The Broken Boosted Gear

By Try Another Time

Raven POV.

Agent Raven sat alone amidst the chaos outside Grigory's inverted castle while watching the Welsh Dragon and Susanoo fight within her terminal. She could hear Grigory's residents' joyful cries and cheers as the Welsh Dragon stood up again, ready for the second round, but to her, this fight was taking a lot of her.

"Issei, is that really you?" Raven whispered to herself, her voice barely audible over the chaos of the battle. As she saw the last image of the two Welsh Dragons standing side by side, memories of their past encounters flooded her mind. "You have changed so much. We used to be so close. Do you even remember me?" she wondered, her heart heavy with uncertainty.

As she inched closer to her elusive objective, a myriad of questions swirled within her. Yet, she was not close enough to voice the queries haunting her.

Maybe one day, she'll finally get her chance, but until then, she will remain in the shadows, waiting and doing her best to support her long-lost friend regardless of whether he remembers her or not.

Elmenhilde's POV.

The vampire jumped joyfully like a fan girl in her room as she witnessed the second wing of her 'friend.'

"He's alive. I'm so happy!" Elmenhilde cheered as she held her terminal.

The guards outside could only smile as they listened to her cheerful attitude after hearing her previous cries of sadness.

"I'm so happy that you're alive, Ddraig. You scared me to death. If I lose you, I…." Elmenhilde stopped herself as something clicked within her. As she saw his face once more, she understood her growing emotions. "I guess that is that. I was scared about losing you because….. I might like you that way."

The vampire could only smile as she hugged the terminal. "I'll tell you about it one day. I promise I will."

Liv and Rossweisse POV.

Shinto forces tried their best to reach Shangri La and its denizens, but sadly, the Alliance's forces held them back with their numbers and raw strength. Among the many currently protecting the city were the pair of cousins who rode the legendary steed, Sieg.

The cousins remain calm as they pierce through the forces of the Shinto realm with speed and impressive strength.

Liv charges forward with a notorious new set of weapons: a platinum shield with the symbol of two maidens holding a star that shines like a diamond and a matching lance that seems to contain a constellation within its transparent length. The lance seemed to affect gravity as enemies in its path could not evade any of its attacks easily, and it pulled them right into the path of the spear before delivering devastating attacks to unlucky victims.

"Within this gift, there are two rings; they are not proposal rings; things like that require time. Also, I don't know if you would enjoy a normal gift like normal jewelry, so I chose this instead. Each ring holds a weapon that I asked Hephaestus to make for you; a warrior requires a weapon that fits their needs, and although I'm amazed by your raw skills, your current weapons might not fully fit the bill in the long run. Use these weapons to protect yourself, Rossweisse, and the Alliance. I don't think I'm the best person to follow, but I will gladly have you along if you want to follow me. I acknowledge your strength and commitment and expect great things from you, Liv. Stay safe, and on another occasion, let me take you out on a second date if that is what you really want. -Ddraig"

Liv couldn't help but smile as she recalled the letter she found alongside the matching rings she now wore on each hand. Other maidens would have loved flowers, dresses, or jewelry, but she loved that Ddraig had gone the extra mile to get her new weapons made by one of the greatest blacksmiths across the realm.

"I'll protect this city just like you did for my homeland. I promise I won't fail you." Liv told herself as she pushed forward with her relentless assault against the enemy forces. "Enemies on our left, Ross. They are getting too close to the edges of Shangri La. I'll pick you up in 60 seconds."

"Got it," Rossweisse replies as she prepares herself to jump off the steed. As she did, two shining golden Blade Tonfas stood were visible in her hands while a mysterious purple book with blue runes floated at her side.

