Children of Midgard.
The resident of Midgard and her moons, mature at a human rate, until they hit puberty. Then their aging slows, until they turn the human equivalent of 25. At which point they start aging a year for every 42 years. (trying to explain why kids seem to grow up faster, then adults age, in comics. And how Adults can seemingly live for hundreds of years, without deteriorating.)
• The prime of a Midgardian (which is 25 years old, for real world humans.) is peeked at 42 years old. Their aging begins to slow once they turn 15. So they appear no older then 25 (in real life human years), by the time they are 42.
As they mature, they slowly gain "legal privileges." This is a remnant of Kree Culture, from when they were occupying the planet. Though the Kree have devolved into myth and legend at this point.
• Midgardian school works a bit like British Schooling on Earth, but not quite. Primary School is from age 3 to 11, where kids learn the basics to necessities. It last 8 hours a day, complete with naps and recess.
Secondary School is from 11 to 15, where kids start figuring out what they want to do when they grow up. This has a few mandatory courses, but most of it is left for the kids to experiment with electives. At this point, school last for 10 hours, with only one "Free period" and Homeroom to go over the announcements.
At 16, children will attend mandatory College courses (which are free), While studying, mostly, classes that directly relate to their field. With electives for dipping their toe into other interests, that don't relate to their future career.
• 16 year olds gain the "privilege to work" gaining the right to work part time, while apprentice for their desired trade. Technically, children can't even become a superheroes "sidekick" until their 16. Although this law isn't enforced when it comes to hero work. Younger children can have "Mentors", which don't so much teach a trade, as just help the kid. They are essentially more involved nannies. And are paid by the parents, or the government for underprivileged kids.
• At 42 years old, (again the equivalent of 25), they graduate College, and become legally adults. With their "Privileges" officially becoming rights.
• Midgardians usually graduate college, with at least one Masters Degree (Usually more). With some students unlocking Doctorates. Due to how the education system works, potentially anyone can become a Doctor, of multiple fields, given schooling always ends at the same age, and minors study at their own pace.
Islands of Midgard.
• Midgard is a large planet with dozens of habitable moons in it's orbit.
The main planetary body is made up of mostly water with thousands of large islands, but no continents. Each Island is controlled by a separate government. Each only has one major city but that city is at least a thousand kilometers long, larger more often than not.
There are smaller towns on each island as well but they are mostly for support of the main city. Farming communities, mining, even small towns made up mostly of factories in order to keep pollution outside of the main city. It is rare for the inhabitants to settle a town if it will not be of direct assistance to the main city of their island.
Other planets of the Supers System.
Midgard's space ships are advanced enough to fly to these worlds within a few days, and frequently trades with them.
• Mars, and her moons: Mars, itself (at least in this universe), is a red gas giant. With hundreds of moons, each inhabited by a different species of Martian (from various franchises, but the most notable is from DC comics). All these moons are made by bright red rocks, with frozen lakes under the surface, and little surface water.
• Sakaar: based on the planet of the "World War Hulk" comic series.
• Bizarre-o World: A square planet, with unstable gravity as a result. Superman brought Bizarre-o here... not realizing Bizarre-O reproduced asexually. And soon the planet was filled with Bizarre-O's... who strangely built a perfect utopia, because that is the opposite of human government. None suffer on their planet, and all look out for each other.
• Sanctuary: A lush world with no intelligent life or oceans. All is forests, lakes, and rivers. With various simple animals, and small predators, that eat bugs and rodents. No larger predators that could, or would want to, threaten a human. Iron Man later tried to send Hulk here, but his ship went off course and landed on Sakaar.
