A/N: Welcome! This is another chapter between Doctor Who and the Nasuverse (Fate series, Tsukihime, Witch on the Holy Night, and other Type-moon franchises). When suddenly the room's door burst open as multiple armed guards came and stood in the center of the door.
"GET AWAY FROM MY MACHINE!" Victor snarled, "That's corporation's property!"
As more armed guards strom and to every corner of the room as they aim their weapons at them, what chances of shutting down the machine. Victor was angry that one of his own staff, who would commit this such treachery. "O'Neil. This is very disappointing of you," Victor frowned as looking at the Doctor, "It would seem like I underestimated you, Doctor. But looks like I can't-"
Victor pulled out a handgun and aimed at the Doctor, "-have any loose ends!"
"BANG!"

Chapter 3: Far from being all over…

Hours ago, Victor went to the room where the TARDIS was, as when he stood at the sight of it. He was unimpress over something like this to be special. He tried to open it but was unable to open it and was unsure about his… "Blue Box".
"This is quite disappointing," Victor was unsatisfied about their finding and he looked at the TC staff, " Okay, I want this box open. I don't see any issue on cracking open a 'Wooden Box'. Let's see what this box has… What a strange police box."
One of the TC staff, who was wearing protective glasses and gloves, uses a power drill and drilling in the keyhole, but within minutes, a small billowing of smoke and sparks of metal. Then, the drill broke where the staff let go and stepped away. Looking at the spot where staff was drilling has no effect on it whereas staying perfectly fine without any scratches.
"Oh!? What the Hell?" Victor was utterly surprised at what happened as soon the other different staff, this time holding an ax, was about to break the door. With a swing of the ax, it hit the door but only left sparks. Then the next came is a larger drill that's bigger with a diamond coated titanium tip. When it was used, it ended… with the same outcome.
"GOD DAMMIT! Why can't we get this piece of worthless box to open!" Victor was annoyed and upset with the results, "Just take it to the incinerator."
""Um… sir, I don't think that wo-"
"I don't like your opinion, Bob!"
"Oh… okay, sir. Where's O'Neil?"
Victor wasn't unable to find his scientist and this made him look for him, but first to see more about his intruders. Within minutes, Victor was alerted by TC security guard with news of their escape and wondered how as he told the guard to bring reinforcements. He wonders how and asks about the camera fee when he hears about absolutely nothing. Victor realized that O'Neil had let them escape, and thought that they'll go for Titan Gate. Victor orders a trap and so every guard armed set to ambush them when they soon come.

With a sound of gunfire, everything stopped as the Doctor stood and unable to react to what happened that surprised Victor. Shirou, Shiki, Ritsuka, Gudako, Hakuno, and Hakunon share the same reaction with the Doctor, as the room was so quiet till a loud fall echoed through the halls. The Doctor quickly looked down whereas Victor was expressionless at what he did as he coldly allowed this moment.
"(COUGH! COUGH! COUGH!)"

He coughed as he lay on the ground with him staring at the lights of the room as he stared at the man. Breathing to his last, the man looked at the only person that he could ever see. He looked at his hand and saw his own blood whereas the entry of the bullet wound. He couldn't fandom toward his action of what he did and knew that this was the end. The Doctor sees the person who helped him with the moment that led his last life.
O'Neil lay dying as the Doctor was there with his last moment in his life while spoke his last words to the Doctor, "Don't… (Cough)... Stop the machine. Can't let them use it. I hope what I did… was the right thing, Doctor?"
Judging by the Doctor's expression, his answers and seeing his action becomes one of the lives that died for him. "I know, and I'm thankful for you, Doctor. It's not your fault," O'Neil weakly spoke to the Doctor who was there like comforting his end, "Go… go end this."

The Doctor sees him close his eyes, and this upsets one being died protecting by taking the bullet for him. The Doctor looks at Victor and he confronts him, "I'm not going to let you use it, Victor." Victor was stern with no remorse while pointing the gun at the Doctor who put his hands behind his back, "Sorry, Doctor. But it looks like you're not going to."

Unknownst to Victor, the Doctor pulls up his sonic screwdriver from his sleeves where his friend notices what he was doing. Victor was about to fire another round when quickly the Doctor used his sonic to disable every gun in the room. Each guard's weapons break apart as the Doctor steps forward, "Sorry, but I don't think you take that chance."
Victor rubs his hand after his pistol broke, as the Doctor stops using the sonic screwdriver as what the Doctor did. Is that he disassembles all the guns with the sonic, and where this leaves them nothing to armed themselves with junk parts. The Doctor, with confidence, spoke to Victor about Titan's gate where Shirou, Shiki, Hakuno, Ritsuka, Gudako, and Hakunon watch this Doctor, who disables every weapon in the room. Time for answers.