"Within this box, you won't find roses or jewelry but things that I hope you can use on the field. I could give you any flowers you wish, but roses won't protect you or aid you when I'm not around; our lives are not fully safe, and we always need to remain sharp. Your current weapons are fascinating, as I haven't seen many people using them as their primary choice for a weapon. Still, you do, and I can tell that you have talent with them while also being extremely proficient with runes and Asgardian spellcraft. Your forwardness touches me regarding following me instead of joining any other group within the Alliance, but regardless of that, I hope you can use this new Blade Tonfas from now on. Hephaestus proved his mastery once more by making these on such short notice; he even made them easier to carry around as you just need to summon them from the small bracelet that that accompanies the tonfas. If they feel a bit off, do let him know; I hope they suit you and prove useful when involved in any fight. I also hope you can find this Grimoire helpful, as it has been gathering dust within my treasure for quite a while. I can assure you that I didn't steal it; instead, I won it over a game of cards long ago. Its owner won't miss it; you'll be surprised by what people bet when playing card games. Let me know if you wish to have a proper second date in the future; I won't deny our mutual attraction, but let's take it slow.- Ddraig."

Rossweisse couldn't help but continue to smile as she recalled the contempt of the letter, even now that she faced a group of at least ten youkai who were determined to slay her. Her movements were sharp and far too precise for the Youkai to evade her. The book wasn't making it any easier for the enemies as it boosted the speed of Rossweisse with its spells while also delivering elemental projectiles to all enemies on sight without Rossweisse's input. "I might be far away from Asgard in a land that I'm still getting used to, but if fate is what brought us together, I won't fight it, nor will I miss this chance. I will fight until the end to achieve your expectations while also paying back any aid you have offered me and Liv."

They were shaken to their core as they saw him hitting the ground. Neither of them expected to see him in such a state, but their determination was renovated as he got up once more.

If he, on the verge of death, had the will to stand up and fight, then they couldn't fall behind.

Back with the Welsh Dragon.

The two-headed dragon went wild as its two bodies coordinated their attacks to ambush and push Susanoo against the ropes.

Ddraig's spear attacks were fast and destructive. Susanoo tried to catch up but couldn't because the dragon was too quick for Susanoo to match him. The spear spun within its axis so violently that the space around it seemed to get warped as Ddraig wielded it. One moment, he would be behind Susanoo, and the next, he would be miles away as the spear's power was active.

On his side, Issei showed his mastery of the blade, which was now blazing red as the flames continued to boost each attack. His attacks with Ascalon were devastating as each slash cut through the storm and Susanoo's failed offensive.

The god tried to counter Issei's slashes, but each one was nearly impossible to track down or too strong even to deviate the blade. As his eyes saw his eyeless face, he struggled to remain calm. Issei smiled at him even though his body was in a dire state, which only made Susanoo panic even more. He felt like a fly before a juggernaut who didn't take him seriously. A juggernaut that didn't feel threatened by him. "You're a monster, a heretic who defies us, proper gods."

Issei continues to smile as he releases a series of precise slashes that cut through the defenses of the Shinto fool. "I don't deny what I am, but the title of a monster doesn't fit me; I am a flame who will never die, for I exist to achieve the impossible. You who lost his way can't understand that. You will never beat 'me' or him."

"Bastard! How dare you?" Susanoo screams before Issei kicks him to the surface of the realm.

The impact creates a large crater, and as he tries to pick himself up, he notices the spear-wielding Ddraig standing at the crater's edges while pointing the spear at him.

"This can end this right now, Susanoo. Stand down and give the order to your troops. I wish for no more bloodshed; give up on this stupid goal of yours. You can still find peace and learn how to overcome the guilt. Can you ignore the prayers of those who care for you? The denizens of this realm are praying for a miracle that can prevent more tragedies. For a future that doesn't involve any more useless deaths." Ddraig says as he pleads for peace.

Susanoo spits blood as he picks himself up. "Never, only one of us will stand alive. Peace? That will never be possible. We can't connect, we can't be at peace with each other; we can't change."

Ddraig shakes his head. "Why do you have to be so idiotic? So obsessive about the past? How can so blind as not to see what the Alliance has achieved? Do you genuinely believe we can't learn how to forgive and seek peace? Do you see all of us as war-obsessed beings who only know how to fight? How can you shut yourself away from the possibilities within your reach?"

