Summary: It's time for… the MAIN EVENT of TDW's Ultimate Showdown! As we will see the TDW World Heavyweight Championship on the line as Mike Smith defends the title against the winner of the 2019 Men's Road to Redemption Rumble Match… "The Gamer" Sam Miller!

The fans were reeling from an amazing tag team title match, but it was now time for the main event of the evening.
"Welcome back fans, to TDW's Ultimate Showdown as tonight we've had plenty of wild surprises, but the night's not over yet, it is time for our main event." Mauro said.
"Mauro, I agree tonight has been completely wild, shocking, and incredible but we do have one more match to go and that is indeed the main event which is for the TDW World Heavyweight Championship, let's go to the ring." Joey Styles said before the bell rang as the camera went to Justin Roberts.
"Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada… this is your Ultimate Showdown main event! Set for one-fall! It is for… the Total Drama Wrestling World Heavyweight Championship!" Justin Roberts announced as the crowd cheered, in excitement before "Game On" by Waka Flocka Flame featuring Good Charlotte began to play as Sam Miller came out to loud cheers with Dakota Milton accompanying him, before she then romantically kissed him on the lips for good luck.
"Best of luck sweetie pie." Dakota said to Sam, wishing him good luck.
"What a good luck kiss by Dakota." Mauro said while Sam walked down the entrance ramp, as he was wearing blue shorts, while also wearing Mario themed knee pads and boots.
"Introducing the challenger, from Toronto, Ontario, Canada… weighing in at 252 Pounds… the winner of the 2019 Men's Road to Redemption Rumble match…! He is "The Gamer" Sam Miller!" Justin Roberts announced.
"Sam Miller's road to Ultimate Showdown began when he won the Road to Redemption Rumble back in January in Cardiff, Wales… wanting to challenge for the TDW World Heavyweight Championship and now it's time for him to go into the ring, and see if he can pull it off, if he can win the big one… and I'm talking about the TDW World Heavyweight Championship!" Mauro said while Sam walked down the entrance ramp, then he entered the ring.
"This is the biggest match of Sam Miller's life!" Joey said before then "Demons" by Imagine Dragons began to play, before Mike Smith then came out as Zoey was with him, before she then gave him a very romantic kiss.
"Whoa! Both Sam and Mike get good luck kisses from their respective ladies." Mauro said before the kiss stopped.
"Good luck Mike, you got this." Zoey whispered into Mike's ear, then Mike began to walk down the entrance ramp.
"And the opponent… also from Toronto, Ontario, Canada… weighing in at 220 Pounds… he is the TDW World Heavyweight Champion, Mike Smith!" Justin Roberts announced.
"Mike Smith's reign as the TDW World Heavyweight Champion began on New Year's Eve when he defeated "The Gothic Nightmare" Ennui Wilson in Los Angeles, California… ever since then he has been an amazing champion, defending the title against the likes of Tyler Helms, Jacques Grenier, Jushin "Thunder" Liger, Aero Star, and countless others during his reign as champion… will "The Gamer" Sam Miller be added to that list?" Mauro said while Mike walked down the entrance ramp and entered the ring, before handing the championship belt to the referee who raised it high, then the timekeeper was given the belt before he rang the bell meaning that the match was underway.
"Here we go! Tonight's main event is now officially underway!" Mauro said while the crowd was cheering like crazy.
"Let's go Mike/Let's go Sam!" The crowd chanted before Mike and Sam shook their hands before the two grappled in the collar-and-elbow tie up to start the match, then Mike nailed an arm drag to Sam who immediately responded with a hard lariat, following that up with a hard fallaway slam to Mike.
"OHHH!" The crowd groaned.
"Oh my God! What intense offense right out of the gate!" Joey said before Sam then irish-whipped Mike into the ropes before nailing Mike with the back body drop.
"Sam Miller with the back body drop, onto Mike Smith." Mauro said before Sam then nailed another hard lariat.
"OHH!" The crowd groaned before Sam pinned Mike.
"1…!" The ref counted before Sam then attempted another back body drop to Mike but this time, he landed on his feet and then nailed a springboard spinning heel kick to the back of Sam's head.