"Time for answers," the Doctor looks at his surroundings and points at Victor, "I figure that this machine here is powered by… what a high value diamond? Except it is not. Right, Victor."
"You're right, Doctor. It is not," Victor telling about Titan Gate's core, "Rather empowered by a star that fell months ago. It showed interesting properties that… it is quite unique and beneficial for this corporation that upholds the future of humanity."
Ritsuko spoke out, "You're not helping people, you're going to destroy everything."
"You're wrong," Victor interjected, "This will be the greatness that lights the ideals and potential for humanity." Behind his back, Victor has a small remote and he presses a small red button, "Even for the work for this. I will not let this go to waste, and never let you shut my work down!"
Then everything shook as everyone tried to hold on where Hakunon saw cracks around the corners of the room. Hakunon talks to the Doctor, "Doctor!? What's happening!?"
"Oh no!? He activated it! We didn't fully shut down the connection! The core and the machine!" the Doctor explains to them while every guard leaves except Victor who stayed, "The current is reversing, and means it will destroy the whole world! With the energy that quickly piled up and the combination of the sequence used. It must have been feeding the energy of the particles from the invisible breaches, and these matter in the surrounding area. Victor must have a second control to turn it on! Instead of bringing things! It's the reverse, but at a large scale!"
"What have you done!" Victor screams with rage, "You! Stupid! MORONS! You pay for that!"
Victor with his hands raised with murderous intent toward the Doctor as he ran, when the core's energy struck him as it hit him in the chest. It was so bright that he screams, "AAAAAAHHHH!"
The Doctor watches Victor as he lights up like a lightbulb while everyone else sees his body slowly disintegrating. Victor was no more, and unlikely to survive, when Titan Gate started to change whereas the floor crumbled down as the room fell.
The room is in the bottom level of Titan Corp, where here the matter takes a greater turn as the Core starts to shift. Ritsuka noticed the outburst of energy getting wilder like wild fire except 10 times more, as it then began to shake the surrounding like thunder.
The Doctor went to the computer and Shirou asked him, "Doctor! How are we going to shut it down!" Then, the Doctor removed the computer as circuits and wires, where Ritsuka and Gudako were unable to do anything but to witness the upcoming end of not just this world. Rather their worlds where Shirou, Shiki, Hakuno, Hakunon, Ritsuka, and Gudako fear that the people they knew, will be gone. Destroyed by some rich guy who lacks the morals of his action and is arrogant to believe in greatness rather than a fool's errand on his act. Seems hope is lost, The Core exposed as it flashes when the Doctor holds a device with him using his sonic and adjusting this strange device.
"Right!" the Doctor said as everyone listened to what he said, "If I have the right frequency and reverse the effects on taking everything. It will not send things back and forth, rather sealing the gate while cutting off the connection that feeds the core! It will be the opposite! It would seal up the cracks!"
Gudako is unsure about the Doctor's device, "Doctor! I'm unsure it will work! How will parts of the computer stop!?"
"With a device that someone I know, had. She used this to find me and lucky that I would be used for anything," the Doctor recalling the time where Rose traveled to find him from world to world, "This will cancel it out! No worries, this used to be jumping if there is a breach in the walls between realities. But now if I recalibrate the modules and rearrange the circuits. Instead of moving to worlds, this would do the opposite and will be stealing it."
"Will it work?"
"I'm not sure, honestly. I'm can't be sure if this would work, but hoping it can stop it"

Shirou watches as he expects the Doctor to activate it when he throws the device at the core, "Wait! What are you do-" When a sudden explosion sent everyone flying til landing on the floor, as Gudako, Ritsuka, Hakuno, Hakunon, Shirou, and Shiki slowly tried to move. Except the core starts to act differently and changes color like a rainbow, as it appears to be collapsing itself. It was getting smaller except it was inhaling everything from the machine and including them. All of them are being pulled as nothing to hold onto anything. Except there's one thing that they never notice, which is where the Doctor is.

