Chapter 9. The Preparations for the fourth Shinobi war and the Peace treaty.

20 Years Later.
Giorno Giovanno the Second was on a new mission to destroy the Supply line of Iwa to the frontlines, as the War was raging for 20 years, as the war costly on the Triple alliance of the Shinobis, which the three of them began to betray each other, making the war easier on the side of the USG Military as they demolish the Forces of the Three hidden villages.
As every battle that the Shinobis try to break the frontlines of the USG, but at the end they leave with even more casualties and dead men then before.
The War support for the conflict with the Triple alliance were dying down, due the longtime of them waging war with their enemies in the Elemental Nations, as it became the Vietnam war for the USG Military fighting the Shinobis in their lands, as the USG began to bomb down the bases of the Shinobis as they hid like rats in the forest in their land, while the USG had full Air superiority with them controlling the skies from the Shinobis who could do nothing but take shelter from the Air raids that the USG was doing them.
While The USG had begun their own Invasions of the Triple Alliance, but was met with heavy difficulties from the Ambushes of the Shinobis, as the Shinobis were like the Vietcong that they faced years ago, with their tactics of hit and run and Guarilia warfare making fighting the Triple Alliance a pain in the Ass.
There were also some talks within the Government of ending the war, and making peace with the Triple Alliance Aswell signing a peace treaty with them.
As Giorno the Second only agreed as he though. 'The war had been a slog throughout the Years, little progress and a lot of men died because of the constant Hit and run tactics Aswell the Guarilia Warfare begin waged, it was beginning to be unsustainable to prolong this war as the Third Great Shinobi war has already been ended by the late fourth Hokage, it was only them fighting a battle that was already starting to falter in the minds of public back in Gensokyo.' Giorno thought to himself as he led his squad in Position.
And began the raid on the supply road, the guards were then killed as they planted C4 on the road, and destroyed the supplies made for the frontlines and left, while also activating the C4 as it exploded the roads and destroying it permanently.
Another successful sabotage from them, as they went back to the Mafia Organization to resupply and rest for the next mission.
As they hop tree to tree and saw the newly created division of troops made by the USG Army, the Stormtroopers to finally break the lines of the enemies.
The Stormtroopers had their Gas mask on and helmets on, as they wear the new Uniform given to them, while they have everything needed to survive under enemy lines as they were the most Experience troops that had served in the war for over 5 years, as they were the response to the Spartan unit of the Uchiha Clan, for the Spartans may be the most Elite of the Army they couldn't everywhere at once.
So that is where the Stormtroopers come in as they were design to be the Second Elite troop of the USG Military right after the Spartans, but the Spartans and Stormtroopers were combined under one command as their division named the SS unit by one Uchiha Heinrich Himmler who was leading the Spartans and Stormtroopers.
The Stormtroopers had also their own unique language named German and would write it that language for the enemy Shinobis to not know the orders and plans of their division, while also speaking in that language while off duty or with their family.
Giorno could see the Stormtroopers destroying the enemy lines and making multiple breakthroughs on the frontline as their doctrine was Blitzkrieg or Lighting Warfare coined by one General Heinz Guderian one of the leading Tank Battalion of the Stormtroopers, while also having their own kind of tank the Leopard and the Panther 3 and Tiger 3 the MBTs of the Stormtrooper division, while having their own Air support and Artillery.
As the Stormtroopers worked with its branches of Military of its Luftwaffe and Wehrmacht, and also their Panzer Division.
While the Supreme General of the USG Military was Douglas McArthur who still had the very much strong USG military along with other generals who help him trying to break the lines.
Giorno then saw the next division to come after the Stormtroopers, the Red Army who had their own unique language as they spoke Russian, and was Third Elite Division behind the Stormtroopers in terms of Experience and weapons, but they made up for their sheer amount of numbers in the battlefield.
Giorno and his squad Continued to watch the battle from a far, as the Shinobis were panickily retreating from the Two Armies chasing them down without mercy, as the Tanks cut their only escape and began to encircle them as they kill every Shinobi defending the fortress, but then got reinforce by the Single tank division of Kiri, as it was led by the stolen tank, they took 20 years ago while being supported by 100 tanks they could make from inspiration at the tanks they saw, as their tanks were old style as their tanks didn't any have the high tech Electronics that the USG have on their tanks.