Susanoo clenches his teeth as he tries his hardest not to see the truth before his eyes. "I won't admit it!" Susanoo rushes forward with a new water blade in hand.

"Foolish idiot!" Ddraig senses his presence.

"Feel his soul, partner. Feel his guilty flame, and you will never miss or be taken advantage of by any opponent." Issei suggests as he joins him.

Ddraig follows the guidance of his partner, and soon, both are engaging Susanoo with perfect synchrony. While one counters Susanoo's blades or claws, the other delivers a non-lethal attack to the god.

"I can… see it," Ddraig says as he starts to see the shape of a blue flame within the darkness that drew the silhouette of Susanoo. Its movements seemed as slow and clear as the water to Ddraig as he could read him like a book, but the one astonishing thing is that he could feel the sadness of his opponent and the guilt his soul carried on his back. "He's like a child. A crying child."

Susanoo's body gets punished by the pair for several moments until they send him flying past the storm clouds above the realm.

"A child who did something he can't fix. Something unforgivable. Gautama taught me to see beyond the physical world and look deeper into the ethereal realm. One can't hide their souls and their secrets within this realm. There are no barriers that can protect him before such an ability; he's a child, a sinner who requires his penance. Let us deliver it, and Gautama can take care of the rest. Weapons aren't necessary to punish a sinner. Are you ready to follow my lead? This will take care of that accursed poison within his chest." The free hands of Issei start to emanate white/red flames, which seem to possess a different ability.

Ddraig sees this and nods. "Let's do it," Ddraig responds as he puts the spear away while Issei reabsorbs Ascalon.

"Damn you all to hell!" Susanoo screamed as the storm took a turn for the worse. Large water and lighting snakes descend from the sky while Susanoo creates a massive water blade with which he seeks to split his very homeland in half.

Panic arises within the realm's denizens as the snakes descend towards different areas across the land. The god had gone too far, as his attacks now threatened his very people.

Issei shakes his head in complete disappointment before he grabs the rosary around his neck. As he pulls it, each bead shines with blinding crimson light. "Arise and burn evil into ashes. Sacred eternal flame heard this sacred prayer of mine. I call upon you, my creation, Burning Dragon Temple."

Crimson flames arose from the ground across the realm upon his chanting, each one taking shape and forming a massive crimson structure that enclosed every inch of the realm as if trying to protect it from Susanoo's rampage. It was an ancient Buddhist temple that stood as a symbol of the might of the Burning Buddha. Its doors burst open, from which an endless number of burning warriors and dragons exited before they flew to counter the snakes summoned by Susanoo.

"This has to be a joke!" The god screamed as he saw the army that his opponent had just summoned.

"You need to start to believe in the impossible, you damn fool!" Ddraig screams as he pushes on.

Susanoo raises his sword and tries to cut Ddraig down with a swift strike, but the dragon punches right through the blade as if it were nothing. The sharpness of the blade is unable to pierce the crystal arms that Ddraig now possesses.

"A fool won't hear reason." Issei rushes as well before he catches up and delivers a devastating punchcup. The punch sends a wave of energy that inflicts pain upon the target's soul.

Visions of the past come back to Susanoo as his sins are shown to him. Visions of the many times Tsukuyomi told him and tried to advise him against following his pride.

"You know the truth and still choose to run away!" Ddraig joins in before delivering a spinning kick to Susanoo's torso.

Susanoo spits blood, but the damage he receives in his soul is far more severe. The memories continue to flow as his opponent doesn't give him any space to breathe.

"Witness your crimes and admit your guilt." As four punches connect, he recalls the corpses of his sons.

"Admit the deaths that you caused." The corpses of his brides.

"The sins that can't be erased or forgotten." The millions of Youkai followed him into a useless war driven by pride.

"Stop blaming others!" The siblings that he leads to their deaths.