Except the core starts to act differently and changes color like a rainbow, as it appears to be collapsing itself. It was getting smaller except it was inhaling everything from the machine and including them. All of them are being pulled as nothing to hold onto anything. Except there's one thing that they never notice, which is where the Doctor is. Shirou uses his projection and materialized two blades as he used it to stay by stabbing on the floor. Buried in the ground that it stuck into it as everyone grabbed each other, holding tight for their lives.
Ritsuka was losing his grip as the force from the core was pulling so great, was the moment he knew that he'll not make it. Ritsuka started to have flashbacks about his personal life and the time in Chaldea where the people he ever met from Mash, Dr. Roman, Da Vinci, and many figures whom he knew. The times when saving humanity from extinction and restoring human history. Ritsuka's grips gave out as falling away from the group where another life to die today.
Suddenly, a lasso appeared out of nowhere and grabbed onto Ritsuka's Wrist and made everyone look at who it was. It was the Doctor, who has a rope and uses it for them as he shouted, "I got you! Come on!" The Doctor uses all his strength to cling on while everyone grabs the rope and starts to move. The Doctor has no super strength but he'll never let go or give in, as the rope dangle through.
Till Shirou, Shiki, and Hakuno reach far and side with the Doctor while helping Ritsuka as he still dangles. Gudako and Hakunon reach them whereas the Doctor with help from Shirou pulls. Within seconds, together they were a safe distance except the Doctor told them about the outcome. "We need to go, Allons-Y!" the Doctor asked everyone as he went to the golf cart, "Hop on."
They pause and aren't sure if they should use it but the Doctor is suggesting them to hop on, when he tells them. "Come on!" the Doctor shouted as everyone went on the golf cart, "Need to go back to the Tardis! If I can get to her, she can reverse the core and minimize the explosion. It'll likely destroy the building in the process."
"How do we get to the Tardis?" Hakuno asked when the Doctor put out a key as the gold cart moved at a slow pace.
Shirou realized and asked, "Um… Doctor, do you realize that we are on a golf cart, and can go at slow pace. We will be caught in the blast!"
"Oh I was hoping you ask," the Doctor used his sonic as the engine roared to life as the golf cart started to move, but instead it started to speed up. Everyone held tight as the wheels moved and burned, with great speed that it blasted afar. Shirou can't believe this speed of this golf cart is going and this Doctor had done some impossible move. "Who is this guy?" Shirou thought about this Doctor, a man from the beyond who can make a slow moving ride into a race car.

The Doctor spoke, "If you all wonder how? It's simple this golf cart is electric and recalibrates the function where giving it power through the sonic. But I don't have to worry because-"
The Doctor pulls out his key, which is glowing as everyone awe over it, and the TARDIS Key slowly glowing brightly. The Doctor said, "Dear made this one. Just in case I was lost, and that means the TARDIS is here."
"Your ship?" Hakunon said as soon as they reached a room with a large furnace.
Except for a blue wooden box with the words "POLICE (PUBLIC CALL) BOX" where this sets questions like will they be able to escape?
"... your ship… is a box?"

"Um… Doctor? We will not be able to fit in that box!?" Shirou said where the Doctor ensures that they'll fit, "It seems like it can fit one or two people?"
The Doctor said, "Oh, you lots don't have to worry. So come inside."
The Doctor went inside the TARDIS as Ritsuka followed and opened the door when he stopped. Everyone was unsure about his reaction as Ritsuka stepped back and moved around the box like to see some logic here. Where he was at the door of the TARDIS while Everyone began to see what was inside this box. "No way!… its… Big! It is bigger on the inside!" Ritsuka gasps as he enters the TARDIS with everyone following him inside.
When they entered the TARDIS, everyone was surprised at what was inside this police box as Shirou Emyia was stunned over the unimaginable sight. Shiki sees something in his whole life that cannot describe this phenomenon where it lights up like the stars in the night. Hakuno and Hakunon found the inside of the TARDIS to be unique and beautiful, where everything is impossible to describe its presences of this place. Gudako shares the same reaction like Ritsuka as she explores the console room where buttons, switches, and screens with strange symbols.
"It's… Bigger on the Inside!" everyone said as the Doctor moved around the console pressing every button then the switches and levers. Then the Doctor hammered a bell and keyboard. "Oh! Recalibrate the particles of the breaches, and reverse it."
Gudako asked the Doctor, "Doctor? So the device you threw? Why did you throw it away when we can activate it?"
"Well the device I used slows it down and requires energy like the core. But " the Doctor explained while moving around the console, "With the TARDIS, I can reverse it and shrink it down where there are no more "Crack and Holes" between worlds."
The TARDIS shook as the Doctor quickly pulled a large lever, "Allons Y!"
The Core started to disappear where it turned into matter where the invisible breaches started to close permanently. Everyone hung on while the TARDIS slowly stabilized, as it stopped, everyone looked at the Doctor when he. "Ha! It's Work!" the Doctor cheered when this made everyone relax, "Hold on, I need all of your biosignature scans to determine the world that you came from. Making sure I don't place all of you in one parallel world. Oh worry about all that."
The Doctor took out a small device that looked to be made up of parts from a radio, a cell phone, and remote that had been duct tape together as the Doctor explained about the device. "Okay this here is a Bio matter that can pick up the signal with the right frequency that will locate where. But if I can modify it to the TARDIS where she can pinpoint to your world. It is like a GPS that helps to make your way back home."

