CH 13 Dolores Kimberly Umbridge

Once the Quibbler Photographers were done with taking pictures of themselves, which was five, they turned to Ruperti, Narcissa, Sterling, and Sirius. Reporters were behind them.

"Lady Black by Proxy, how long has your courtship with Lord Zambini been going on?" one of them looked at Ruperta with a quill dangling on a notebook behind him.

Ruperti glanced at Sterlinge. She remembered Regulus' real looks. Hw was good looming either way. What he did for her came to mind. She wouldn't mind him being her life partner, she would be the real Lady Black on top of Lady Black By Proxy.

Without capping she looked the reporter in the eyes and said, "two years of course. Why else should I request him to wear charmed robes to compliment mine in lighting in my first public party?" Purple smoke enveloped them with each soft, squilshy click of the camera

Nacrissa oohed and mumbled about double dating. Sterling gave her an undescipherable look but he was clearly pleased. "Smooth lie," Sirius whispered to Ruperti and Regulus.

The quill moved to write as soon as Ruperti started speaking. The quibbler reporters turned to Sirius. "Are you courting anyone, Lord Black?" they asked.

As Sirius answered their questions Narcissa hovered around Sirius, helping him. They were surrounded by purple smoke following squishy sounding clicks.

Sterlinge and Ruperti walked off a little to the left. "Should we make Umbridge are permanent troll?" Sterlinge asked her.

"I don't know," Ruperti admitted. "When we print her trolling in the Zine, crazy muggles are gonna come after someone making bomb threats, prepared. Umbridge isn't one to kill muggles in broad daylight but if a crazy muggle follows her, without hide their weapon, it's hard to tell who will win. If they do hide their weapon, Umbridge may finish them off if she suspicious."

Ruperti looked up at the mistletoe, "it may be the same story for the other death eaters too. If a crazy muggle follows them around with their weapons hidden, the death eaters may finish them off before they can finish them off. It's a win-win for us regardless of who wins, yet our goal isn't indiscriminetly leaning up crime. When the POPO will use their guns before finishing any small talk, if the death eaters look like they're about to attack. If they can tell strange words followed by wand waving is an attack."

"Let's let them know they have dangerous weapons that look like sticks and when they raise them they can cause fatal injuries or kill a person, very quickly. And that any friends around them will too. So the cops won't put their life in danger. And can't have cops confronting them at Lesterange Manner, when you-know-who is there. They should have muggle cops back up if one is mowed down, but I don't know if the death eaters would wait around to find out, or if their master won't magically attack all the cops nearby. We'll arrange the situation so the cops confront each death eater alone."

"Good points, " Regulus said. "We'll iron them out. I'd like to use Dolores Kimberly Umbridge as our main troll for awhile. Let's hold off letting the muggle police find her for a a shoot out. As for the others, let's focus on psycopaths sending them mail instead of psychopaths meeting them for now. And make sure muggle cops have the upper advantage or are prepared when they confront each one."

Ruperti nodded, "Alright, I agree on all points. I think Dolores Kimberly Umbridge would be a good troll subject for us. We can use her picture and her life details for most of our trolling. She was on point tonight."

"Speaking of subject, I heard Lupin say the Goblins have posters of Potter-Evans at Gringotts," Regulus said. "And that she is banned from Gringotts and cannot use Gringotts services or products until she is willing to be throughly interrogated by Goblins. Potter cannot use Gringotts services until his wife agrees to be interrogated but goblins. And anyone caught using Gringotts for them will face a hefty fee. But according to Lupin, they're using a muggle bank."

"About time," Ruperti said. "Didn't you-know-who make muggle money a lower-valued currency?"

"He did," Regulus confirmed. "Bellatrix was personally tasked to made it as low as possible and forced me to help her. Thank goodness muggles don't import much stuff from wizards."

"So back to Umbridge," Rupertu said. "Let's make her angry at Gwenog Jones, a second year Gryffindor who tried out for chaser. Her troll message is if no one sends Umbridge a lot of muggle fast food from popular chains, diapers from popular brands, and muggle concert tickets, Umbridge will pull her weight with the school board governor to replace the Gryffindor Chaser with second year Gwenog Jones."

"We'll make sure the death eaters can't the muggle delivery men by using house elf magic. We will also control Unbridge and make her look mad, even when she knows shes is imperious. We will make people mail her enemy Corrine Rosemerta with Umbridge's ministry seal and force her her to quit her job at the Three Broomsticks, if she doesn't want Umbridge to kill her biggest tipping customer. Or the cook of Three Broomsticks that gives her free scrapes. That won't even look like an imperious."

Regulus chuckled. "I love it. Here's what else we'll do. We'll get Umrbidge addicted to fast food without telling her what it is. Then we'll leave muggle food delivery she threatened people to send her, everywhere. No one but us will send the stuff to her. The Death Eaters won't know who sent it or when its sent, our five elves will get it in. Or we'll shrink it and put it in her bag. If she gets suspicious, we'll shrink it and make it invisible. It will appear normal sized and visible in a place where every death eater can see it. And they'll be mad at Umbridge."

"The same muggle food will be in her office without the wrappers, because she's addicted to it. She won't know what it is because it will bedisguised as mashed potatoes when she eats it at home. She won't get to claim being imperious each time she is caught eating the food. But I don't want to be caught so we'll need lots of shrinking potion invisible potion, and elves."