"Admit your blame and learn how to forgive yourself." Finally, the last moments of Tsukuyomi as he gave his life to save them from certain doom.

"And stop hiding behind this damn accursed power that is eating you." Ddraig's fists pierce Susanoo's chest, but instead of causing physical damage, the attack grabs hold of the blade currently consuming him.

"Don't you dare!" Susanoo screams, but Ddraig ignores him and pulls the sword out with all his strength.

One can even hear the hissing sound of the multi-headed snake dwelling within the sword. Ddraig doesn't look amused and uses his new ability to sense around momentarily before throwing the sword back to the surface.

Shiva's POV.

The god raised his hand as he felt the incoming projectile.

Those around him look in awe as the god catches the hissing sword with no problems.

"Kusanagi?" Amaterasu asks as she approaches the sword.

"The fight is coming to an end. This sword shall return to where it belongs, and we both know it is not within your hands, Amaterasu." Shiva says before his eyes are drawn to the sky once more.

Back with the Welsh Dragon.

Ddraig turns to the Shinto fool. "This ends now." Issei nods as their bodies merge back into a single one.

The storm starts dissipating as Susanoo no longer has the strength to keep it active.

"No, this—" Susanoo is interrupted by a straight punch from Ddraig, which causes him to lose a few teeth.

"It ends now!" Ddraig punches him with his four arms with increasing strength.

"No!" Susanoo grinds his teeth and tries to punch back, but his efforts are fruitless as Ddraig has the upper hand.

Not a single one of the punches that Susanoo delivers can make a dent in the Welsh Dragon. The storm god gets easily overwhelmed but still holds his ground as he can't allow himself to fall.

The eyes of those in the realm watch the overwhelming one-side assault as the Welsh Dragon delivers punch after punch against the storm god for several seconds before one final punch sends him packing into the ground.

Ddraig roars, signaling his victory over the storm god, which now lays broken on a crater as the last drops of rain touch the surface of the realm.

Susanoo's POV.

The god remains motionless as his eyes watch his opponent standing beside him.

"Finish the job." Susanoo pleas.

"I won't. If you want death so bad, offer your head to Trihexa." Ddraig says with a tired voice. "Was your pride that important that you couldn't kill yourself and had to seek someone else to do it?"

"... I couldn't….. He told me to live." Susanoo admits with tears in his eyes. "He told all of us to live on, but we couldn't move on. I can't face it. I'm unable to live on with these chains; so many deaths, so many failures. Why was I the one to live on? He was always right, and I didn't listen. I… didn't hear his voice until it was too late. Please, kill me."

Amaterasu and the others arrived at the crater but stayed at a safe distance while they heard the conversation.

"I won't," Ddraig says. "You must carry on with that pain until you make amends like I have to. Those who live to tell the tale must do anything to fix the mistakes from the past. We must continue to ensure a future that doesn't take a turn for the worse. We, those who are still alive, should never run away from the responsibility we now carry on our backs." As he kneels beside the god, he places a hand over his heart. "We need to be better, and even if you can't see it now, there's a future for even you still left unexplored. Live on for their sake."

Susanoo tears up like a child who has been reprimanded by their parents after something horrible. Centuries of guilt and pain come to the surface like a waterfall of emotions.

As the god cries, others take a few steps forward.

"Your words ring true." Gautama and the other Buddhas descend. "As a fellow Buddha, I will aid you on this. Too much blood has been lost on this night; it is time to stop any more deaths." Gautama summons a small bell. "It is time to guide these souls in pain through a voyage of forgiveness."

As the bell rings, its sound sweeps Susanoo's consciousness away.

In Shangri La.

Gautama's multiple bodies appeared all around the sky with similar bells, which started ringing and taking all the consciousness of the Shinto forces.

Whether they were gods or Youkai, bodies on top of bodies fell motionless onto the floor, with no one standing.

The Alliance was left speechless and a bit confused as their 'enemies' were nothing more than unconscious bodies left to be carried.

