When Magnus wakes up he feels about 80% better than what he did the last time that he woke up. His mind is clear and he's pretty confident that he can get up on his own. He looks at his clock and it shows it's about mid day. He slept that long? He must have been more tired than he thought. He looks down at his hands and summons his magic to him. Flickers of blue come across his fingers but they fizzle out quickly. Well at least he didn't pass out again. Magnus decides that he is ready to take a shower. He has small victories when he stands up and the world doesn't start spinning.
On his way to the bathroom Magnus jumps seeing big on his bedroom floor. How did he not notice before? That's when he noticed that the body on the floor was Alec. Worry immediately comes to Magnus' mind. Why is he on the floor? Did he pass out? Magnus uses some of his magic and scans Alec to make sure that he is alright. He sighs in relief when the results come back that he is just sleeping. Good, he needed it. Magnus decides to leave him be for now.
Once Magnus gets out of the shower he feel like a human again. Even with his magic low he uses what he needs to style is hair and do his makeup in his signature way. He doesn't want anyone, especially Alec, to see him not put together. Since Alec is still asleep he decides that he is going to make breakfast for them. He also needs to go check on Luke. Magnus grabs his favorite robe off the back of a chair and head into his living room. Traveling down the hallway to a few rooms down he peaks in the rooms to see Luke is awake. Luke smiles when he sees him.
"Magnus it's good to see you awake? How are you?""I should be asking you the same question. I'm the High Warlock of Brooklyn it takes more than that to keep me down for long. " Magnus says with a flourish of the lets out a small chuckle. "That doesn't surprise me. I'm doing well thanks to you. If you hadn't been here to help I probably wouldn't be here. ""I couldn't just stand there and let you die. Plus we have to keep good standings between the warlocks and the werewolf clan. " Magnus said with a hint of humor and a wink.
Luke rolls his eyes at him with a shake of the head "Yeah we can't have that now can we. Well, I better be on my way. I've taken up enough of your time."Magnus looks at him with a worried expression, "Are you sure you are ok? You are welcome to stay longer.""I promise. I'm ok. I'll see you later Magnus. Thank you. For everything."Luke extends his hand out for a handshake and Magnus accepts it. Collecting his things Luke heads out of the door of the apartment. Magnus turns around and really takes a look at the disaster that he knows he is going to have to clean up.
He appreciates the fact that someone has cleaned the mess that was his apartment except the couch. He can tell that someone, presumably Alec, had tried to clean it. He makes a mental note to fix that later when he magic is a little stronger. Noticing how hungry he is, he hasn't ate since before the crew showed up unannounced last, he goes into the kitchen. Normally he would conjure up a breakfast, well more like lunch, but today he will have to settle for making something himself. He also wants to make sure that once Alec wakes up that there is something ready. He gets to work. Magnus don't usually drink coffee but he figures that Alec does so he starts a pot. He just finished with the food when he hears noise coming from the bedroom. Alec must be awake.