It was a relief for everyone as the Doctor followed his promise where he is taking them back to their world where this is just a short-time event. "Oh okay, then. I take you all back home with the time for tea," the Doctor said to everyone, "This is just a short time meeting with you all, enjoy this funny ride, so I do hope you never tell anyone about me, okay."
There are some questions about the Doctor but it seems it will never be as this was a short journey for everyone. Ritsuka speaks out, "Oh… okay. Well it's a long day meeting with you, Doctor. But I wish that we can get to know you and want to thank you for taking us back to our worlds."
"Well you lot don't have to thank me, but I'm taking all of you back home and that's it where back to human normal life for you guys," the Doctor busy working around while focusing on the TARDIS readings, "Before everything is back to normal as we speak."
Giving their thanks to the Doctor and settling for the goodbyes as the TARDIS travel through the closing breach walls of the universe. The Doctor set out to travel to each time and world that they came from, before the world closes, which would be a problem if the TARDIS was trapped in a parallel world. Everything seems fine…
BOINNG! BOINNG! BOINNG!
"What!? Hold on!?" the Doctor looks at the TARDIS, "No, No, No, No! This is not good!"
"What's going on, Doctor!" Shirou wonders what happened as the TARDIS shook so great that it spun.
Gudako said aloud, "What's happening! Doctor!"
"I don't know!" the Doctor tried to maintain the TARDIS where the screen displayed danger while everyone questioned what's going on. "What! A temporal paradox! This can't be right!" the Doctor said as everyone began to fear that this is far from over, "What's going on!? She's detecting a massive scale shift of Earth. But- ARGH! It's not just this world! Other worlds are coming through!"
"Wait! Other worlds!?" Ritsuka panicked about the Doctor's words.
"Yes! It means we're facing a crisis!" the Doctor's eyes widen in fear as everyone is shocked to hear that their world is coming through to this world.
"This can't be good! The world is converging!" the Doctor explained as everyone heard his words that sent fear to their hearts of terrible news, "The time stream is merging with other timelines! This will cause a paradox across time and space!"
"A paradox!" Shirou said.
When the screen changes as it shows the timeline becoming twisted and reform into something that never meant to be. "No! This can be! History is being rewritten!" Doctor moved around the TARDIS console when
The Doctor couldn't understand what's happening as the TARDIS's door burst open showing the time vortex. Due to the state that is happening, it was hard for everyone to move away from the doors. The Doctor saw the doors open when he saw his friends holding on for their life as the Doctor scared for their safety. "HOLD ON!" the Doctor shouted to them as he tried to help them when he struggled to move to them. He tried to use the rope , but it became futile because the strength and overwhelming force happening over the TARDIS where Shirou, Shiki, Ritsuka, Hakuno, Hakunon, and Gudako can't help themselves. Were helpless as the Doctor struggled.
Reaching out, the Doctor raises his hand and reaches Hakunon, "Hold on! I can reach you… all of you… argh! Come on, come on, come on."
"Doctor!" Shiki gasping through the force as his grips are losing strength to hold on.
Shirou says, "I can't hold much longer!"
Doctor panicked as his expression showed his fear for their safety when they tried to climb back, "NOO!" Then it was too late, everyone fell into the time vortex as the last thing they heard from the Doctor, where these were the last words. "I will find you! I promise! I'll find all of you!" the Doctor shouted to them that he'll find them.