Back in the Shinto Realm.

"Brother," Amaterasu approaches her sibling's unconscious body with a saddened expression. She holds it within her arms while caressing his hair as it recovers its original color. "You might be a fool, but you're still my brother."

"He's not dead, but he won't return for a long while. The same case applies to all of those fighting in Shangri La. I will help them heal; they shall remain within my domain until they can face the guilt and move on." Gautama places a hand on Amaterasu's shoulder. "You will need help until then, and I will provide it. As a Buddha, I promise to support this land to the best of my ability."

"Thanks," Amaterasu said before turning to the Welsh Dragon. "Thank you for not killing him."

The dragon shakes his head. "There was no need; not everything should end in someone killing another." The dragon smiles for a moment before he feels a sharp pain in his chest. "Is that time."

*Always Smiling-Blue Drops*

Those present hear the sound of a mirror shattering into pieces before the Welsh Dragon starts to fall to the side.

Tiamat rushed forward alongside the others, but before his body could reach the ground, Ereshkigal and Bennia appeared and caught him in their arms. The duo slowly lowers his body onto the floor while his head rests within Ereshkigal's lap.

"Dear, don't die on me. You can't do this to us." Tiamat pleaded to the dragon as she reached him.

Tosca could only cry as she reached him and held one of his hands. "Dad, please don't die on me."

"You're too injured. We need to get you some help." Ereshkigal said as she examined his body.

"It's not only his body. It is his two souls. That gas did more damage than what we expected. We might lose him." Bennia said as she sensed the imminent tragedy.

Ddraig smiles as he reaches out and caresses Ereshkigal face. "I almost forgot about the gas inside you. Thank you for supporting me." His flames quickly ate any of the remaining gas.

"Idiot," Ereshkigal said with a saddened smile.

The Welsh Dragon smiles as he feels the souls of his family and allies around him. He summons Ouros once more with his remaining strength before offering it to Tosca. "Keep it with you and use it when necessary. I won't be around for a while."

"Why?" Tosca questions his action as she holds the spear.

"I… don't know when I will return, but Ouros will keep you safe, my little Dango. You alone can wield it while I'm gone." His face turns to Ophis. "Everything will be alright. I keep my promises, so don't get too anxious. I will come back."

Ophis silently cries as she rests her head against his chest. His coat remains around her shoulders as a symbol of his protection.

Then, his face turns to Vali and Albion. "Vali, Albion, keep an eye on Tosca and the others while I'm not around. I put my trust in you two."

"... We will." Albion responds with a voice that seems about to break into tears.

"I'll do what I can…. We'll wait for you." Vali replies as she faces the bloodied dragon.

The dragon turns to Shiva. "... I'll leave the rest to you. You know almost already, so figure out where and who makes that gas before it reaches our home."

Shiva nods. "Have a nice dream. We'll be waiting for you."

Finally, he faces Tiamat. "... I keep making you cry."

"You always do this. You are always putting yourself at risk while ignoring my feelings. Do you think I enjoy seeing you like this? Are you two insane? Why must you always put yourself in danger? I just want a life with you and a family. A huge family in which we can be happy. Why can't you stop and stay with us?" Tiamat asks him as she holds his face.

The Welsh Dragon nods. "I know, and I'm truly sorry."

The temple and soldiers his flames had created started to crumble into flaming feathers, illuminating the darkness. Said feathers began to float around him before returning to him as they remained dangerous to anyone else who dared to touch them.

"Sorry for being a fool who only knows how to fight. An idiot who keeps falling for multiple females." The Welsh Dragon continues.

Tiamat playfully punches his chest while tears continue to roll down. "We're dragons; if anything, I love the two of you. The foolish two-headed idiot who gave me such a wonderful daughter, who has led to the creation of the Alliance, and the one who puts his all in protecting us. You keep making me fall in love with you on each step as you truly believe in Shiva's vision. You want peace and are willing to achieve it even if it requires you to bleed. How can I not fall for you?"

