The sound of music could be heard long before the hunters reached the walls of Vale, everyone watched as tanks, mechs, soldiers and beasts walked into the kingdom.
Despite how breathtaking this sight was, everyone's attention was on the faunus that followed, dozens of men and women dressed in very little clothes danced and played music with their various instruments.
Fire breathers made children gasp, the ignorance of youth made them blind to the dancers that seduced the men and women amongst them.
The people of Vale cheered as the Faunus performed all sorts of acrobatics, but when the music finally stopped the joy that was present just seconds earlier vanished.
Massive cages holding creatures that no one had ever seen before were dragged in, and soldiers marched on all sides, unlike the first group of soldiers none of these men had a welcoming air to them.
As the Hunters paraded themselves into Vale they were watched by Vale's guards and Huntsmen, who made sure that the Hunters didn't attack any of the cevillians.
In Beacon Academy, the students ran either deeper into the school or towards the outside, as several teachers and students placed cameras around the school so that the people of Vale could see what happened.
The students watched as airships from different kingdoms began to arrive, some brought Huntsmen while others brought ambassadors from the other kingdoms.
Yet what caught the attention of the students were the crates that had the Schnee Dust Companies emblem.
The students murmured amongst themselves before the sound of engines caught their attention, some began to smirk while others were quick to point out how old the Airships were when compared to the ones that the Kingdoms had.
As the Airships of the Hunters landed the students became quiet when they saw that the Hunter's airships were covered in weapons.
"Greetings Hunters and welcome to Beacon." Headmaster Ozpin says to the Hunters as they jump off the airships.
A heavy silence set in as the Hunters looked around and noticed both the students and foreign airships.
"Ozpin, it's been a long time." A man who had a scar that ran from the top of his forehead to the edge of his neck shook the headmaster's hand.
"I heard stories that Vale had allowed Faunus to enter Beacon, you can imagine what a relief it is to see that those were just stories." the Hunter said to the Headmaster who just smiled.
"Things have indeed changed and while I know that you and those with you don't agree. Beacon does have several Faunus within its walls." the headmaster says to the Hunter as both men let go of each other's hands.
The students of Beacon and the people of Vale can feel the tension in the air as the Hunters reach for their weapons, but before anything can happen the man who is speaking with Ozpin signals to them to stop.
"I see, then I guess that you prepared some of those delicacies for us to enjoy, you know something for us to relieve the stress of having to come all the way here."
There was a deep silence as both men glared at one another.
'We keep a close eye on who enters this school. My students are not your playthings." headmaster Ozpin says to the Hunter who smirks at the Headmaster's words.
"One word, I just need to say one word Ozpin.' the Hunter threatens the Headmaster whi who says to the man with a cold voice that sends shivers down the spines of everyone who hears it.
"Do you think you're going to be able to say it?"
The sound of laughter filled the air as all of the hunters surrounded the headmaster and hugged him.
"This is the Ozpin that we remember." one hunter said.
"Glad to see that being in this place didn't soften you!" another hunter says to the Headmaster who is now truly smiling.
"So they finally twisted your arm!" another says to the Headmaster who nods but doesn't say anything.
"Come everyone let us do business and remeist of old times before we all go back to our lives and live the lives that we chose." the man with the scar says to everyone before the Headmaster leads the group into the school.
the kingdom of Vale watched as the group of men walked into Beacon and in a single instant the entire kingdom let out a breath of relief when the doors of the school closed.
It was widely known that a person needed to be a powerful Huntsman or Huntress just to be a teacher in one of the three strongest combat schools.
To be the Headmaster of one, a person needed to be more than capable of beating all of the teachers and students if the situation ever called for it.
Yet the entire kingdom had just seen a group of men challenge what was the kingdom's strongest Huntsman and it ended in a draw.
The teachers began to move the students into the building, they made sure to remind the students that no matter what they heard or saw, under no circumstances were they to unsheath their weapons.
Projectors were being used to show the negotiations as they were happening to the students, while the people of Vale watched in their homes through the TV.
Everyone watched as the representatives of every Kingdom stood on the side of the room, while the Hunters sat on the other side of the room.
'Let's begin." the man with the scar says to everyone.
"We already agreed to take your worst students Ozpin, but after what you said out there I'm not too sure that we should." the man with the scar says to the Headmaster.
'It's none of your concern how I do things in my school." the headmaster says to the Hunter who glares at him.
"Ten years, we fought their kind for ten years, and we lost one of our cities while all of you betrayed us!" one of the Hunters yells at the ambassadors.
"We had to, we couldn't risk another war." General Ironwood of Atlas says to the Hunters.
"And what thanks did those people give you?"
"I've heard the stories. Oh, they gave us the worst land, while living in a tropical resort, while your two kingdoms barely have any food and your people can freeze at any moment." the Hunter says to Ironwood who nods.
"Enough let's get back on topic." the man with the scar says to everyone, as he makes something appear on the white wall beside him.
"We aren't here to argue about your mistakes, we are here to talk about the attacks on the farms and villages."
"I'll be blunt with everyone here, the higher-ups are considering a permanent settlement in Vale. We have the resources, the tools, and the people." he says to everyone, as the ambassadors begin to talk with each other.
"Before we even consider doing that we will be reclaiming Location Z. So we ask all of you to stay out of it, as for the students that you are giving us, they will be put through the test."
"If they survive then they will be Hunters and possibly Hntsmen, if not then someone will have to explain to their families how their kids died." he says to everyone.
"If you are going to record the city, then Atlas will." General Ironwood began, but he stopped talking when the Hunter shook his head.
"The Deal was, that Huntsmen stay with the Kingdoms, and we Hunters stay with our cities. It's up to us to retake it." He says to everyone.
'Earlier you spoke as if you didn't want faunus in Beacon, if you were to build your town would you give the Faunus equal rights?" the ambassador of Mistral asked the Hunters who laughed at her question.
"No." was the only thing that the leader of the Hunters said to the woman who just closed her eyes and didn't say anything else.