The clock is ticking as it tick, tick, tock, tock, tick, tock. There are times when the past can't be done for the present or the future. No matter what event transpired everything. Ghost of the people… can say knew, will be like fog on the mirror that fades away. Slowly the fog starts to shrink. From a large smug to a dot, that will be gone. Where it is the last breath that ever be visible in the mirror.
Except, things… things that come back. Would play a new tale. A new song from a story.

"Hello, this is Jane Tanner. This is an emergency! Please! Send help!"
"Need to look into this matter! I need help! There's something following me! Please hurry!"
A sound of an empty bottle rolled to her as she spotted it when this made her panic and drop her phone while the dispatcher calls out, "Ma'am? Can you hear me!? You need to remain calm!? Help is coming!"
She was panicking and hyperventilating with fear as the shadowing figure opened its maw whereas she was unable to escape.
"NO, NO, NO, NO! PLEASE HELP! HELP!" she was stepping back when the being was above her like being cornered by a predator, "AAAAAAHHHHHHHH!"

Shirou Emyia slowly opens his eyes, as Illya, Rin, Sakura, and Saber look at him. They were all worried about him, as one of them spoke to him. Shirou looked at them, as everyone was at the table.
"Yo! Looks like someone is awake from their beauty sleep."
Shirou looked to see who, and it was wearing a yellow Hawaiian shirt and black pants with Blue-haired, red-eyed man. Cu Chulainn or Lancer who is smiling and beside him is a woman with magenta hair. Bazett Graga McRemitz who is affiliated with the Mage's Association and comes to the Shirou's house.
"Shirou Emiya. I-"
Before she could speak, everything shook like an earthquake except not everything shook. All of them felt it and were unable to maintain their balance.

Ritsuka and Gudako with Mashu running toward the main room as a projection of the world is shown with many dots. A singularity in the United States, France, Fuyuki, London, Mesopotamia, Salem, and Japan.
"What's happening!?" Mashu first to speak, as a woman with brown-hair Leonnardo Da Vinci and beside her is Doctor Romani Archaman.
"This isn't good," Romani looks at reading, "There's many Singularities! And… Lostbelts! This is bad, real bad! If this continues with such an amount, humanity will cease to exist and be wiped out from history again!"
"We got to-" Ritsuka felt the overwhelming factor in this horrific unveiling happening.
One of Chaldea's staff shouted out, "The Singularities and Lostbelts are converging! They're becoming abnormal!"
"What!? This doesn't make any sense!"

Everything was normal on the MoonCell as each landscape shift and glitches rapidly like it encountering error. Hakuno and Hakunon were with their servants as they watched the lands halted where everything was merged and abnormal. They couldn't fandom toward the changes that's happening as they see the parts of different structures in one place.
"What's going on!?"
Whatever happened, the MoonCell is experiencing corruption when a sudden voice spoke out and made Hakunon and Hakuno see a familiar face that they remembered. "Hello, everyone!" a voice called out and revealed a purple-haired girl with a red bowtie, with a smile toward the two of them, "Ah, I see there's two Senpais. Yay!"

Shiki waking up in his bed as there among his room was a blond girl with crimson eyes where this surprised who it was.

Shirou said, "There were others I met."
Shiki said, "Except there was one person. He was unlike anyone "
"He was a strange guy and nothing I ever saw," Gudako said, "Seeing him like something old and… ancient being with…"
"... Many things that are impossible to explain. Even though he looks like a human being," Ritsuko said, "About him is a man with a mystery. Who has no name, like he's a servant but a mage."
Hakuno said, "A Hero."
Rin said, "A Lunatic with chaotic detention."
Gilgamesh angrily said, "A fool with nothing to hide."
Kiritsugu said, "A major threat that is dangerous to others."
Dark Sakura coldly said, "The monster who carelessly left those in great despair like me!"
Saber Alter said, "Stain and never consider his inner darkness."
Hakunon said, "Like a living legend that came out of a story that spread hope."
Archer said, "Threat that is not of this world."
"Kindred Beast that shows his love and care for humanity," Tiamat said, "Making children smile and comfort them when they cry."
"Inspires others from his action," Shirou said, "Even how I look at him."
Ritsuka said, "There's a man I know."
Together (Shirou/Shiki/Hakuno/Hakunon/Ritsuko/Gudako) said one thing that came to be, "His name… His name is the Doctor."

This will be a story of character to learn about the Doctor as well the sudden change in history. Wonder about certain characters of Type Moon, as who those characters will be. Alive or gone.