As this Tank division of the Kiri was called the Shark Tank Unit of Kiri, as they won and survive multiple against many tank divisions of the USG while the Panzer and the Red army tanks were the ones who were the rivals of the Shark Tank Division of Kiri.
As the Panzer Division and the Soviet Tanks fought their rival the Shark Tank Division or STD for short, with the Reinforcements the Shinobis managed to reorganize their ranks and rush at the Stormtroopers and Red army with the support of their Tank Division.
But then Air support arrived as the Helicopters began to shoot down the Shinobis, while the Jet fighters of the Top Gun school of the USG laid waste to the Tank Division of Kiri, as the Shinobis began to retreat again, while begin chase again by tanks and Infantry while the Jets rained hell at the retreating Shinobis.
It was another victory for the USG armed forces as they caught up with the Shinobis who couldn't caught up with the tank division of theirs.
As the Shinobi forces of Kiri was destroyed at the battle as their tank division would need, a months' worth of repair and replacement of new tanks, as Giorno could see that they loss 75% of their tanks in that battle.
Giorno and his squad decided to go now, and go to the Mafia Organization of Konoha or MOK for short as they started their journey to headquarters.
As Giorno thought back on his grandpa, Naruto Ayanami the Angel of death as his grandpa was still president for now, after the war is done, he would formally retire from the Position and Elections will happened for the first time in the history of Gensokyo.

Naruto right now was leading his army to the finale push into the village of Kiri, as he spoke to his men. "Look onward men, we have arrived at the heart of the enemy, for this is the last push that we have so desperately seeking at the beginning, the Avenging of our people and finally ending this war for good, as we have planned this grand Assault on all three villages, as Douglas McArthur and General Zhukov is in position to strike at Kumo and Iwa, for we the Division Sparta were assigned to capture Kiri, so let it be this the finale battle we fight, to bring Victory to our families back in Gensokyo and finally have our revenge, for 20 years we have fought and it's time to pay them back with their own Medicine, RE ADY YOURSELVES MEN FOR TONIGHT WE DINE IN HELL!" Naruto said to his Men.
As the Shouted. " GLORY FOR THE USG AND MAY IT REIGN FOREVER!" They shouted and went on to attack the Village.
As the Shinobi forces started to alert the people, as Aircraft began bombing the hell out of the defenses as they bomb the Civilians and Shinobis, while Tanks and Infantry began rushing to gates of the village while begin supported by Artillery fire, As Naruto formed his Susanoo and Lance as he led his Troops into battle.
The Shinobis defended with all of their might, as they tried to push the invading forces with their Jutsu and Explosive tags, but it was all for nothing.
As the Tanks defended the troops from the Justu's as the Infantry began shooting down Shinobis with no mercy, while destroying the walls that were protecting the village.
While the Army of Naruto began to charge with their guns and Kunai's and Machine guns, as they were met by the fire of Shuriken and Arrows and Jutsu's, as they assaulted the fortifications of the village.
The dead bodies of Soldiers began to pile up in the streets of the Village, as the Kiri Shinobis fought tooth and nail for every land that they own.
As the USG soldiers shelled the hell out of the buildings and Bunkers of the villages, while every Civilians they saw was shot by them, and continued on to shoot down Kiri Shinobis while the Kiri Shinobi planned Ambushes inside the ruins and rubble of their Village, as any men, women and child was sent to fight the invading forces.
The Soldiers didn't care, but they have finally had their revenge and to end this Scared War, that they were fighting for 20 Years straight, and now they can finally end it once and for all and anybody who would stop them for that Goal will be killed.
The USG Military had become a ruthless killing Machine and had no mercy, for they would kill anyone that they deemed lesser than human, for they would kill the civilians of the enemy for they would not take any refuges or POWs, in their words it was just a waste of space to house people who is lesser than themselves.
Naruto let this happen for one reason, it was because of the death of his daughter and that he didn't really care for the Civilians and Shinobis, as he was already desensitized by all the Violence and gore to care anymore as he was beginning to lose his Empathy to care anymore for all the war that was happening, after what happened to his daughter which he is still recovering from, he just wanted this war to be done with it.
