shock the armor opened up and removed itself from him.

"How in the world?"

"Who do you think assisted Catherine in building that armor? Now strip!" Upon finishing her statement she started easily dropping her clothes so that she was naked in front of him.
