There was a Intro Parade welcoming Ranma Saotome and Usagi Tsukino back into their fair city.

The Heroes were placed on a Horse Chariot with six black horses.
They were also dreesed in Charcoal costumes that have a special gift at the end.
Other Champions were being paraded around until the crowd saw Usagi and Ranma.
They rode in their chariot, as the crowds cheer loudly at them.
Ranma: Ready?
Usagi: Let's Do It!
Usagi grabs Ranma's hand, and they raise their hands up high.
Suddenly a thunderbolt struck their hands, their outfits asorb the thunderbolt and combursts into an fire illusion in the colors of Hot Pink for Usagi and Lightning Blue for Ranma.
The crowd erupts in cheer at the sight and toss flowers and roses at Usagi and Ranma.
At the End...The Flames died down, The Mayor welcomed the champions and led them to a Grand Hotel to which they will be staying at.
The Hotel Room was big and grand.
Usagi and Ranma entered and were amazed at the first class as they entered the gigantic room.
They found a dining room full of an All you can eat Catering Buffet.
"Oh Baby!!!" They both said
They explored more of the room and saw the bathroom and saw everything even a hot bath springs with a Waterfall.
Both had their jaws dropped.
"Ranma..." began Usagi
"Yep, We're in Heaven." replied Ranma
They shared a toast with a glass of Champagne to the start of their adventure.