As Naruto began to kill his enemies without any remorse, as in his eyes were nothing but emptiness and went on to kill all the Shinobis quickly, as he sliced them at their heads as the blood rained fountains on the necks of the Shinobis, which Naruto sliced off as he killed with no mercy for, he didn't take pleasure in it like his men did, but only Emptiness and Guilt and sorrow was in his eyes and heart, for the Shinobi life always had an way dragging him and his family in forever not escaping its grasp on them.
Naruto then looked at the other Shinobis who came in to reinforce their fellow comrades, as they saw him standing Infront of all the Dead bodies of their Comrades as he was drench in their blood, his Image was like the Angel of Death of Kami at the perspective of the Shinobis who saw Naruto like an Angel serving out their punishment.
While Naruto's perspective as he saw nothing but Kids ages 8 to 13 years old, already a Shinobi Which made his Heart ache for he knew what must be done, as he picked his lance and unfurled his Susanoo wings from his back.
As he rushed at the Kid Shinobis and killed them in board daylight, for he gave them also a quick death for he didn't want them to be suffer any more than they Should have.
Naruto then began looking around the Villages of Kiri the Mist hiding its buildings and Structures from his eyes, but could clearly see the Destruction and death that he had brought upon the village, for He didn't pity the Village he pities the people who was forced to listen to their Kage's, but at the end of the road they were enemies but he can at least give the people who died a proper burial, that is want they deserve for serving their Village with full courage and bravery.
Naruto then began walking back to his men to order his men again, to attack tactical targets and not Civilians, as that was role of Naruto to be able to instill a level of Disciple and Professionalism in them as they were starting to act like barbarians and being uncivilized, at least for the Stormtroopers and Red Army had some restraint from killing Civilians and killing only enemy Combatants, Even General McArthur had Instill a deep amount of Disciple and control over his troopers, for them to not kill anything that moves or Civilians.
For half of the USG Military had become brutal and for the other half it had control on killing, as right now the Village was almost completely reduced to atoms, they were only little pockets of Resistances fighting the USG force, as of 2 Pm of the afternoons the Flag of the USG was seen in the Office of the Mizukage, 1 hour later at 3 PM the flag was flown at the roof top of the building of the Mizukage.
As One Soldier pictured the Scene of two Soldiers waving the flag of the USG, as the flag had Three Stars on it formed in a triangle, while on the center was the Symbol of the Spartans, as there were four colors, Red, Black and White and Grey.
The Stars was Grey so was the Symbol of the Spartan, while the background was white, as the Red and Black was paralleling each other side by side, as the flag was waved for all to see.
As the Troopers cheered for seeing their National Flag being Waved at the ruins of the building of the leader of the enemy.
Naruto then saw the flag up upon the roof, as his flame was lit once more for, he had begun to hope for a brighter future of without war and finally a peacefully retirement for him, after fighting another War in 20 years.
As the Soldiers began singing the National Anthem of the USG named. Hail United Gensokyo! As the band of Soldiers began playing the Instrumentals of their Nation.
One Week later.
The Villages of Iwa, Kiri, Kumo surrendered for they knew the war had needed to end for the longest time, for their Nations have been reduced to ash but still having enough people that Survive the War, for the war had been the most deadliest war in the History of both the Elemental and Gensokyo, as when Konoha and Suna heard News about the USG they had panicked and sent a lot of support to them to stop this new Nation from dominating the whole of the Elemental Nation, Specifically Konoha who feared that their Status of Number Superpower would be taken, from them by the USG.
But after 20 years of war Konoha and Suna left the three nations to fend for themselves, as they got Info that the USG was strong but not too strong, that they would able to conquer the whole of the Elemental Nations but Strong Enough to take on Major Villages, they don't have any Tailed Beast to speak off but they sure made up by having a lot of weapons and Troops to back up their claim, while also having a complex and strong Government and also they were more Technologically advance then the whole of the Elemental Nations beating out the Spring village.
As they have Vehicles that can fly and also be strong as a bunker while having strong firepower, as they also have large strong cannons that can fire at large distances and shoot projectiles that have the same power of a High A to low S level Jutsu.
For Konoha saw the weapons that the USG were using, and wanting to steal it and to produce that kind of Technology for themselves.