"... Thank you for everything; I promise to come back. It might take some time, but I will return to you and everyone else." His hand reaches out into his storage before he pulls the egg. "Let's have a honeymoon trip when I get back."

Tiamat nods before placing a kiss on his lips. "You better be ready because I won't make it easy for you, nor will them."

The Welsh Dragon chuckles before he activates the egg. His body is absorbed before the egg seals itself and falls within the grasp of Tiamat.

"We'll be waiting until then." Tiamat embraces the egg as she cries even harder. "I'll wait patiently until then, my dear two-headed idiot."

The Subconscious Realm of the Welsh Dragon.

The dragon and the burning Buddha rested under the gigantic tree on the ashen wasteland that was their subconscious. Issei lays on top of the head of the behemoth as he whistles to the wind.

Ddraig's titanic form was shattering into pieces, but so was Issei's burning body. Each one

"We have come far since then. I can barely recall myself back then." Issei admits.

"A crying child is what I can recall, but I can't remember the reason behind your tears." Ddraig joins in.

Issei shakes his head. "The reason no longer matters to me. If anything, the memories you have made since I went with Gautama are what interest me. You have done well; I can see many things. Wait, our future children? When did that happen?"

Ddraig shrugs as he can't clearly recall the memory. "Something weird happened. Is a dream that keeps escaping me."

Issei smiles as his eyes witness the fleeting dream. "I'm happy to know that we'll have a large family. Can I ask you something?"

"What?"

"Call one of them, Miki."

"Miki?"

"Yes, I don't know why, but I want at least one of my daughters to be named Miki. Do you think Tiamat would object?"

Ddraig shakes his head. "She wants to call one of our sons, Iskandar. Miki wouldn't be out of the question. If anything, I feel that most of our children will be named after famous figures from history or hold the names that hold significance to past family members."

"Nice." Issei lays back as his eyes look into the starry sky above them. "I don't regret having met you. Regardless of what I have lost, this, all of it, has made me happy. The adventures, the people we have met, the things we created, the memories we have made. All of it made me feel that my life had a meaning, that I Issei exist. That this soul did something wonderful that left a mark on the lives of many."

"Nor do I, partner. I don't regret meeting you or sharing a body with you. If fate brought us together, then I'm happy about it. I would choose this present each time if I could go back in time. Because you let me become who I am now. I doubt my ability; I would have likely isolated myself again without you. You're the one who put so many things into motion."

Issei shakes his head. "We did it together. Every event took both of us. Every choice was made with the input of us two." Issei looks at his left hand, which has now shattered into pieces. "But now is the time to take this final step forward."

"... You don't have to do this. Let me-"

"No. It's alright; as long as you remain, I won't disappear. As long as Ddraig remains, Issei won't disappear. The Issei that accomplish so much will remain a piece of you." Issei stands up as he continues to smile. "Accomplish the impossible for their sake and ours. Remain true to yourself, be selfish if you want to, be everything I let go as a Buddha. Live on, for our sakes and theirs. Love and let yourself be loved by others. Live on, my friend."

Ddraig tears up. "I will. I promise I will. You are I."

"I am you." Issei smiles before his body loses its form and spreads out in the shape of flames, which merge with Ddraig's body.

The entity known as Issei, the Burning Buddha, merges completely with Ddraig until he can't hear his voice anymore.

Memories, powers, abilities, all that Issei held merge with Ddraig until they become a single soul. Like an incomplete puzzle, the pieces of each other match until only a perfect picture remains.

The cracks that once plagued his body started slowly repairing themselves.

Ddraig cries out in anguish as he can no longer hear Issei's voice, but deep within him, he can still feel his presence. "Always together partner…"

The Dragon closes its eyes as the crimson halo takes shape on his head alongside the rosary beads around his upper right arm.

The ashen wasteland is set ablaze alongside the tree while the husks surround their deity.