"What a springboard spinning heel kick, to the back of Sam's cranium after that back body drop backfired on the gamer!" Joey said before Mike then grabbed Sam and nailed a Death Valley Driver to Sam, before following that up with a springboard moonsault to Sam.
"Mike Smith with the Death Valley Driver onto Sam followed up with the springboard moonsault." Mauro said before Mike then decided to go for the win early, as Mike then nailed a Busaiku knee which was inspired by Daniel Bryan.
"What a Busaiku knee by Mike to Sam!" Joey said before Mike pinned Sam.
"1…! 2…!" The referee counted before Sam powered out at two, causing Mike to look surprised, while the crowd cheered.
"Sam kicked out of the Busaiku knee!" Mauro said before Mike then nailed Sam with a Terminato, which was a handspring cutter.
"Mike with the Terminato! It could be game over for Sam." Joey said before Mike pinned Sam.
"1…! 2…!" The ref counted before Sam powered out again.
"Mamma Mia! This classic main event continues!" Mauro said before Mike then nailed a German Suplex to Sam, before following that up with a Butterfly Suplex, and then he decided to go for his other finisher, the Sicilalian Splash which is an inverted Phoenix Splash.
"WHO'S READY VANCOUVER!" Mike shouted before he then attempted it but only to get caught by Sam who then nailed a hard Gamer Drop which was a Samoa Drop causing the crowd to go wild, but Sam wasn't done yet, as the commentators were in shock.
"MAMMA MIA! SAM WITH A GAMER DROP!" Mauro shouted before Sam then followed it up with an Inverted Powerbomb, not once but twice.
"Two inverted powerbombs to Mike Smith by Sam after the Gamer Drop!" Joey shouted before Sam then pinned Mike.
"Will this be game over for Mike?!" Mauro asked before the ref began to count.
"1…! 2…! 3…!" The ref counted as Sam Miller had not only pinned his friend Mike Smith, he had won the TDW World Heavyweight Championship, causing the crowd to erupt with cheers as they witnessed a classic.
"OH MY GOD! THE GAMER HAS DONE IT! SAM MILLER HAS BECOME THE NEW TDW HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION OF THE WORLD!" Joey shouted.
"Ladies and Gentlemen… here is your winner, and the new…! TDW World Heavyweight Champion…! "The Gamer" Sam Miller!" Justin Roberts announced before the referee was about to hand Sam the TDW World Heavyweight Championship, but Mike stopped him from doing it confusing the referee.
"I want to give it to him myself." Mike said to the referee.
"You sure?" The ref asked Mike, who nodded yes.
"Okay." The ref said before Mike then not only gave the championship belt to Sam but he did it by putting the belt on Sam's waist, causing the crowd to give the two a standing ovation because of that act of kindness and respect.
"What a gesture from Mike, we don't see that much nowadays." Mauro said to Joey.
"Mauro, I agree without a doubt." Joey said before the two then shook hands again, before they both hugged causing the crowd to cheer even more.
"This is what pro wrestling is all about, the passion, the desire to be the absolute best in this great sport." Joey said to Mauro.
"I agree Joey, and what a night Ultimate Showdown has been, we crowned three new champions tonight… and before we go, Daniel King has a final announcement regarding the match card for this upcoming Friday's 5th anniversary special." Mauro said before the camera went to TDW Commissioner Daniel King's office.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, it's my obligation to share with everyone that there will be a main event this upcoming Friday and that will be a fatal four way match to determine the number one contender for the TDW World Heavyweight Championship, it'll be Mike Smith, "The Gothic Nightmare" Ennui Wilson, and "The Soldier" Brick McArthur and the winner will face off against the new TDW World Heavyweight Champion in the main event of Canadian Stampede! Now back to you Mauro and Joey." Daniel announced the main event of the fifth anniversary special and what the winner will receive before the cameras went back to Mauro and Joey.
"Whoa! What a surprise this is! A four way to decide who will Sam's first challenger be, the fifth anniversary is going to be a special one." Joey said to Mauro.
"I agree Joey, for Joey Styles… I'm Mauro Ranallo, singing off, goodnight, everybody." Mauro said before the camera faded to black.