But only Iwa, Kiri, Kumo had that kind of tech but in small numbers, for if they tried to steal it the crew would just destroy for to it not be held in enemy hands and be reverse engineered to be used against them.
As the USG had become the Unofficial Sixth Power of the Elemental Nations, but the rank of leader was called being President, and that the people would elect a next President to lead them which was so foreign to the Kage's of the Elemental Nations, as the Kage's of the Hidden villages were chosen by their power and Strength not by people.
Right Now, Naruto was wearing a formal Suit as he was in his office signing some paperwork that had built up while he was away, as he was enjoying the relatively quiet Afternoon in his office.
As Songs of Victory was heard in the Streets of Gensokyo City for they were singing the Song Victory Day in Japanese.
Naruto was now finally at peace and a bit happy, as he finally got closure from the death of his daughter the day that the flag was waved on that building his thirst of revenge was quenched.
The USG Military was celebrating so hard they were going on their eighth day now, as they finally were back home with their families and friends and spending all of their time with their love's ones many Soldiers married and started some families.
The USG still had to pay for the war that Iwa, Kiri and Kumo had started and for all the death and Destruction they had caused, for The USG had paid for the Reconstruction of the three Villages.
The Armed forces of the USG had started a project 5 years ago code named the Touhou Project, as it was for a bomb they were about to use on Iwa, Kiri and Kumo if they didn't Surrender.
The Atom bomb as it was completed as the USG had made 10K Nukes, as it was all Tsar Bomba level of Nukes within Missiles that they made and bombs.
Which they could erase the Elemental Nations with, as the USG was right now the Number one Superpower of both the Elemental Nations and the Sole one in Gensokyo.
Naruto then heard a knock, as he said to the person outside of the door. "Come in." As it was an Messager and got a letter, as the Mail man saluted his President and left.
Naruto Saluted back as he read the letter. "Dear, President of the USG we the Three Kage's will sign the Peace treaty with your Nation in the Neutral Nation of the Samurai's, there we will sign the treaty of ours and it will be on your terms, and there will the Second five Kage Summit in the Iron Village so if you want this peace treaty to go through then you must come, you can take Two body guards to the meeting, I hope we can meet each other."
Signed by Tsuchikage Onoki of the Hidden Stone village.
After Naruto read the letter, he then heard another knock as he said the same thing he said to the Messager.
As it was his three wives, Remilia, Ryuko, Miko, as he was hugged by the three of them, as the spoke. "How is our greatest Husband doing." The Three said to him.
"Iam just doing great, honeys, I Just have to finish some paperwork and finally spend some time with family." Naruto said to them.
As they waited for their Husband to finish his work and their waiting was rewarded, as Naruto clocked off and left with his Wives.
They Chatted and laugh together inside of the Car of Naruto, who was living in the moment and enjoying every moment as he was just grateful that the war was already finished.
As the Cool breeze of Gensokyo hit his hair from the open window of his car, Naruto just drove his car and arrived at the gate of Mansion.
There he was met by Meiling who opened the gates, as the four of them left car in park Infront of the Mansion.
As Sakuya said to them. "Welcome home, Naruto-Sama and Remilia-Sama and you too Ryuko-Sama and Miko-Sama, everybody has arrived at the Mansion and are only waiting for you arrival at the dining table, it is an honor to see you again Naruto-Sama." Sakuya said to Naruto in a Joyful tone.
"Likewise." Naruto said to Sakuya while blinking at her, which Sakuya only waved off.
While Remilia, Ryuko and Miko could laugh at their Husband's failed attempted of flirting.
Naruto and his Wives were led by Sakuya to the dining room, as Naruto saw his sons as he hugged them and greeted them all of them where there.
As he saw his family talking chatting with each other, making jokes and mostly having a good time, he would exchange this moment with anything else.
As Dinner was served and the family began to eat, for the War had now ended the Peace treaty just needed to be signed, for it to be official.
The Next Day.
Naruto was in a tank along with his Two High ranking Generals, Douglas McArthur and Zhukov. As they were riding on a tank for protection against enemies that would want them dead.
Naruto along with his Generals were thinking about the terms of the Peace treaty given to Iwa, Kiri and Kumo for it was any harsh on the three defeated Nations, only benefits to be gain as The USG just wanted some Military bases and Embassies across the Elemental Nations, and free trade with the Three hidden Villages.