"Praise it be his flames, our newborn dragon Buddha." The husks chanted as the Welsh Dragon slept while also reliving each memory that Issei made within Gautama's dream.

Once he awakens, a new world was going to awaits him.

Amongst the skies of the Underworld, a single figure flew with a stern and hardened expression. She was dressed in her uniform, which held the colors of Athena instead of her father's. As she flew, one could notice an incomplete Ouros resting around her left hand, symbolizing her actions that fateful night almost four years ago. Her pet peacefully sleeps on top of her head as her only constant partner through each mission.

"We're still waiting for you, Old man. When will you wake up?"

The question remains in her head as she faces an unforgivable future plagued by conflicts across the realms.

New Arc: Those Picking up the Pieces.

"As he sleeps, we hold hope for his return. As war rages on, we'll face its challenges, for he will return to us. To you, we plead for aid, Welsh Dragon."

The following is crucial data regarding the Burning Buddha's powers. Read at your own discretion.

Limited Omnipresence: This ability allows the Welsh Dragon to have its main body coexisting in two places simultaneously. It is not a clone; everything is shared between the two bodies, and neither is a separate entity. Whatever damage one receives, the other receives it as well. If one body is hungry, the other body will also be hungry. It takes a lot for the user to maintain this ability active as they need to manage both instances simultaneously. Still, luckily, it uses no energy, so it can be abused if required.

Gautama possesses an upgraded version of this ability as his body can appear in almost any place as long as he has visited it before, and his limit of instances surpasses 1000. Still, Gautama is not a fighter, so this ability has no major advantage for him.

Ethereal Flames: A mysterious flame created by Issei using the Crimson Flames as the base. Any attack that is powered by these flames delivers weaker physical damage, but its power lies in the ethereal realm, as it can inflict severe pain or damage upon the target's soul. It also allows the user to turn parts of their body into ethereal forms capable of reaching places not easily reachable by normal means. This also allows him to use a subsequent ability called Soul Form Expression.

Low-Level Gravity Manipulation and Telekinesis: Can affect gravity on a small scale and affect objects from afar.

Mastery of the Crimson Flames: As the name suggests, the burning Buddha possesses complete mastery over the crimson flames. He is one with the flames, and such is the connection that he has learned to crystalize them and use them to replace missing body parts while also repairing any damage. The Shrine is an extension of this ability, and its destructive potential is far greater if he seeks to destroy an enemy.

Eternal wanderer: Due to the extreme conditions of Gautama's dream to which he was subjected, Issei has developed the ability to eliminate the need for sleep or food. This ability can't be controlled, and it will only occur in danger. This allows him to fight endlessly without food or sleep. Warning: This ability can affect the subject for several days after it becomes active. Users should be careful about the after-effects of prolonged use.

Crimson Rosary of Penance: All Buddhas hold their own rosaries, and each one acts the same. Any non-Buddha who tries to hold the beads will be subjected to abnormal weights that could be compared to the sins across the realms. Do not wield the beads if you can't face such a responsibility. It can seal opponents' movements or truly trap an opponent for years under a near-unbreakable prison.

Blazing Halo of the End: The Burning Buddha's Blazing Halo resembles most divine beings' halo, yet this one is still incomplete. It seems as if the divine energy that it produces is far from its true output. Warning: Don't touch the halo. It is sharp like a blade and is composed of crimson flames. Also, please don't use it like a weapon. It is meant to be a symbol, not a weapon.

Divine Authority-Burning Buddha: Any form of heat, flame, fire, radiation, or high-temperature energy will submit to its will. Even other divine beings with similar mastery over similar elements will have a hard time using their abilities as this automatic and unique Divine authority can overwhelm any enemy flame.

Soul Detection and Ethereal Detector: Can detect the soul of anyone, even those hiding, while also being able to detect beings capable of hiding in the ethereal realm beyond the physical realm. It also applies to beings that don't have a proper soul but still hold a core that acts as the main heart of any being regardless of precedence.