As they had Arrived in to the Samurai Village, along with their Tank as the people looked on with Awe and fear in seeing such metal beast to their eyes, as they were being ride on by well-worn clothed People.
As Naruto and his Generals waved at the people, and decided to book a hotel for A while as they park the Tank and grab something more preferred hot and able to be eaten easily, as they saw a ramen stand and ate there it wasn't too bad, the noodles were a bit tough to chew but overall, it was a decent meal.
Naruto along with Generals began to went into the meeting of the Five Kage Summit, as it opened to big room.
Naruto and his Generals saw all of the five Kage including Danzo Shimura, which Naruto still despise but hid it very well.
As the leader of the Samurai spoke. "Welcome Mr. President of the United States of Gensokyo, I would humbly welcome you to this meeting of Kage's, as an Official Sixth Major Nation of the Elemental Nations." Mefuni said to Naruto.
"Iam Also Honored to be here, Mr. Mefuni and Iam also honored to be standing along with the Five Kage's of the Elemental Nations." Naruto said to them all, as he bowed.
But all of the Five Kage's didn't share the same sentiment, as they knew clearly who it was, it was the Legendary Cruel Angel of Death, Naruto Ayanami of Konoha and the Uchiha Clan and also the Adoptive Son of Izuna Uchiha brother of Madara Uchiha Himself.
Then Danzo spoke. "Why are you here, Naruto Ayanami." Danzo with an undertone of Venom at Naruto.
Who just Shrugged it off and spoke. "Iam just here to watch your summit and to Sign the Peace treaty and leave right after." Naruto said with a calm and relax tone at Danzo.
The meeting continued without much incident, as Naruto watched from a far and saw that was the mess of a Five Kage summit it was.
Naruto really didn't care what they were talking about it, and to him they were just Children fighting.
But then One Satsuki Uchiha, (Female Sasuke) barged into the meeting and began fighting Danzo as She tried to kill her.
As the Fourth Raikage was after her because she had kidnapped his brother, and began to rush after her, as the four Kage's began to chase after her.
Naruto and His Generals remained neutral and didn't even interfere, as him and Generals let the events play out.
After Danzo was reported to be killed, Naruto jumped in Happiness as he heard the News while the Kage's were not seeing, but then an Orange Swirled Mask man appeared Infront them, and said that he was Madara and he have all the Tailed Beast and would enact the Infinite Tsukiyomi, and that if they surrender then they won't be invaded by Akatsuki.
That is When Naruto spoke out. "I know you are not really the real Madara, for I knew him personally." Naruto spoke as he activated his EMS just in case.
As the Fake Madara of Obito spoke. "Really who are you to say that Iam not the Real Madara." Obito said to Naruto with a tone of fake anger.
"For I was his student once, and fought him and killed him, For Iam Naruto Uchiha Ayanami." Naruto said to Obito, while revealing himself along with his EMS.
As the Four Kage's were Shocked that wasn't the real Madara, and that Naruto Ayanami decided to Join in.
Obito began to Panic, he didn't know that The Naruto Ayanami had come to the Five Kage Summit, which he takes into account, Aswell his EMS that glowed with equal strength to Madara for he Knew if he Fought Naruto Ayanami the Cruel Angel of Death he would be Defeated.
As Obito began to speak out his plan to the Five Kage's as he would come back, to fight them all as he left with Satsuki Uchiha.
The Four Kage's began to look up to Naruto for answers, Naruto just drew his pipe lit up and breath in some smoke and puff it out.
As He spoke. "For you all, that wasn't the Real Madara you should know better Onoki you old bag of bones. Second if you want to help you with this Fourth Shinobi War then you must give me something that would decide to join in your little war, for all I care Gensokyo isn't so much affected by this plan we can just close portal and leave you all to die." Naruto said to them all.
Then Onoki said sarcastically. "Says the old man who is already a walking Fossil, that also uses a staff to walk." Onoki said to Naruto.
"I will let that insult go off, but next you say to that to me you will be castrated by me." Naruto said with a lot of Killer Intent, which made almost all of the people in the room faint.
Then the Raikage said to him. "Then we will the Sign the Peace treaty of yours if you join the Fourth Shinobi war, and that is our only condition on signing that Treaty of yours." the Raikage said to Naruto. As Naruto thought about it.
And spoke. "It is a deal then." Naruto said to them as he shook of all their Hands and left along with his Generals.
Douglas then spoke to Naruto. "Mr. President, why did you agree to the condition?" he said to him.
"For you See, McArthur if let my bastard of an uncle to make people live a lie inside of a fake simulation then we wouldn't have anybody to trade with, and I sense that his war may be the finale war to attain eternal peace throughout the Elementals Nations and Gensokyo too." Naruto replied back to McArthur.
"If you say so, Naruto." McArthur said to Naruto as they drove inside of their tank, what Douglas didn't know that Naruto was right and that it would bring eternal peace throughout the lands.
They had arrived back at the Portal Base and entered through the portal, to prepare his men to war once more.
After Naruto and his Generals arrived with the Signed Treaty, the people celebrated but behind the Scenes Naruto and his Generals were preparing the Stormtroopers and Red army, and also Spartans to battle.
Each unit having 100K men each, making it 300K in total to fight with in the Fourth Shinobi War, as this was already approved by the Senate, Congress and other branches of Government but they had to do it secretly, as Naruto got the most experience men to join the war as the old Veterans were hungry for another war, as they took the opportunity to Serve once more into their country.
Naruto soon left some goodbye letters to each family member of his family and left along with his men to fight in the Fourth Shinobi war, as Douglas McArthur will his replaced for A while so that Naruto could fight in the war.
As he was once again pulled back in into the Shinobi life, for it was time for the Cruel Angel of Death of Konoha to fight his uncle once more in the battlefield.
One week later.
Naruto and his men had arrived in the nick of time, as the Shinobi forces were beginning to be push back by the army of White Zetsu's, as they were in need of reinforcement and right now help has come.
The One Kumo Shinobi shouted to the heavens. "WHERE IS THOSE BASTARDS WHEN YOU NEEDED THEM!" As they were getting attacked by hordes of White Zetsu's and getting mauled to death by said creatures.
Then they heard Music, it began with a beat then turned to full on boom as Artillery was being fired while the Music was still on.
And soon heard the sound of Tanks and the Charging of Stormtroopers into the horde of White Zetsu's as the Stormtroopers stabbed their bayonets into the White Zetsu's, and began stabbing them over and over while also smacking them with their battle Shovels, that can be Used in either digging a trench or be used in hand-to-hand combat, as the Shovels were very much effective in every situation.
The Shinobis who survived the war between The USG and The Triple Alliance, began to have Vietnam war flashbacks, back went they were fighting the Stormtroopers who would use the same tactic on them.
Which brought a lot of bad memories and buried emotions, as they would need to work with their former enemy that would kill them and butcher them without any Mercy or Emotion, as the Iwa, Kiri, Kumo Shinobis still remember, the War crimes that those troopers had done.
And the many Skeletons that those Soldiers hide in their closet was too many, for the Shinobis of Iwa, Kiri, Kumo couldn't remember all of the Crimes against Humanity that the USG Military had committed over there time in the Elemental Nations, which every Shinobi made sure that they were careful not to anger them.
After the Stormtroopers had mauled and destroyed the Zetsu's they started to dig some trenches and Machine gun nest and marking where the heavy Artillery was going to be, as the Stormtroopers were quick and efficient as they were done in just an hour.
Which both Amazed and Shocked the Shinobis with such speed and time, as the Next wave of White Zetsu's came in, Which the Stormtroopers began shouting at Shinobis. "Get your assess here, Shinobi Scum!" one Stormtrooper officer shouted at the Shinobis.
Some Shinobis wanted to shot back with a reply, but was stopped by their high ranking Jonin's and decided to help the Stormtroopers with the defense of the frontline.
As the Zetsu's charged at the well-fortified and entrenched Shinobis and Soldiers, while the Shinobis threw explosive tags and Shuriken and Kunais at the Zetsu army.
While the Stormtroopers began shooting their Machine guns and Artillery and also their rifles, Missiles and rockets to destroy the White Zetsu's army coming for them.
As the Zetsu's were getting demolish left and right, as the Shells of Artillery and Missiles and Rockets rained on the Zetsu's who didn't have the countermeasures to counter the USG Military, who had the most modern equipment around.
